The caps come from clause 11.8 of the terms, which gives an Australian-dollar figure for each; the minimum withdrawal is the AUD figure on the payments page. The processing row shows two answers because the terms and the payments page disagree, as the payments section explains.

What stands out

Crownslots served its Australian pages on its own address. From an Australian connection on 9 October 2026, crownslots.com loaded without a redirect to another domain, in the Australian locale with offers in AU$, but its cookie banner asked the visitor to confirm “In proceeding I confirm that I am currently accessing this website outside of Australia” (Crownslots homepage, as shown in Australia). The terms do not list Australia as a restricted country.

Crownslots homepage: a header with Promotions, Loyalty Program, Payments, Tournaments and Bonus Store, Sign in and Sign up buttons and an Australian flag; a Welcome Pack banner; a category bar from Lobby to Crash Games; a row of pokies; and a cookie bar asking the visitor to confirm they are accessing the site outside of Australia, with Accept and Decline.
Crownslots' homepage as shown to an Australian visitor on its official domain, with the cookie bar's outside-Australia confirmation. Source: Crownslots (Metlait SRL): Homepage screenshot, as shown to an Australian visitor, captured 9 October 2026.

A regulator source ties crownslots.com to its licence. The Tobique seal in the site footer links to the Tobique Gaming Commission’s own validator, which names Metlait SRL, lists www.crownslots.com as its registered website and shows the operating status as valid (TGC licence validation for www.crownslots.com).

Crownslots shows a full payment table before login. It lists cards, e-wallets, Paysafecard, Flexepin and six cryptocurrencies, with Australian-dollar limits for the fiat methods, and names Visa and Mastercard as withdrawal methods for AUD.

Important limitations

Every Crownslots deposit must be wagered 3x before it can be withdrawn, bonus or not, so a player who deposits and changes their mind cannot simply take the money back. The penalty is set out under the terms that deserve attention below.

Withdrawals are capped at A$1,500 a day and A$6,000 a week, with exceptions only “for the most active and devoted players” (Crownslots terms). The weekly cap is lower than the maximum of the first-deposit highroller bonus on the promotions page (Crownslots promotions page, as shown in Australia).

Verification runs on two clocks. A withdrawal is cancelled and the account locked if the player cannot be reached within 14 days, while the AML policy says “Consideration timelines for KYC documents could be up to 30 working days from the moment when the client provided all requested documents” (Crownslots AML policy).

The welcome bonus caps what the cash bonus can win at the size of the maximum bonus, and states two different caps for its free spins, as the bonus section below sets out.

Operator and licence

Crownslots is operated by Metlait SRL, a Costa Rican company, under a Tobique Gaming Commission (TGC) licence. Three regulator sources confirm different parts of that statement.

The TGC License Holders register lists Metlait S.R.L with a B2C licence recorded as active, expiring on 16 April 2027, and a separate B2B licence. It publishes no licence numbers, so the number Crownslots quotes, 0000064, rests on its own terms and footer.

The seal check fills the other gap. Opened from the crownslots.com footer, the TGC validator page names Metlait SRL and its Costa Rica address, lists www.crownslots.com under “Registered Website(s)” and reports “Operating status: VALID” (TGC licence validation for www.crownslots.com). Readers can open the same page from the seal in the crownslots.com footer, whose link carries the site’s own seal ID; our guide to checking a casino licence walks through it.

Anjouan’s Licence Register also lists crownslots.com among the domains of Metlait SRL’s second licence, ALSI-202509073-FI2, recorded as active. Crownslots’ terms and footer, as shown to Australian visitors, name only the Tobique licence.

The ACMA warnings in the regulator record above call Hollycorn N.V. “a provider” (February 2025) and “the provider” (August 2025) of the Crown Slots service, not Metlait SRL. We did not check Metlait SRL against the Costa Rica company registry.

The footer’s “Australian Access” link points to a separate Australia-themed domain, not to a page of crownslots.com (Crownslots homepage). That site and other look-alikes using the Crownslots name were not treated as evidence.

Account verification (KYC)

Crownslots requires verification before it pays out. The terms allow document checks, a phone call and, if documents are not in Latin or Cyrillic script, a video check, and clause 2.7 blocks Bitcoin deposits and bets until ID verification is completed.

How verification interacts with a withdrawal

What the terms state: Failure to pass verification within two (2) weeks of our request will result in account termination and funds confiscation. Verified — operator's own pages

“9.3. We may require a live phone verification in addition to document checks. If we cannot verify your identity or suspect fraud especially when provided phone numbers are invalid or missing - we may close your account permanently and forfeit any winnings. Failure to pass verification within two (2) weeks of our request will result in account termination and funds confiscation.”

Source: Terms and Conditions (version 1.0, effective 09.04.2026), as shown to an Australian visitor (Crownslots (Metlait SRL)), checked 9 October 2026.

Our analysis:

Crownslots sets two two-week limits: clause 8.4 counts from the withdrawal request (the account is locked if the casino cannot reach the player), and clause 9.3 from the casino’s own verification request. Either can end with the balance lost, and clause 9.5 closes the account if a requested video check is refused (Crownslots terms). Having ID, a recent utility bill or bank statement and a photo of the payment card ready before the first withdrawal is the practical safeguard. Our explainer on casino ID checks covers what these requests usually involve.

Deposits and withdrawals

Crownslots’ payments page, as shown to an Australian connection, sets a minimum withdrawal of A$45 for each fiat method, checked on . Clause 11.1 of the terms states the minimum as “€30 (or equivalent)” (Crownslots terms).

— means we have not recorded a figure for this method; it does not mean the casino publishes none (the review's text covers figures its pages state in conflicting ways). “Low confidence” means the page names the method only in general terms (for example a general list, a logo strip or the version of a page shown in another country), so it may not apply to Australian accounts.

The table comes from the logged-out payments page, not from the cashier, so methods could differ after login (Crownslots payments page, as shown in Australia). The page also lists Interac in Canadian dollars and XRP, which have no row here. Bank transfer has no row on the Australian page; clause 11.10 says only that bank-transfer payouts in USD are not available and that “All bank transfers are processed within 3 business days”, so it is marked low confidence.

Card payouts carry a condition the table cannot show. Clause 11.3 supports Visa and Mastercard withdrawals for personal cards “issued in a supported country”, without listing the countries, and clause 11.4 says the issuing bank may still reject them. Clause 11.9 returns withdrawals up to a player’s net card deposits to the card and pays any excess by another method (Crownslots terms).

PayID does not appear in the payment table shown to Australians, in the terms or in the FAQ, so we cannot confirm it as a deposit or withdrawal option. We did not check the logged-in cashier. See PayID casinos for sites that list it.

Three answers on how fast payouts are

What the terms state: up to 72 hours / Instant (sources differ) Conflicting sources

“11.6. We aim to process all withdrawal requests within 72 hours of approval. Actual payout timing depends on the chosen method and your verification status.”

Source: Terms and Conditions (version 1.0, effective 09.04.2026), as shown to an Australian visitor (Crownslots (Metlait SRL)), checked 9 October 2026.

Our analysis:

Clause 11.6 says “We aim to process all withdrawal requests within 72 hours of approval”, so the clock starts only once a request is approved. The payments page labels every withdrawal method “Instant”, and the About us page says “all payments are guaranteed to be sent out on the last day of every month” (Crownslots About us page). Only the 72-hour aim appears in the terms. Our guide to withdrawal limits and timing compares how casinos word these promises.

How the withdrawal caps work

What the terms state: A$6,000 Verified — operator's own pages

“Weekly (rolling 7-day): EUR 4,000 / USD 4,000 / AUD 6,000 / CAD 6,000 / NZD 6,000 / NOK 40,000 (or equivalent). Resets each 7 days from your first cashout in a calendar month and on the 1st of each month.”

Source: Terms and Conditions (version 1.0, effective 09.04.2026), as shown to an Australian visitor (Crownslots (Metlait SRL)), checked 9 October 2026.

Our analysis:

The weekly cap sits between a daily cap of A$1,500 and a monthly cap of A$25,000. Clause 11.8 calls the week “rolling 7-day” but also says it “Resets each 7 days from your first cashout in a calendar month and on the 1st of each month”, so the week restarts at the start of every month. Progressive jackpot wins “are paid in full and do not count toward these limits”, and amounts above a payment method’s own limit “may be split into multiple installments” (Crownslots terms).

Cancelling a pending withdrawal

What the terms state: Not confirmed Unconfirmed

Source: Terms and Conditions (version 1.0, effective 09.04.2026), as shown to an Australian visitor (Crownslots (Metlait SRL)), checked 9 October 2026.

Our analysis:

Crownslots’ terms do not say whether a player can cancel a pending withdrawal and return the money to their balance. They only give the casino power to refuse or reverse withdrawals when country restrictions are breached (clause 2.6) and to cancel pending withdrawals on duplicate accounts (clause 8.1).

Welcome bonus and wagering

Crownslots’ first-deposit bonus on its Australian pages is a 125% match up to A$1,500 with 100 free spins, wagered 40x in up to 7 days. The homepage advertises a welcome pack of up to A$5,700 plus free spins over 3 deposits, which adds the first, second and third deposit bonuses; the second and third need codes (Crownslots bonus terms (en-AU)).

The example covers the cash bonus only. Crownslots’ formula is “40x the bonus amount (deposit bonus + FS result)”, so whatever the free spins win is added to the amount to be wagered. However large the deposit, the most the cash bonus can turn into is A$1,500, the same figure as the maximum bonus (Crownslots bonus terms (en-AU)). Our bonus wagering guide explains how the base changes the cost.

Two caps on free-spin winnings

What the terms state: A$225 / A$1,500 (the page states both) Conflicting sources

“Maximum win from free spins result: EUR/USD 150 | AUD/CAD/NZD 225 | NOK 1,500 | BTC 0.00144 | LTC 1.5 | ETH 0.045 | USDT 150 | DOGE 780 | XRP 55.5”

Source: Bonus Terms and Conditions, as shown to an Australian visitor (Crownslots (Metlait SRL)), checked 9 October 2026.

Our analysis:

The first-deposit section gives one line for “Maximum win from free spins (all series)” and, directly below it, another for “Maximum win from free spins result”, with different figures, and does not say how they relate. The free spins come in four daily sets on Pragmatic Play and BGaming pokies, and each set must be activated within a day. Until the casino explains the two lines, the lower figure is the safer one to plan around. Elsewhere in the same document, the second-deposit bonus caps winnings at “AUD 1,800” although its maximum bonus is “AUD/CAD/NZD 1,700” (Crownslots bonus terms (en-AU)).

How games count towards wagering

What the terms state: 100% Verified — operator's own pages

“All bets made while playing slots contribute 100% to bonus wagering.”

Source: Bonus Terms and Conditions, as shown to an Australian visitor (Crownslots (Metlait SRL)), checked 9 October 2026.

Our analysis:

Pokies count in full; table games, live casino, lottery and other games count “5%”. With an active bonus, players “cannot play any jackpot slots as well as any slots produced by the EGT (Euro Games Technology) provider”, nor a list of named pokies that includes Book of Dead, Dead or Alive and Reactoonz (Crownslots bonus terms (en-AU)). The maximum bet of A$7.50 is the default for any bonus and also covers bonus rounds bought inside a game.

Games and providers

Crownslots says it offers 8,000+ games; it publishes no pokies count, and we did not count the lobby. The lobby has Playtech and Play’n GO sections, and the welcome free spins are on Pragmatic Play and BGaming pokies. Section 3 of the terms says NetEnt games are not available in territories “including Australia” and that Amatic is “Restricted in Australia” (Crownslots terms), so Australian accounts should not expect them.

Mobile

Crownslots describes a “mobile-first approach” and a site that is “fully responsive”, but names no iOS or Android app.

Responsible-gambling tools

Crownslots documents deposit, loss and wager limits by day, week or month, a session limit, a cooling-off period and self-exclusion, but no reality-check reminders. Lowering a limit takes effect at once; raising one needs email confirmation and waits until the previous limit expires.

The session limit logs the player out when the set time is reached, and self-exclusion can also be requested by email to support (Crownslots Responsible Gaming page). Every deposit must be played through

What the terms state: 3x Verified — operator's own pages

“9.7. Any deposit must be wagered three (3) times the deposited amount before you may withdraw those funds.”

Source: Terms and Conditions (version 1.0, effective 09.04.2026), as shown to an Australian visitor (Crownslots (Metlait SRL)), checked 9 October 2026.

Our analysis:

The rule sits in the anti-fraud section and applies with or without a bonus. Several deposits made without play must all be wagered before any withdrawal, and neither the processing fee nor the grounds for refusing a withdrawal are quantified.

Bonus winnings are capped

What the terms state: Yes Verified — operator's own pages

“Maximum win from cash bonus: EUR/USD 1,000 | AUD 1,500 | CAD/NZD 1,500 | NOK 10,000 | BTC 0.00960 | LTC 10 | ETH 0.3 | USDT 1,000 | DOGE 5,200 | XRP 370”

Source: Bonus Terms and Conditions, as shown to an Australian visitor (Crownslots (Metlait SRL)), checked 9 October 2026.

Our analysis:

Winnings from the first-deposit cash bonus are capped at A$1,500, and the bonus abuse rules can cancel bonus winnings outright: clause 9.4 of the general terms lists “Maintaining a deposits-to-bonus ratio exceeding 50%” (Crownslots terms), and the additional bonus terms define abuse as “70% of bonus funds with 5 deposits, but not more than 9 deposits; or 50% of bonus funds with 10 deposits or more” (Crownslots bonus terms (en-AU)). The general bonus terms also cap real-money bets while wagering at “AU$75” on slots and “AU$150” on crash, live, table and video poker games, without saying when that limit applies.

Dormant accounts can be charged

What the terms state: The casino reserves the right to charge a monthly dormancy fee of €25 (or currency equivalent), or the whole balance if it is less than €25, until the balance reaches zero or the player logs in and places a wager. Verified — operator's own pages

“Once your Account becomes inactive, we reserve the right to charge a monthly dormancy fee of €25 (or currency equivalent), deducted from your remaining balance. If your balance is less than €25, we will deduct the entire balance instead.”

Source: Terms and Conditions (version 1.0, effective 09.04.2026), as shown to an Australian visitor (Crownslots (Metlait SRL)), checked 9 October 2026.

Our analysis:

The terms reserve the right to charge the fee every month until the balance is gone, and give no Australian-dollar figure for it. Logging in and placing a wager reactivates the account; withdrawing any remaining balance before leaving the site avoids the fee.

Several other clauses in Crownslots’ general terms deserve a mention:

  • Disputes. Clause 17 requires arbitration “exclusively” in Costa Rica, and clause 15.3 makes the casino’s server logs “final and binding” on game results.
  • Refunds. Clause 14.1 requires refund requests for a legitimate transaction “within 24 hours of the transaction”.
  • Third-party payments. Clause 10.3 confiscates winnings from any deposit made from an account in someone else’s name.
  • Duplicate accounts. Clause 8.1 treats accounts sharing an address, household, IP address or device as duplicates and lets the casino cancel pending withdrawals on them.
  • VPNs. Clause 3.2 says using a VPN to get around geographic restrictions “may lead to confiscation of winnings”.

Strengths and limitations

Strengths

  • The TGC seal validator lists www.crownslots.com as Metlait SRL’s registered website

  • The payments page shown to Australians lists methods with AUD limits before login, from A$30 for card deposits

  • Crownslots lets players set deposit, loss, wager and session limits

  • Crownslots’ complaints clause names EGIS as an external dispute body

Limitations

  • ACMA formally warned Hollycorn N.V. twice in 2025 as a provider of the Crown Slots service, and crownslots.com is on ACMA’s blocked list

  • Withdrawals are capped at A$1,500 a day and A$6,000 a week

  • Clause 9.7 makes every deposit subject to 3x wagering, on pain of a fee or a refused payout

  • If Crownslots cannot reach the player within 14 days of a payout request, the request is cancelled and the account locked

  • The terms, the payments page and the About us page give three different payout timings

  • Winnings from the first-deposit cash bonus are capped at A$1,500, and free-spin winnings have two stated caps

  • PayID is not on the payments page shown to Australians

How it compares

Crownslots has six confirmed sister brands on this site: Neospin, Golden Crown, Richard Casino, SkyCrown, Stay Casino and SpinRise. All seven casino records name Metlait SRL as operator and cite the same Tobique Gaming Commission licence, and Anjouan’s register lists all seven domains under one second Metlait licence; the Tobique seal check that names a website is specific to each domain. ACMA has formally warned a company it named as a provider of each of the seven: for Crownslots, Neospin, Golden Crown, Richard Casino, SkyCrown and Stay Casino that company is Hollycorn N.V. (with Libergos Limited for some), and for SpinRise it is Metlait SRL; each review sets out its own record (ACMA investigations into online gambling providers). Withdrawal caps, deposit wagering and bonuses differ from brand to brand, so check each review rather than assuming the terms match. Our licence transparency study compares what casinos publish about their operators; for payout policies across brands, see fast withdrawal casinos, for welcome-offer terms side by side, casino bonuses, and for crypto payments, crypto casinos. The full list is on our casino reviews page.

This review gives no verdict, but the ownership and regulator facts can be checked. The terms name Metlait SRL, and the Tobique validator lists www.crownslots.com as that company’s registered website. ACMA’s two 2025 formal warnings to Hollycorn N.V. over the Crown Slots service are set out in the regulator record at the top of this page. The withdrawal caps, deposit wagering and verification deadlines above decide how usable a balance is.

This review does not give a legal conclusion. The documented facts are ACMA’s two 2025 findings against Hollycorn N.V. as a provider of the Crown Slots service and the blocked-list entry for crownslots.com, both in the regulator record at the top of this page. Crownslots’ licence comes from the Tobique Gaming Commission, a regulator outside Australia, and the site’s cookie banner asks visitors to confirm they are accessing it from outside Australia.

Who owns Crownslots, and is it connected to Crown casino?

Metlait SRL, according to clause 1.1 of the terms, which give a Costa Rica registration number and address and Tobique licence 0000064 (Crownslots terms). ACMA’s 2025 warnings name Hollycorn N.V. of Curaçao as a provider of the service. None of the Crownslots pages we read mentions Crown Melbourne or any other Crown-branded venue; the shared word is only in the name.

How long do Crownslots withdrawals take, and how much can you withdraw?

Published terms are all this review can report; it cannot report actual payout times. Clause 11.6 aims to process withdrawals “within 72 hours of approval”, bank transfers take up to 3 business days, and the payments page labels every method “Instant”. Withdrawals start at A$45 and are capped at A$1,500 a day, A$6,000 a week and A$25,000 a month, after verification, which can take up to “30 working days” (Crownslots AML policy).

What is the Crownslots welcome bonus and its wagering?

The first-deposit bonus is a 125% match up to A$1,500 plus 100 free spins, from a deposit of A$30. The bonus and free-spin winnings must be wagered 40x in up to 7 days, with a maximum bet of A$7.50, and winnings from the cash bonus are capped at A$1,500. The full pack over 3 deposits is advertised as up to A$5,700.

Does Crownslots have a no deposit bonus?

No no-deposit sign-up bonus appears on the promotions page shown to Australians; the welcome offers all need a deposit (Crownslots promotions page, as shown in Australia). On 9 October 2026 the homepage also showed a “TELEGRAM BONUS” of “100 Free Spins” “for joining Telegram”, without terms we could read (Crownslots homepage, as shown in Australia). The general bonus terms cap winnings from any no-deposit bonus at “AUD 75” and pay them out only after at least one deposit (Crownslots bonus terms (en-AU)).

Does Crownslots accept PayID?

Not on any Crownslots page we could read. The payments page shown to an Australian connection lists cards, e-wallets, vouchers and cryptocurrencies but no PayID, and the terms and FAQ never mention it. That leaves the logged-in cashier, which this review did not see.

What are Crownslots’ sister sites?

On this site, six: Neospin, Golden Crown, Richard Casino, SkyCrown, Stay Casino and SpinRise, whose terms give the same Metlait SRL registration and Tobique licence as Crownslots’ clause 1.1. Anjouan’s register also lists crownslots.com beside their domains under one Metlait licence. Sharing an operator does not mean sharing terms: Crownslots’ withdrawal caps, deposit wagering and bonus rules are its own.
