The daily, weekly and monthly limits come from clause 11.8 of the general terms, “Withdrawal Frequency Limits”, and are stated in euros, not Australian dollars; the Australian bonus terms repeat the weekly and monthly figures and raise the monthly one for VIP players, as the deposits and withdrawals section explains. The game count is the operator’s marketing figure, not a count of the lobby.

What stands out
Stay Casino publishes who runs it. General terms clause 1.1 and the site-wide footer name Metlait SRL, give a Costa Rica registration number and a registered address, and cite Tobique Gaming Commission licence no. 0000064 (Stay Casino terms). Not every offshore brand aimed at Australians does that.
The terms are written with Australian accounts in mind. Australia is not on the restricted-countries list in clause 2.4, AUD is an accepted account currency, and the Australian bonus terms quote AUD figures: a minimum qualifying deposit of A$30 and a maximum bet of A$8 while wagering.
Stay Casino states no withdrawal fee of its own. Clause 11.11 warns that intermediary banks may charge “typically up to €16” on bank transfers, and clause 11.13 leaves bank and provider fees with the player (Stay Casino terms).
The complaints route ends with a named dispute body. Clause 15.5 lets players take an unresolved complaint to EGIS, which the casino describes as operating under Tobique Gaming Commission regulations.
Important limitations
Stay Casino’s regulator record comes before any of its terms. ACMA’s two 2022 findings were about the Stay Casino service itself, which it found had an “Australian customer-link”, and none of the Stay Casino pages we read mention them (ACMA warning to Hollycorn N.V.; ACMA warning to Libergos Limited). We could not establish whether Hollycorn N.V., Libergos Limited and Metlait SRL are related, or when the operator named in the terms changed.
Stay Casino publishes its withdrawal caps only in euros. The general terms cap withdrawals at €5,000 per day, €10,000 per week and €20,000 per month, so the AUD ceiling moves with the exchange rate.
Stay Casino’s verification rules are strict and time-bound. A withdrawal can be cancelled and the account locked if the casino cannot reach the player within 14 days of the request, and failing verification within the same window can lead to confiscation of funds.
The Stay Casino welcome bonus is harder to clear than its headline suggests. The cash bonus has a wagering period of up to 7 days, many popular pokies count only partly towards wagering, and winnings from the bonus are capped.
Stay Casino’s payment tables loaded only from Australia. The deposit and withdrawal tables on the Australian payments page did not render for our crawler; from an Australian connection on 7 October 2026 they listed cards, ApplePay, MiFinity, Jet Bank, crypto and bank transfer in AUD, with only bank transfer, MiFinity and crypto for withdrawals, and PayID was not listed (Stay Casino payments page, as shown in Australia). The logged-in cashier was not checked, and the official domain sent that connection to a numbered domain that was not on ACMA’s blocked-websites list when we checked.
Operator and licence
Stay Casino is operated by Metlait SRL, a Costa Rican company, and the Tobique Gaming Commission (TGC) register confirms that Metlait holds a current licence. It does not confirm the licence number or which websites that licence covers. Anjouan’s register, which does list websites, names staycasino.com under a second Metlait licence.

The TGC License Holders register lists Metlait S.R.L with a B2C licence recorded as active, expiring on 16 April 2027, and a separate B2B licence. The register shows company names, expiry dates and licence types only. It publishes no licence numbers and no domains, so the licence number and its coverage of staycasino.com rest on Stay Casino’s own terms. The TGC’s list of unlicensed and fraudulent sites did not include staycasino.com when checked on the same day.
Anjouan’s Licence Register lists staycasino.com among the domains of Metlait SRL’s licence ALSI-202509073-FI2, recorded as active and expiring on 29 September 2027. Stay Casino’s terms page holds an Anjouan version of clause 1.1 and of the footer naming that licence, but its page code shows that version to visitors from some other countries, not to Australian visitors, who see the Tobique wording (Stay Casino terms, page data).
We did not check Metlait SRL against the Costa Rica company registry, so the registration number is recorded as the operator states it. Our guide to checking a casino licence explains how to repeat the register search.
The official site is staycasino.com, and Stay Casino pages are served from www.staycasino.com with Australian, New Zealand and Canadian locales. Many look-alike domains use the Stay Casino name, and some of them, along with some review sites, name other companies and Curaçao licences that do not appear anywhere on staycasino.com. We do not treat those sites as evidence. One name they use, Hollycorn N.V., is confirmed by a regulator rather than by them: ACMA identified it, and separately Libergos Limited, as Stay Casino’s provider in 2022, as set out below.
ACMA’s 2022 formal warnings
ACMA began investigating the Stay Casino and Golden Crown Casino services on 22 September 2021 under section 21 of the Interactive Gambling Act, and its warning of 22 February 2022 states that the delegate was satisfied that Hollycorn N.V. “has contravened subsection 15(2A) of the Interactive Gambling Act 2001” (ACMA formal warning to Hollycorn N.V.). That warning is addressed to Hollycorn N.V. at a Willemstad, Curaçao address. A second warning, of the same date and from the same investigation, is addressed to Libergos Limited in Nicosia, Cyprus, and finds that Libergos Limited, “as the provider of the Stay Casino and Golden Crown Casino services”, contravened the same subsection (ACMA formal warning to Libergos Limited). They are the only regulator documents we hold that name a provider for Stay Casino other than the operator in its terms, and we could not establish how the three companies are related.
Both warnings also cover Golden Crown Casino, whose terms also name Metlait SRL and the same Tobique licence. ACMA treated the two brands as services of the same providers. The two warnings did not name Richard Casino or SkyCrown, but each of those brands has its own ACMA warning, as the comparison below sets out.
Account verification (KYC)
Stay Casino requires verification before it pays out, and a pending withdrawal stays on hold until every step is complete. The terms allow document checks, a phone call and, in some cases, a video check.

How verification interacts with a withdrawal
What the terms state: Withdrawals stay pending until KYC (documents and possibly a phone call) is complete; if the casino cannot reach the player within two weeks of the withdrawal request, the account is locked and the withdrawal cancelled; failing verification within two weeks of a request can lead to account termination and confiscation of funds. The deadline is counted from the withdrawal request, and missing a phone call or email can be enough to trigger it, so a player who requests a payout should expect contact soon afterwards. Clause 9.5 asks for documents in Latin or Cyrillic script; anyone who cannot supply them may be asked to record a video holding their ID, and refusing leads to closure and forfeiture. Stay Casino’s terms set a minimum withdrawal of A$30 for AUD accounts and a processing target of up to 72 hours, counted from approval rather than from the request. Both figures come from terms checked on .

The general terms name Visa and Mastercard for deposits and withdrawals, bank transfer for withdrawals and a list of cryptocurrencies processed through CoinsPaid. Neosurf and eZeeWallet appear only in homepage copy written for Australians; MiFinity appears there and in the Australian payments table. The Australian payments page says “Paysafecard, Skrill, and Neteller are not available for Australian players” (Stay Casino payments page (en-AU)). Its withdrawal table, as shown to an Australian connection, has no card row, although the general terms name cards for withdrawals (Stay Casino payments page, as shown in Australia).
PayID is not mentioned on any Stay Casino page we could read, including the payments tables shown to an Australian connection, so we cannot confirm it as a deposit or withdrawal option. We did not check the logged-in cashier, so this is not proof that it is unavailable. See PayID casinos for sites that list it.
Stay Casino limits card payouts. Clause 11.9 returns card withdrawals only up to the player’s “total net deposit”, with any excess paid by another method, and clause 11.5 lets the casino choose a different payout method “at our sole discretion” (Stay Casino terms). Clause 11.10 gives a bank-transfer processing time of up to 3 business days.
The casino-wide minimum deposit in clause 10.4 is “€20 (or equivalent)”, while the homepage says “you can make the $10 minimum deposit” without naming a currency (Stay Casino homepage). The About Us page says cashout time “typically clocks in at under 24 hours” (Stay Casino About Us); that is marketing copy, and the terms commit only to the processing target above.
Which withdrawal caps apply

Clause 11.8 of the general terms, “Withdrawal Frequency Limits”, sets the limits for every account: €5,000 per casino day (midnight to midnight UTC), €10,000 per week from the first payment sent that week, and €20,000 per calendar month. Progressive jackpot wins are paid in full and do not count. Clause 11.7, just before it, separately caps winnings from no-deposit bonuses, listed as “75 CAD, 75 AUD, 75 NZD” (Stay Casino terms, clauses 11.7 and 11.8). The Australian bonus terms repeat the weekly and monthly figures for the Welcome Package; their VIP Welcome Package section raises the monthly figure and adds that “Players with up to 6 first deposits can withdraw a maximum of 1000 EUR/AUD/CAD/NZD/USD (or equivalent) per transaction” (Stay Casino bonus terms (en-AU)).
Cancelling a pending withdrawal

The terms do not say whether a player can cancel a pending withdrawal and return the money to their balance. They only give the casino power to cancel pending withdrawals, for example on duplicate accounts under clause 8.1 or when country restrictions are breached under clause 2.6. Welcome bonus and wagering
Stay Casino’s first-deposit bonus is a 100% match up to A$1,000 with 100 free spins, and the bonus carries 40x wagering with a playthrough period of up to 7 days. It is the first step of a Welcome Package spread over 6 deposits, advertised as worth up to A$5,000 in total. The promotions page shown to an Australian connection on 7 October 2026 carried the same offer (Stay Casino promotions page, as shown in Australia).

The Stay Casino package headline does not reconcile with its bonus terms. The Australian bonus terms list a maximum bonus for each of the first five deposits, and those caps add up to less than the advertised total; the sixth step is described only as “a mystery reward” (Stay Casino bonus terms (en-AU)). The homepage also says “make a deposit of 20 dollars and get +100% and 100 FS”, while the bonus terms set the AUD minimum at A$30.
Stay Casino’s bonus time limits are short. The bonus terms state: “The duration of activation for free spins and the deposit bonus is one day. The duration of the playthrough period for free spins is three days, and seven days for the cash bonus.” (Stay Casino bonus terms (en-AU)). That overrides the longer default validity in the general bonus rules. Free-spin winnings carry their own wagering at the same multiple. Pokies that count only in part

The contribution figure applies to most pokies, but the general bonus rules then list a long run of titles where only “50%” of the stake counts, including Book of Dead, Gates of Olympus, Big Bass Bonanza, Starburst, The Dog House and Money Train 2. Table games, roulette, video poker and craps count “5 %”, and live dealer games cannot be played at all with an active bonus (Stay Casino bonus rules (German rendering)). The worked example above assumes full-contribution games; clearing the bonus on a listed title takes considerably more betting. These rules were captured only in a German rendering of the page, which states that the English version prevails.
Games and providers
Stay Casino says it has “more than 8.000 games” (Stay Casino About Us) and its homepage mentions 7,000 slots from “55+ providers” (Stay Casino homepage). Both are operator figures; we did not count the lobby.
The homepage and bonus terms name Pragmatic Play, Play’n GO, Nolimit City, Yggdrasil, Relax Gaming, Hacksaw Gaming, BGaming, Playson and Spinomenal among pokies providers, and Evolution among live-casino studios. Two restrictions matter for Australians. Section 3 of the terms lists NetEnt games as blacklisted in Australia and Amatic as restricted in Australia, so those titles should not be expected in an Australian account (Stay Casino terms). The homepage contradicts this for NetEnt: its pokies copy, written for Australian readers, names “Netent” among the providers whose slots “our players absolutely adore” (Stay Casino homepage). The terms are the more specific statement, and the homepage copy does not say that NetEnt titles are open to Australian accounts. Mobile
Stay Casino is presented as a browser casino that works on phones, and we could not confirm a native iOS or Android app. The About Us page invites players to “Grab your cellphone or laptop” (Stay Casino About Us), and no dedicated mobile or app page was found.

Stay Casino documents deposit, loss and wager limits, a cooling-off period and self-exclusion, but not session limits or reality checks. Limits can be lowered immediately; an increase needs email confirmation and waits until the previous limit expires.

The page offers cooling-off periods of “1 week, 1 month, 3 months, or 6 months” and self-exclusion for “6 months, 9 months, 1 year” or indefinitely (Stay Casino Responsible Gaming page). Crypto weakens both tools. The same page says deposit limits “cannot always be applied to cryptocurrency transactions” and that some crypto deposits “may still be successfully processed while the Cooling-Off limit is active”. This is the clause most likely to turn a pending withdrawal into a loss. A deadline of 14 days is short for anyone travelling or slow to answer an unknown number, and the consequence is confiscation, not just a delayed payout. Keeping ID, a recent utility bill or bank statement and a photo of the payment card ready before the first withdrawal is the practical safeguard.
Deposits must be played before they can be withdrawn

The rule applies with or without a bonus. A player who deposits and changes their mind cannot withdraw that deposit untouched, and money played on table games or video poker needs a higher turnover than money played on pokies, as the quoted clause sets out. Unplayed deposits add up: several deposits with no play in between must all be wagered before any withdrawal.

The general bonus rules cap winnings from cash bonuses, explicitly including the Welcome Package, at “dem 10-fachen des Bonusbetrags” (ten times the bonus amount), and anything above that is forfeited at withdrawal. Free-spin bonus winnings have a separate cap of “150 AUD” (Stay Casino bonus rules (German rendering)). A player who wins big while a bonus is active keeps only the capped amount of those bonus winnings.
Dormant accounts are charged
What the terms state: A monthly dormancy fee of €20 (or currency equivalent) may be deducted from the balance; a balance under €20 is deducted in full. Deductions continue each month until the balance reaches zero or the player logs in and places a wager. Verified — operator's own pages

The fee is deducted each month until the balance is gone, so a forgotten balance is gradually used up. Logging in and placing a wager resets the account. Withdrawing any remaining balance before leaving the site avoids the fee.
Several other clauses in the general terms deserve a mention:
- Disputes. Clause 17 requires arbitration “exclusively” in Costa Rica, and clause 15 makes the casino’s server logs “final and binding” on game results. Clause 13 bars any claim filed more than “one (1) year” after it arose.
- Bonus abuse. Clause 9.4 lists behaviours that void bonuses and winnings, including “Maintaining a deposits-to-bonus ratio exceeding 50%” and lowering stakes after a large win.
- Third-party payments. Clause 10.3 confiscates winnings from any deposit made from an account in someone else’s name.
- Refunds. Clause 14.1 requires refund requests for a legitimate transaction “within 24 hours of the transaction”.

ACMA has formally warned a company it named as provider of each of these brands, and of Neospin, whose terms also name Metlait SRL: Stay Casino and Golden Crown Casino (Hollycorn N.V. and Libergos Limited, 22 February 2022), SkyCrown (Hollycorn N.V., 18 August 2022; ACMA warning to Hollycorn N.V.), Neospin (Hollycorn N.V. and Libergos Limited, 26 October 2022; Hollycorn N.V. again, 16 April 2025; ACMA warning to Hollycorn N.V., 2022, ACMA warning to Libergos Limited, 2022, ACMA warning to Hollycorn N.V., 2025) and Richard Casino (Hollycorn N.V. and Libergos Limited, 12 June 2024; ACMA warning to Hollycorn N.V., ACMA warning to Libergos Limited). None of those warnings names Metlait SRL. ACMA’s warning of 25 May 2026 about SpinRise, another brand whose terms name Metlait SRL, is addressed to Metlait SRL itself (ACMA warning to Metlait SRL).

Stay Casino has two formal warnings on its Australian record. ACMA found in 2022 that Hollycorn N.V. and Libergos Limited, each of which it named as the provider of Stay Casino, had provided prohibited interactive gambling services to customers in Australia (ACMA warning to Hollycorn N.V.; ACMA warning to Libergos Limited). The current terms name Metlait SRL, which the Tobique Gaming Commission register lists with a B2C licence; that register cannot confirm the licence number or that it covers staycasino.com, while Anjouan’s register lists the domain under a second Metlait licence.
Is Stay Casino licensed?
Stay Casino’s terms state that it operates under Tobique Gaming Commission licence no. 0000064 (Stay Casino terms). The TGC License Holders register lists Metlait S.R.L with a B2C licence expiring 16 April 2027, but it shows no licence numbers or domains. Anjouan’s Licence Register lists staycasino.com under Metlait SRL’s licence ALSI-202509073-FI2, which the terms shown to Australian visitors do not mention. The licence record and ACMA’s 2022 formal warnings about the Stay Casino service are separate matters; the warnings are described above.
How much can you withdraw from Stay Casino per week?
Clause 11.8 of the general terms caps withdrawals at €10,000 per week, within €20,000 per month, stated in euros only; the Australian bonus terms give the same figures. Progressive jackpot wins are paid in full and do not count toward the limits.
How long do Stay Casino withdrawals take?
The terms set a target of up to 72 hours from approval, and bank transfers are processed within up to 3 business days. Approval waits for verification to finish. This review is based on published terms, so it cannot report actual payout times.
Does Stay Casino accept PayID?
We could not confirm it. PayID does not appear in Stay Casino’s terms, bonus terms, homepage or Australian payments page, including the tables shown to an Australian connection; the logged-in cashier was not checked. Those tables list bank transfer, MiFinity and crypto for withdrawals.
What are Stay Casino’s sister sites?

It now records the Anjouan listing and notes that Stay Casino's page code holds an Anjouan version of its terms and footer that is shown to visitors from some other countries, not to Australian visitors.
