The daily, weekly and monthly limits come from clause 11.8 of the terms, headed “Withdrawal Frequency Limits”, which gives one figure per account currency; the table shows the Australian-dollar figures. The minimum withdrawal is published in euros only, and SkyCrown’s terms name EUR as the site’s internal operating currency, so AUD withdrawals may involve conversion (SkyCrown Terms and Conditions, clauses 11.1 and 11.10).

What stands out

SkyCrown names the company behind it. The terms, footer and about-us page all identify Metlait SRL, a Costa Rican company with registration number 3-102-911867, as owner and operator, and the Tobique Gaming Commission lists “Metlait S.R.L” among its licence holders (TGC License Holders page). A player therefore knows which company holds their balance and which licence the terms rely on.

SkyCrown homepage: a welcome-pack headline in A$ with free spins and a row of payment logos; a sign-up form pre-set to Australia and AUD; a SkyCrown Casino Australia strip with claims about average cash-out time, total cash-outs, a recent big win and the number of games; and game-category tabs.
SkyCrown's homepage as shown to an Australian visitor, who was redirected from the official domain. The sign-up form is pre-set to Australia and AUD. Source: SkyCrown (Metlait SRL): Homepage, as shown to an Australian visitor, captured 8 October 2026.

The Australian bonus terms are written in Australian dollars. The Australian-locale bonus terms state that “Only players from Australia are eligible for this bonus”, and the welcome package runs over 4 deposits, each stage with its own cap; the terms publish no combined total. Australia is not on the restricted-country list in terms clause 2.4.

SkyCrown’s responsible-gaming page documents a full set of self-service limits: deposit, loss and wager limits by day, week or month, a cooling-off period and self-exclusion, each set from the account. The terms also name an outside dispute body, EGIS, for complaints the casino does not resolve.

Important limitations

SkyCrown’s regulator record comes before any of its terms. ACMA’s 2022 finding concerned the Sky Crown service at www.skycrown.com, which it found had an “Australian customer-link”, and none of the SkyCrown pages we saved mention it (ACMA formal warning). We could not establish whether Hollycorn N.V. and Metlait SRL are related, or when the operator named in the terms changed.

The licence the terms name cannot be fully matched to this site. The Tobique register confirms that Metlait S.R.L holds a licence, but it publishes no licence numbers or domains, so the number 0000064 and its coverage of skycrown.com rest on the operator’s word. The register that does list skycrown.com belongs to Anjouan, a regulator SkyCrown’s terms and footer do not mention.

Verification is strict and time-limited. A player who does not pass verification within 14 days of a request faces account termination and confiscation of funds under clause 9.3, and documents must be in Latin or Cyrillic script.

Every deposit must be wagered 3x before it can be withdrawn, bonus or not. The terms reserve a processing fee for early withdrawals without stating its size.

Payment details have gaps. The payments page rendered only its introduction for our crawler. From an Australian connection on 7 October 2026 it listed nine fiat methods and nine cryptocurrencies with A$ limits; PayID is not among them, although a PayID logo sits in the footer (SkyCrown payments page, as shown in Australia). The logged-in cashier was not checked, and the official domain sent that connection to a numbered domain that was not on ACMA’s blocked-websites list when we checked.

Operator and licence

SkyCrown is owned and operated by Metlait SRL, and the company holds a current Tobique Gaming Commission licence according to the regulator’s own list. What that register cannot show is which licence number or which websites the licence covers. Anjouan’s register, which does list websites, names skycrown.com under a second Metlait licence. ACMA’s 2022 formal warning named a different provider, Hollycorn N.V.

What the Tobique register shows

The Tobique Gaming Commission’s License Holders page lists “Metlait S.R.L” twice: once with a B2C licence and once with a B2B licence (TGC License Holders page). We treat the B2C entry as the one relevant to SkyCrown, because SkyCrown takes bets from consumers; its status is active and it expires on 16 April 2027. That pairing is our inference, as the register shows only company, expiry date and licence type.

Tobique Gaming Commission License Holders page. Below the column headings Company Name, License Expiration Date and License Type, the highlighted row shows Metlait S.R.L with a B2C licence and an expiry date; the next row lists Metlait S.R.L again with a B2B licence. Neighbouring rows list other companies.
Both Metlait S.R.L entries on the Tobique Gaming Commission's licence-holders list, with the B2C licence highlighted. Source: Tobique Gaming Commission, License Holders, captured 7 October 2026.

The regulator’s online validator does not settle the question either. A bare-domain query for www.skycrown.com returns “INVALID”, but the same query returns “INVALID” for a made-up domain and for known licensees whose footer seal links resolve correctly (TGC licence validator). The seal link from SkyCrown’s footer could not be captured, so we record the validator result as inconclusive rather than as evidence against the licence.

What the Anjouan register shows

Anjouan’s Licence Register lists skycrown.com among the domains of Metlait SRL’s licence ALSI-202509073-FI2, which we record as active, expiring on 29 September 2027. It is the only licence register we hold that names skycrown.com. SkyCrown’s terms and footer, as shown to Australian visitors, name the Tobique licence alone, and the SkyCrown pages we saved contain no Anjouan wording. The register confirms that the Anjouan licence lists the domain; it does not change which licence and complaints route the terms set for an Australian account.

We could not check Metlait SRL in Costa Rica’s company registry, which did not respond when we tried it. Our guide to checking a casino licence explains how to run the Tobique checks yourself, including the footer-seal method.

ACMA’s 2022 formal warning

ACMA began investigating the Sky Crown and Blue Leo services “in May 2022” under section 21 of the Interactive Gambling Act, and its warning of 18 August 2022 is addressed to Hollycorn N.V. at a Curaçao address (ACMA formal warning). It names www.skycrown.com, the official domain, as one of the addresses at which the services were available, and finds that Hollycorn N.V., “as the provider of the Sky Crown and Blue Leo services”, contravened subsection 15(2A). It is the only regulator document we hold that names a provider for SkyCrown other than the operator in its terms. We could not establish whether Hollycorn N.V. and Metlait SRL are related, or when the operator named in the terms changed.

The SkyCrown warning is separate from ACMA’s warnings of 22 February 2022 about Stay Casino and Golden Crown Casino, which did not name SkyCrown. Each of SkyCrown’s sister brands has its own warning, as the comparison below sets out.

Copy and mirror domains

The official site is www.skycrown.com, the domain named in terms clause 1.1 (SkyCrown Terms and Conditions). Numbered and look-alike domains using the SkyCrown name exist, some copying the site’s page structure; we do not name them. No official page names any of them, so none was used as evidence for this review.

Nothing on SkyCrown’s official pages links it to Crown Resorts or SkyCity, whose names often appear alongside it in search suggestions; its terms name Metlait SRL as the only operator.

Account verification (KYC)

SkyCrown requires full verification before any withdrawal is paid, and it may add a phone call to the document check. Withdrawals stay pending until every step is complete.

Phone contact and the verification deadline

What the terms state: Withdrawals stay pending until verification is complete; the casino may require documents and a phone call, and if it cannot reach the player within two weeks of the withdrawal request the account is locked and the withdrawal cancelled. Failure to pass verification within two weeks of a request can lead to account termination and confiscation of funds. Verified — operator's own pages

“8.4. As part of our Know-Your-Customer (KYC) process, we may request additional documentation or conduct a phone call to verify your identity. Withdrawal requests will remain pending until all required verification steps are completed. If we are unable to reach you by phone or email within two (2) weeks of your withdrawal request, your account will be locked and your withdrawal will be canceled.”

Source: Terms and Conditions (Version 1.0) (SkyCrown (Metlait SRL)), checked 15 October 2026.

Our analysis:

SkyCrown’s verification depends on the casino being able to reach the player. If support cannot make contact by phone or email within 14 days of a withdrawal request, the account is locked and the withdrawal cancelled, so an out-of-date phone number can cost a payout. Clause 9.3 adds that invalid or missing phone numbers can lead to permanent closure. Clause 9.5 asks for documents in Latin or Cyrillic script and allows a video verification, with the player holding their ID, as the alternative. Our identity verification guide covers what these checks usually involve.

Crypto players face an earlier check. Terms clause 2.7 states that “Before playing with BTC, players must submit valid ID” and that deposits and bets “are blocked until verification is completed” (SkyCrown Terms and Conditions).

Deposits and withdrawals

SkyCrown lists card, e-wallet, bank transfer and crypto payments. The method table on its payments page did not load for our crawler but did load from an Australian connection, so the list below combines that table with the terms and bonus terms (SkyCrown payments page, as shown in Australia). The payments page itself says there are “over 30 payment methods” and that availability “may vary depending on your country” (SkyCrown payments page).

PayID is not mentioned in the terms, the bonus terms, the about-us page or the Australian payments table, so it is not confirmed; see PayID casinos for sites that list it. The crypto rows come from the terms’ list of accepted currencies and the crypto tab of the Australian table. The terms set the minimum deposit at “€20 (or equivalent)” and say the maximum “varies by payment method” (Terms clause 10.4).

Withdrawal limits and processing

SkyCrown sets its minimum withdrawal at €20 or the equivalent, and gives a processing target of up to 72 hours from approval, in terms checked on . No pending or review period before approval is published. The stated processing time for bank transfers is up to 3 business days.

Daily, weekly and monthly limits

What the terms state: A$15,000 Verified — operator's own pages

“Weekly (rolling 7-day): €10,000 / $10,000 / C$15,000 / A$15,000 / NZ$15,000”

Source: Terms and Conditions (Version 1.0) (SkyCrown (Metlait SRL)), checked 7 October 2026.

Our analysis:

Clause 11.8, “Withdrawal Frequency Limits”, applies to every account: A$7,500 a day, A$15,000 over a rolling seven days and A$45,000 a month, with matching figures for other currencies and coins. The weekly window “Resets each 7 days from your first cashout in a calendar month and on the 1st of each month”, so it does not simply roll. Progressive jackpot wins “are paid in full and do not count toward these limits”. The clause before it, 11.7, is a separate and much lower cap on winnings from no-deposit bonuses, listed as “75 CAD, 75 AUD, 75 NZD” (Terms clauses 11.7 and 11.8). Clause 11.1 also allows payouts above a payment method’s limit to be “split into multiple installments”.

Clause 11.8 of SkyCrown's terms, highlighted: the general daily, weekly and monthly withdrawal limits, with one figure per currency. Source: SkyCrown terms and conditions, captured 7 October 2026 via DataForSEO rendering.

The casino, not the player, has the final say on the payout route. Card withdrawals are paid only up to the player’s net deposits, with any excess sent by another method, and clause 11.5 lets the casino pay “via a different method than the one you specified … at our sole discretion” (Terms clauses 11.5 and 11.9). SkyCrown charges no standard withdrawal fee, but bank-transfer payouts can attract intermediary-bank charges “typically up to €16”, which the player bears (Terms clause 11.11).

We could not confirm whether a player can cancel a pending withdrawal. The terms only say the casino may “refuse or reverse withdrawals” if the country rules are breached. Our withdrawals guide explains how pending periods and reversals usually work, and fast withdrawal casinos compares published payout targets.

Welcome bonus and wagering

The first stage of SkyCrown’s Australian welcome package is a 120% match up to A$1,200 plus 125 free spins, with 40x wagering on the bonus. The package continues over 4 deposits, each stage with its own published cap; the Australian terms state no combined package total. When our non-Australian crawler loaded the /en-AU/ homepage, it showed euro amounts that differ from the Australian bonus terms; the promotions page shown to an Australian connection on 7 October 2026 used the same A$ figures as those terms (SkyCrown promotions page, as shown in Australia).

The example leaves out free-spin winnings, which the terms add to the amount that must be wagered: the formula is “(deposit bonus + winnings from free spins) × 40”. Because the deposit itself is not part of the base, the turnover is lower than at casinos that wager deposit plus bonus. Our guide to wagering bases explains the difference.

Several exclusions narrow who can use the offer. The bonus terms state that “The bonus is NOT available for cryptocurrency players”, and that players depositing with Skrill or Neteller cannot claim any welcome stage. Live casino and table-game bets “count 10%”, and a long list of named pokies cannot be played with bonus funds at all (SkyCrown bonus terms, general terms 28–31). This review does not list bonus codes; see casino bonuses for how we compare welcome offers.

Games and providers

SkyCrown’s about-us page claims 7,000+ games, and the same page uses the same figure for slot games alone, so it reads as a marketing number rather than a count. The game lobby did not load for our crawler, so we could not check it.

Two providers named in the terms are unavailable to Australians. Clause 3.2 states that NetEnt games “are not available” in a list of countries that includes Australia, and that Amatic is “Restricted in Australia” (Terms clause 3.2). The welcome free spins are tied to named pokies from studios such as Redgenn and BGaming, with BGaming titles as the fallback where the first choice is unavailable.

Mobile

SkyCrown’s official pages that we could read do not document a mobile app for iOS or Android, and they do not describe mobile browser play either. We therefore make no claim about an app, and app downloads offered under the SkyCrown name on other domains could not be linked to the official site. See mobile casinos for how we assess mobile play.

The page states that cooling-off can be set for “1 week, 1 month, 3 months, or 6 months” and self-exclusion for “6 months, 9 months, 1 year” or “indefinitely”, and that a limit decrease takes effect immediately while an increase needs email confirmation (SkyCrown responsible-gaming page). The same page warns that deposit limits “cannot always be applied to cryptocurrency transactions” and that some crypto deposits may still go through during cooling-off, so crypto users get weaker protection. Its “External help” heading listed no organisations in the copy we read. Australian readers can find support services on our responsible gambling page.

Terms that deserve attention

The clauses below have the most direct effect on whether a SkyCrown balance can be withdrawn.

Deposit wagering before any withdrawal

What the terms state: The casino may charge a processing fee or refuse the withdrawal. Verified — operator's own pages

“9.7. … The Casino reserves the right to charge a processing fee or refuse withdrawal if wagering requirements are unmet.”

Source: Terms and Conditions (Version 1.0) (SkyCrown (Metlait SRL)), checked 15 October 2026.

Our analysis:

Every SkyCrown deposit must be wagered 3x before it can be withdrawn, whether or not a bonus is active, and several deposits without play must be wagered as a combined total. The terms state no amount or percentage for the processing fee, so a player who deposits and changes their mind cannot know in advance what a withdrawal will cost. Read this together with the bonus rule in general term 19, which lets a player withdraw the deposit before finishing bonus wagering at the cost of the bonus and its winnings.

Confiscation after a failed or late verification

What the terms state: Account termination and confiscation of funds if verification is not passed within two weeks of the request; if the casino cannot reach the player by phone or email within two weeks of a withdrawal request, the account is locked and the withdrawal cancelled. Verified — operator's own pages

“8.4. … If we are unable to reach you by phone or email within two (2) weeks of your withdrawal request, your account will be locked and your withdrawal will be canceled. / 9.3. … Failure to pass verification within two (2) weeks of our request will result in account termination and funds confiscation.”

Source: Terms and Conditions (Version 1.0) (SkyCrown (Metlait SRL)), checked 15 October 2026.

Our analysis:

The consequence here is loss of the balance, not just a delayed payout. The player has 14 days from the casino’s request, so a player who is travelling or slow to scan a document is exposed. Clause 18.4 extends forfeiture to expired ID or a mismatched name or address. Players should keep their phone number and email current and have ID, proof of address and payment proof ready before requesting a first withdrawal.

Winnings caps that survive wagering

What the terms state: A$5,000 Verified — operator's own pages

“The maximum cash out from the First Deposit Bonus is A$5,000.”

Source: Bonus Terms and Conditions (Australian locale) (SkyCrown (Metlait SRL)), checked 15 October 2026.

Our analysis:

Each welcome stage caps cash-outs at A$5,000, and the bonus terms say that “The maximum win restriction persists after the completion of the wagering requirement”. The terms for each stage add that “The maximum number of winnings using bonus funds from the free spins bonus is A$300”, and general term 7 caps winnings from any deposit bonus at “A$15,000 … unless otherwise indicated” (SkyCrown bonus terms). A large win on bonus funds is therefore cut back to the cap even after the wagering is complete.

Dormancy fee

What the terms state: A monthly dormancy fee of A$50 (€30) is deducted from the balance; if the balance is lower than the fee, the entire balance is deducted. Verified — operator's own pages

“12.1. … Once your Account becomes inactive, we reserve the right to charge a monthly dormancy fee of €30 / $30 / C$50 / A$50 / NZ$50 / … deducted from your remaining balance. If your balance is less than €30 / $30 / C$50 / A$50 / NZ$50 / …, we will deduct the entire balance instead.”

Source: Terms and Conditions (Version 1.0) (SkyCrown (Metlait SRL)), checked 30 September 2026.

Our analysis:

SkyCrown treats an account as inactive after 12 months with no login or play, and the monthly fee then runs until the balance reaches zero or the player logs in and places a wager. A small forgotten balance can be taken in a single deduction.

Other clauses in the SkyCrown Terms and Conditions (Version 1.0, undated) and bonus terms also deserve a read:

  • Shared households. Clause 8.1 treats accounts “sharing the same residential address, household, IP address, or device” as duplicates, and allows the casino to cancel pending withdrawals and confiscate winnings. People who share a home or network are exposed to this rule.
  • Bonus eligibility tied to results. The bonus terms exclude players “whose withdrawal-to-deposit ratio exceeds 70%” and those whose “total income generated for the casino is negative”, so players who win can be refused later bonuses.
  • Disputes. Complaints go to support first and then to EGIS. Clause 13 bars any claim not “filed within one (1) year”, clause 17 requires arbitration “exclusively” in Costa Rica, and in game disputes “the server’s record prevails”.
  • Refunds. Clause 14.1 requires a refund request for a legitimate transaction “within 24 hours of the transaction”.

Strengths and limitations

Strengths

  • The operating company, Metlait SRL, is named with a registration number and address, and appears on the Tobique Gaming Commission’s licence-holder list

  • Australian bonus terms are published in AUD, with a first-stage cap of A$1,200 and wagering of 40x on the bonus, not the deposit

  • Clause 11.8 publishes daily, weekly and monthly withdrawal limits in Australian dollars, up to A$45,000 a month

  • Deposit, loss and wager limits, cooling-off and self-exclusion are documented as self-service tools

  • SkyCrown’s terms name EGIS as the outside dispute service, the same one used by sister brands Richard Casino and Stay Casino

Limitations

  • ACMA formally warned Hollycorn N.V., which it named as SkyCrown’s provider, in 2022 over prohibited services to customers in Australia

  • The Tobique register does not show licence number 0000064 or that it covers skycrown.com; the only register that lists the domain is Anjouan’s, for a licence the terms do not name

  • Failing verification within 14 days of a request can end in account termination and confiscation

  • Every deposit needs 3x wagering before withdrawal, with an unquantified processing fee otherwise

  • PayID is not on the Australian payments page, no pending period is published, and no session or reality-check tools are documented

How it compares

SkyCrown’s closest comparisons are its sister brands Richard Casino and Stay Casino, which name the same operator, Metlait SRL, and the same Tobique licence in their terms. All three rely on the same Tobique register entry, so the same register gap applies to each, and Anjouan’s register lists all three domains under the same second Metlait licence. Golden Crown Casino and Neospin also name Metlait SRL.

ACMA has formally warned a company it named as provider of each of these brands: Stay Casino and Golden Crown Casino (Hollycorn N.V. and Libergos Limited, 22 February 2022; ACMA warning to Hollycorn N.V., ACMA warning to Libergos Limited), SkyCrown (Hollycorn N.V., 18 August 2022), Neospin (Hollycorn N.V. and Libergos Limited, 26 October 2022; Hollycorn N.V. again, 16 April 2025; ACMA warning to Hollycorn N.V., 2022, ACMA warning to Libergos Limited, 2022, ACMA warning to Hollycorn N.V., 2025) and Richard Casino (Hollycorn N.V. and Libergos Limited, 12 June 2024; ACMA warning to Hollycorn N.V., ACMA warning to Libergos Limited). None of those warnings names Metlait SRL. ACMA’s warning of 25 May 2026 about SpinRise, another brand whose terms name Metlait SRL, is addressed to Metlait SRL itself (ACMA warning to Metlait SRL).

Brands from one operator often share a terms template, so the differences worth checking are the withdrawal caps and bonus structures each brand publishes. For payout policies side by side, see fast withdrawal casinos; for crypto-first sites, see crypto casinos; and for all brands we cover, see the casino reviews list.

FAQ

Is SkyCrown legit?

SkyCrown has a formal warning on its Australian record. ACMA found in 2022 that Hollycorn N.V., which it named as the provider of the Sky Crown service at www.skycrown.com, had provided prohibited interactive gambling services to customers in Australia (ACMA formal warning). Today’s terms name Metlait SRL, which holds a Tobique Gaming Commission licence, but we could not confirm that the licence covers skycrown.com: the Tobique list shows Metlait S.R.L with a current B2C licence and no licence numbers or domains. Anjouan’s register does list skycrown.com, under a second Metlait licence that SkyCrown’s terms do not name. Whether that is enough is a personal judgement; the licence and terms sections above set out what is and is not documented.

In August 2022 ACMA formally warned Hollycorn N.V., which it named as SkyCrown’s provider, finding that it had provided prohibited interactive gambling services to customers physically present in Australia (ACMA formal warning). SkyCrown holds no Australian licence, and skycrown.com was on ACMA’s blocked-websites list when checked on (ACMA blocked-websites list). Its terms, by contrast, do not list Australia as a restricted country, and it publishes Australian-only bonus terms.

This review makes no statement about legality. SkyCrown’s current operator is licensed by the Tobique Gaming Commission, a First Nation regulator in New Brunswick, Canada, so complaints go to the casino and then to EGIS, not to an Australian regulator.

Does SkyCrown have a no-deposit bonus?

We could not confirm a current no-deposit offer. The promotions page we could read lists deposit offers and a tile headed “20 Free Spins – for new friends!”, but the page behind that tile rendered empty, so its conditions are unknown (SkyCrown promotions page). The general bonus terms do cover no-deposit bonuses: “The maximum number of winnings using bonus funds from non-deposit bonuses is A$75 or the same value in cryptocurrency unless otherwise indicated”, and withdrawing such winnings requires “at least one valid deposit” (Bonus terms, general terms 1 and 8). This review does not list bonus codes.

What is SkyCrown?

SkyCrown is an online casino at www.skycrown.com owned by Metlait SRL of Costa Rica. Its official pages name no link to Crown Resorts or SkyCity. Its about-us page claims 7,000+ games, and it has an Australian locale with bonus terms in AUD.

How long do SkyCrown withdrawals take?

SkyCrown’s terms give a processing target of up to 72 hours from approval, and up to 3 business days for bank transfers. No pending period before approval is published, and withdrawals wait until verification is complete. This review is based on published terms, so it cannot report actual payout times.

Does SkyCrown have an app?

We found no SkyCrown app on the official pages we could read, and those pages do not describe mobile play. Apps offered under the SkyCrown name on other domains could not be linked to the official site.

What are SkyCrown’s sister sites?

Richard Casino, Stay Casino, Golden Crown Casino and Neospin are sister sites: their terms name Metlait SRL as operator and the same Tobique Gaming Commission licence. ACMA has formally warned a company it named as provider of each of them, and of SkyCrown. Look-alike domains copy the SkyCrown name but are not named by the official site.

Change log

  1. Added ACMA's 2022 formal warning to the provider of SkyCrown

ACMA's formal warning of 18 August 2022 names Hollycorn N.V. as the provider of the Sky Crown and Blue Leo services, available at www.skycrown.com, and finds that it provided prohibited interactive gambling services to customers in Australia. An earlier version of this review did not mention the warning and said ACMA's 2022 warning to Stay Casino's provider did not name SkyCrown, which is true of that warning but left out SkyCrown's own. The summary, the operator section, the limitations, the comparison and the FAQ now reflect it, together with the warnings issued over SkyCrown's sister brands.

  2. Corrected withdrawal limits

Clause 11.8 of SkyCrown's terms sets general daily, weekly and monthly withdrawal limits. An earlier version of this review treated them as caps on no-deposit winnings, because our saved copy of the terms had lost the 11.8 heading; clause 11.7 caps no-deposit winnings separately.

  3. Payment methods and limits from the Australian payments page

SkyCrown's payments table, which had not rendered for our crawler, loaded from an Australian connection on 7 October 2026 with methods and Australian-dollar limits. The payment table and the payments text now draw on it. PayID was not listed.

  4. Anjouan's licence register lists skycrown.com

Anjouan's Licence Register lists skycrown.com under a second licence held by Metlait SRL, ALSI-202509073-FI2. This review had said no regulator source tied the site to a licence. It now records the Anjouan listing and notes that SkyCrown's terms and footer, as shown to Australian visitors, name only the Tobique licence.
