Research study
PayID Availability Study
Which payment methods the casinos Australians research most list on their own pages, and how far that evidence goes
What we set out to find
PayID is the payment method that appears most often next to “casino” and “pokies” in Australian searches in our keyword data. The pages that rank for those searches name “PayID casinos” freely. In our September 2026 sample, however, none showed where on a casino’s own site PayID appears, or whether it was checked for withdrawals as well as deposits. This study asks the narrower question that published evidence can answer: does the casino’s own payments page, banking page, terms or FAQ list PayID, separately for deposits and for withdrawals, and what does it list instead?
This page is the dataset and the method behind that question. How PayID works, and how to set one up, is covered in our PayID guide. What to check in a cashier before depositing is on the PayID casinos page, which also shows the PayID status of casinos reviewed after this edition. The sample here is the first ten casinos we reviewed, as of the dataset date; a later edition will add the rest.
A PayID payment has a recognisable shape, and that is what we looked for. PayID is the “simply addressed” part of the New Payments Platform, which the Reserve Bank describes as built for “simply addressed payments, with near real-time funds availability to the recipient, on a 24/7 basis” (RBA, The New Payments Platform). The payer enters a mobile number, email address or ABN in their own online banking and is shown the name registered to it before sending (AP+, PayID). Businesses can generate a unique email PayID for each customer at checkout (AP+, PayID FAQs). A casino taking PayID deposits would therefore have reason to name PayID on its cashier or payments page. A PayID payout runs the other way, from the casino’s account to the player’s PayID, so it is a separate service and needs a separate listing.
PayID in the sample
The table records what each casino’s pages say about PayID, with deposits and withdrawals kept separate.
| Casino | PayID: deposits accepted | PayID: withdrawals supported |
|---|---|---|
| Bizzo Casino | Not confirmed | Not confirmed |
| Fair Go Casino | Not confirmed | Not confirmed |
| Ozwin Casino | Not confirmed | Not confirmed |
| Richard Casino | Not confirmed | Not confirmed |
| Ricky Casino | Not confirmed | Not confirmed |
| RocketPlay | Not confirmed | Not confirmed |
| SkyCrown | Not confirmed | Not confirmed |
| Stay Casino | Not confirmed | Not confirmed |
| WinSpirit | Not confirmed | Not confirmed |
| Woo Casino | Not confirmed | Not confirmed |
Every cell reads “Not confirmed”, and the wording is deliberate. A casino’s public pages are not its cashier, and none of the pages we read says that PayID is unavailable to Australians, so there is no basis for recording “not offered”. The notes on each record say how much was actually checked, and that varies widely between casinos.
Which pages we checked
The table below summarises those notes. “Method list rendered” means that the page showed the casino’s own list or table of payment methods in a form we could read, not just an introduction.
| Casino | Pages read for payment methods | Method list rendered? | PayID |
|---|---|---|---|
| Fair Go Casino | Homepage deposit and withdrawal tables, banking page (also from an Australian connection), FAQ, terms | Yes, on the homepage, and on the banking page from an Australian connection | Not on the list |
| Ozwin Casino | Banking page (also from an Australian connection), FAQ, terms, homepage | Yes, method-by-method guides on the banking page | Not on the list |
| RocketPlay | Australian landing page, payments page (twice, then from an Australian connection), FAQ, terms | Yes, a table headed “Payment Methods for Australian Players”; the payments page’s own table loaded only from an Australian connection | Not on the list |
| Woo Casino | International and Australian payments pages (the Australian one also from an Australian connection), homepage FAQ | Yes, on both pages, with different methods; Australian visitors are sent to the Australian page | Not on either list |
| SkyCrown | Australian payments page (twice, then from an Australian connection), terms, FAQ, about-us page | Only from an Australian connection: fiat and crypto tabs with A$ limits | Not on the list; a PayID logo sits in the footer |
| Stay Casino | Australian payments page (twice, then from an Australian connection), terms, homepage | Only from an Australian connection: tables in AUD (earlier renders were empty or in German) | Not on the list |
| Ricky Casino | Payments page, Australian payments page (also from an Australian connection), terms, homepage | Yes, read by logo file name from an Australian connection: euro limits and methods not aimed at Australia | Not on the list |
| Richard Casino | Homepage payment lists, terms, Australian payments page (twice), English payments page from an Australian connection | Partly: the Australian-locale page answered “Not Found 404” in Australia, and the English page shown instead has an unfiltered euro list | Not on any list |
| WinSpirit | How-to-deposit help page, payment policy, terms; homepage from an Australian connection | Partly: the deposit help page names methods; the payment policy names none; the site refused the Australian connection | Not mentioned |
| Bizzo Casino | Terms, Australian homepage, payments help page (also from an Australian connection) | No: geo-blocked for our crawler, and unavailable on the numbered domain Australian visitors are sent to | Not mentioned |
Not listed versus not confirmed
The table sorts the casinos into groups that the data cells alone cannot show. At Fair Go Casino, Ozwin Casino, RocketPlay, SkyCrown, Stay Casino and Woo Casino, a list of payment methods aimed at Australian visitors rendered, and PayID is not on it; for SkyCrown and Stay Casino the list loaded only from an Australian connection (SkyCrown payments, as shown in Australia; Stay Casino payments, as shown in Australia). That is the strongest negative evidence this method can produce, because each casino chose which methods to show on that page. It still falls short of proof: a cashier behind a login can offer methods that a public page leaves out.
At Ricky Casino and Richard Casino, an Australian connection was shown lists that are not aimed at Australia, and PayID is not on them. Ricky Casino’s Australian payments page names every method only by an image; read by the images’ file names, its rows are Visa, Maestro, Neteller, Skrill, Paysafecard, Zimpler, ecoPayz, Neosurf, VCC and Bitcoin, all with euro limits (Ricky Casino payments, as shown in Australia). Its introduction says visitors “should be able to see the methods that are available to you if you look in your cashier” (Ricky Casino, Australian payments page). Richard Casino’s Australian-locale pages answered “Not Found 404” to that connection, and the English page shown instead includes Canada’s Interac (Richard Casino payments, as shown in Australia).
WinSpirit names methods only on a deposit help page read from outside Australia, and it refused the Australian connection outright (WinSpirit, as requested from Australia). At Bizzo Casino no readable list rendered from either network, so “Not confirmed” means only that we could not see (Bizzo Casino, as shown in Australia).
The vantage-point problem
Casino sites decide what to show from where a visitor appears to be. SkyCrown’s payments page says so directly: “Availability payments methods may vary depending on your country” (SkyCrown payments page). Our crawler renders pages from outside Australia, and one of Stay Casino’s Australian-locale payments pages came back in German, with a note that payment options depend on the visitor’s region. On 7 October 2026 we therefore also checked the logged-out payment and promotion pages from an Australian connection. The official domains of SkyCrown, Fair Go Casino, Ozwin Casino, Richard Casino, Stay Casino and Bizzo Casino sent that connection to numbered domains that were not on ACMA’s blocked-websites list when we checked, and PayID was not listed at any casino (Stay Casino payments, as shown in Australia).
Woo Casino shows the effect most clearly. Its international payments page, rendered on 30 September, lists card, e-wallet, Neosurf, Paysafecard and Interac rows, with the Interac limits in Canadian dollars (Woo Casino payments page). The Australian version of the same page, rendered on 2 October with limits in Australian dollars, lists only card rows and cryptocurrencies for deposits, and card, bank transfer and cryptocurrency rows for withdrawals (Woo Casino, Australian payments page). Neither version lists PayID, and from an Australian connection the international address redirected to the Australian page, so Australian visitors are not shown the international list (Woo Casino payments, as shown in Australia).
The difference changes how the records are kept. Woo Casino’s Neosurf and Paysafecard records stay as listed, because the international page names them, but they are marked low confidence because the Australian page does not. Woo’s minimum for bank-transfer withdrawals is taken from the Australian page, A$250, rather than the euro figure on the international page.
Only an Australian account’s cashier can close the gap, and we did not open one. The dataset says so rather than filling the gap with an assumption.
What the pages list instead
The two matrices below show every method the pages name, with deposits and withdrawals marked separately. The PayID column is kept even though it is empty, because an empty column is the finding.

Cards are the one method listed for deposits everywhere: Visa deposits at 10 of the 10 casinos. Card withdrawals are rarer. Visa withdrawals are listed at 4 casinos, and Bizzo Casino’s terms rule out card withdrawals to Australian cards, which the full dataset below shows as “No”.
JetBank Transfer is the only Australian bank-based deposit route the pages name, at 4 casinos. Ozwin Casino’s banking page describes it as “Available for Australia Only” and explains buying “a voucher via bank transfer” after logging in to online banking (Ozwin banking page). That makes it the closest thing to PayID on these pages, and also shows the difference. The player buys a voucher through a payment page instead of paying a PayID from their own banking app, so the name check that AP+ presents as PayID’s protection against scams and mistaken payments plays no part (AP+, PayID).
Prepaid vouchers fill much of the rest. Neosurf deposits are listed at 6 casinos, and some casinos also name CashtoCode, Paysafecard or Flexepin. In this sample vouchers are deposit-only almost everywhere. Woo Casino’s international page is the exception: it lists Neosurf and Paysafecard withdrawals that its Australian page does not show.

eZeeWallet is the e-wallet named most often, for deposits at 4 casinos and for withdrawals at 3. Skrill deposits are listed at 3: at RocketPlay in its table for Australian players, at SkyCrown in bonus terms that exclude Skrill deposits from welcome offers, and at Ricky Casino in marketing copy. Crypto is the most consistent route in both directions, with Bitcoin listed for deposits at 8 casinos and for withdrawals at 8.
Getting money out
Players who search for PayID casinos usually want fast payouts, and payouts are where the evidence is thinnest. The withdrawal routes the pages name are bank transfer, cards at some casinos, eZeeWallet at a few, and crypto. Bank transfer is listed for withdrawals at 9 casinos but for deposits at only 2, so in this sample it is mainly a way out rather than a way in.

Bank transfer minimums
Minimum bank-transfer withdrawal published in Australian dollars
Where a casino publishes its bank-transfer minimum in Australian dollars, the figures run from A$30 to A$250. Bizzo Casino’s terms set its minimum in euros or US dollars, so the chart leaves it out rather than converting it. A high minimum means a small balance cannot leave by bank transfer at all, whatever the speed of the transfer itself.
Osko, the service that carries PayID payments, sends transfers between participating institutions “in under a minute, 24/7” (AP+, Osko). That speed would apply only after a casino approves a withdrawal, and no casino in this sample lists PayID as a way to receive one. Where the pages publish a processing time for bank-transfer payouts, it is counted in days, and the PayID casinos page compares those times casino by casino.
Casinos included for completeness
What would change the result
The finding is provisional by design, and three kinds of evidence would change a record:
- A casino page naming PayID. A payments page or cashier rendered for Australia that lists PayID for deposits or withdrawals would be recorded as listed, with the wording and the date, for that direction only.
- Terms that exclude PayID. A clause saying PayID is not offered to Australian players would be recorded as not offered.
- A readable Australian method list for Bizzo Casino, the one casino whose payment page could be read neither by our crawler nor from an Australian connection. That would move it from “nothing could be seen” to either listed or not listed.
Every record carries its own check date, and the full dataset below can be downloaded as CSV or JSON. The PayID casinos page draws on the same records, and the withdrawal policy study covers the limits, processing times and identity checks that sit between a withdrawal request and any payout. Each casino’s review quotes the payment clauses behind the values here, and how we review describes the wider method.

Methodology
Research question: Do the online casinos Australians research most list PayID for deposits or withdrawals on their own pages, and which payment methods do those pages list instead?
For each casino we read every page on its official domain that could name a payment method — the payments or banking page, its Australian-locale version where one exists, the general terms, the FAQ, help pages and the homepage — rendered in a browser through a crawler outside Australia. Payment tables were read from the rendered page data as well as its text, so a table that loaded but showed no visible text in our first extract still counted. A method was recorded as listed for deposits or withdrawals only where the casino's own page names it for that direction, with the wording, the page and the check date. PayID was recorded as not confirmed, never as unavailable, when it did not appear, and the notes on each record say which pages were checked and whether a method list rendered at all. A method was recorded as not offered only where the casino's terms exclude it for Australian players. On 7 October 2026 the logged-out payment and promotion pages were rendered again from an Australian residential connection, and method names shown only as logos were read from the logo file names. The status of PayID itself was taken from Australian Payments Plus and the Reserve Bank of Australia. No accounts were opened, no cashiers were viewed after login and no deposits or withdrawals were made.
Inclusion criteria
- The same ten casino brands as our withdrawal policy study, chosen for Australian research-intent searches ("<brand> review", "<brand> withdrawal", "<brand> bonus") in our September 2026 keyword study (DataForSEO and Ahrefs data).
- Official domain identifiable from the terms or footer, with at least one readable page that names payment methods.
Exclusion criteria
- Copycat or affiliate domains presenting themselves as the official site.
- Social-media pages and groups advertising "PayID pokies", which publish no terms.
- Third-party lists of "PayID casinos"; only the casino's own pages count as evidence.
Definitions
- PayID
- An identifier such as a mobile number, email address or ABN linked to a bank account and paid through Osko on the New Payments Platform, according to Australian Payments Plus, which runs the service.
- Listed
- The casino's own page names the method as available for deposits or for withdrawals. Deposits and withdrawals are recorded separately.
- Not listed
- A method list rendered for the casino and PayID is not on it. Because a public page is not the logged-in cashier, this is recorded as not confirmed rather than as unavailable.
- Not confirmed
- We hold a record for the point but could not confirm a value, either because PayID is absent from the lists that rendered or because no list rendered. The record's notes say which applies.
- Not stated
- We hold no record for that casino and method in that direction, because the pages we could read do not cover the point.
- Not offered
- The casino's terms exclude the method for Australian players, as Bizzo Casino's terms do for card withdrawals.
- JetBank Transfer
- A deposit route described by the casinos that list it as buying a voucher through the player's online banking; it is not a PayID payment and has no PayID name check.
- Vantage point
- The network location a page is rendered from. Casino sites vary content by location, so a page rendered outside Australia can list different methods from the one an Australian visitor sees.
Limitations
- This edition covers the first ten casinos we reviewed, as of the dataset date. Casinos reviewed after that date will be added in a later edition; the PayID casinos page already shows their status.
- Pages were first rendered from outside Australia (one Australian-locale page came back in German), where payment tables did not render for several casinos. On 7 October 2026 the logged-out payment and promotion pages were also checked from an Australian connection. PayID was not listed at any casino, and the payment pages of Bizzo Casino and WinSpirit could not be read. The logged-in cashier, which needs an account, was never viewed, so absence of PayID from these pages is weak evidence that it is unavailable.
- Where a table rendered, method names were often logos without text. Rows were matched by logo file name where possible; otherwise they could be read only by type ("Credit Card", "E-Wallets").
- A casino can show different methods on its international and Australian pages; Woo Casino does, and it sends Australian visitors from the international page to the Australian one. Values are recorded from the page closest to an Australian visitor and the other page is kept in the notes.
- Ten casinos chosen by Australian search interest; the sample describes these brands, not the offshore market as a whole.
- Amounts are compared only within the currency the casino publishes and are never converted.
- Values were collected with AI research tools from the cited pages and reviewed by an editor; no transactions were made to test them.

Change log
-
Casino links and offer cards added
Offer cards with links now appear across the site (see the affiliate disclosure). This study had said these casinos were counted only as part of the dataset, not as options or casinos to deposit with; its figures are unchanged.
-
Every ACMA formal warning about casinos in this study now named
An audit of ACMA's published formal warnings found warnings about Richard Casino (2024), Ricky Casino (2022), RocketPlay (2022, 2025), SkyCrown (2022) and Woo Casino (2021, 2025), a second warning about Bizzo Casino (2025) and a second 2022 warning about Stay Casino, to Libergos Limited. The study had named only Bizzo Casino (2022) and Stay Casino (Hollycorn N.V.) as warned, and counted only them and WinSpirit for completeness. It now also notes that ACMA lists Fair Go Casino and Ozwin Casino, which have no formal warning, among its 2021 investigation outcomes. The study's figures are unchanged.
-
Scope of this edition stated
Five more casinos were reviewed on 7 October 2026. This study remains a dated edition covering the first ten reviewed casinos; newer reviews will join a later edition.
-
Stay Casino added to the casinos included for completeness
ACMA's formal warning of 22 February 2022 names Hollycorn N.V. as the provider of the Stay Casino service. The study had named only Bizzo Casino and WinSpirit as casinos counted for completeness rather than as options; its PayID findings are unchanged.
-
Payment pages also checked from an Australian connection
On 7 October 2026 the logged-out payment and promotion pages were checked from an Australian connection. SkyCrown, Stay Casino and Ricky Casino moved from "no readable list" to "list shown, PayID not on it"; Richard Casino's Australian visitors get an unfiltered euro list; Bizzo Casino's payment page still could not be read, and WinSpirit refused the connection. PayID was not listed at any casino.
