What stands out

Fair Go Casino writes its withdrawal limits into its terms in Australian dollars. Clause 27 of the Promotional Terms, printed on the same page as the General Terms, caps withdrawals at A$7,500 per customer per week, and the banking page adds a monthly cap of A$30,000, in terms checked on .

Fair Go Casino homepage banner: the Fair Go logo with Log in and Sign up buttons; award-nomination badges; three starred lines advertising a welcome bonus up to a dollar amount, fast payouts and real wins, and round-the-clock support; a Sign up button; and a cartoon koala giving a thumbs-up among jungle leaves and casino chips.

Deposit bonuses at Fair Go Casino carry no maximum cash-out. Promotional Terms clause 11 states that “All deposit bonuses are cashable at Fair Go!” (Promotional Terms). Many offshore casinos cap bonus winnings, so this is a genuine point of difference for Fair Go Casino.

Crypto deposits start low. The operator lists a minimum of A$5 for Lightning Bitcoin, A$10 for Litecoin and A$10 for Bitcoin Cash, against A$25 for Bitcoin.

The site is aimed squarely at Australia. The homepage says it is “Built specifically for Australian players”, the terms state limits in AUD, and the responsible-gambling page lists Gambling Help Online among its support services (Fair Go responsible-gambling page).

Important limitations

The main limitation is transparency. No operating company, registered address, licence number or regulator appears in the General Terms, the privacy policy or the homepage text, so a player has no named licensee or regulator to escalate a dispute to.

Large wins are paid slowly by design. Under the weekly cap, a win well above it is paid in instalments over several weeks, as the Fair Go terms expressly allow.

Fair Go Casino’s responsible-gambling tools depend on contacting support. Its responsible-gambling page documents deposit limits and self-exclusion only, with no loss, session or reality-check tool.

Bank wire is the costly payout route. The banking page’s payments table, read from an Australian connection on 7 October 2026, lists three withdrawal methods, wire transfer, Bitcoin and eZeeWallet, each with a minimum of A$100; the bank-wire fee is $50 per withdrawal, while Bitcoin and eZeeWallet payouts are free (Fair Go banking page, as shown in Australia). From that connection, the official domain sent us to a numbered domain that was not on ACMA’s blocked-websites list when we checked.

Operator and licence

We could not identify who operates Fair Go Casino or which licence, if any, covers it. This is a finding, not a gap in our research: the official site does not say.

Who runs Fair Go Casino

What the terms state: The General Terms name no operating company, address, licence or regulator. They describe Fair Go Casino as "our trade name" and refer to "the Casino" and, in the promotional terms, to "the Company" without naming it. Verified — operator's own pages

“Fair Go Casino is our trade name. You obtain no rights to any related trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, designs, or other intellectual property by using the Casino or the material contained therein.”

Source: General Terms of Fair Go Casino (incl. Promotional, Tournament, Lobby Jackpot and Refer-and-Earn terms) (Fair Go Casino), checked 30 September 2026.

Our analysis:

The terms treat “Fair Go Casino” as a trade name of an unnamed “Company”. The privacy policy names no data controller or legal entity either. Without a named company, a player cannot check who holds their balance, which law governs the account or where a complaint should go.

Only one official page mentions a regulator. The undated US landing page says Fair Go players “are protected by the license of the Curacao Gaming Authority”, but it gives no licence number and no licence holder. Several figures on that page contradict the current terms, so it looks outdated.

The Curaçao Gaming Authority’s Online Gaming License Registry (updated 21 September 2026) has no entry for “Fair Go” or for Deckmedia N.V., a company that third-party sites attribute the brand to. The register does list Dama N.V., another name used by look-alike sites, but no official Fair Go page names Dama N.V. and the register lists companies rather than domains. We therefore record Fair Go Casino’s licence status as not identifiable, and we do not treat any licence number published by third-party sites as confirmed.

The official site is served at www.fairgocasino.com (Fair Go Casino homepage). Many look-alike domains use the Fair Go name and publish operator and licence details the official site does not show; none of them was used as evidence. Our guide to checking a casino licence explains how to run the same register search yourself.

ACMA’s records do not identify an operator either. Its investigations page lists Fair Go Casino among services in its 2021 outcomes for a contravention of subsection 15(2A) of the Interactive Gambling Act, marked as one whose website ISPs blocked at ACMA’s request; it names no company and shows no formal warning for Fair Go Casino (ACMA investigations page).

Account verification (KYC)

Fair Go Casino requires identity verification before it processes any withdrawal. The account-verification page states: “Before your winnings can be processed, you must first verify your Fair Go account details” (Fair Go account verification page).

General Terms of Fair Go Casino (incl. Promotional, Tournament, Lobby Jackpot and Refer-and-Earn terms)

What the General Terms add

“It is required that you verify your identity with documentation. You may be asked to upload: A valid picture ID (such as a Driver’s License or Passport) in colour, A recent utility bill (dated within the last 2 months) verifying your address. Verification is an ongoing process; if your picture ID expires, you will be required to submit updated documentation. Source of funds and/or wealth may be requested later, and players may also need to provide proof of how they fund e-wallets.”

Source: General Terms of Fair Go Casino (incl. Promotional, Tournament, Lobby Jackpot and Refer-and-Earn terms) (Fair Go Casino), checked 15 October 2026.

Our analysis:

Fair Go’s own pages disagree on the age of a proof-of-address document. The General Terms quoted above set a shorter limit for a utility bill than the account-verification page sets for proof of address (listed in the table above), so a player should send the most recent document available, which satisfies both. The terms also make verification ongoing: an expired ID must be replaced, and source-of-funds or source-of-wealth documents can be requested at any later point, including proof of how an e-wallet is funded. Our explainer on KYC document checks covers what these requests usually involve.

The terms set no deadline for completing verification. Beyond suspending pending withdrawals, General Terms clause 4 adds that “Failure to verify the individuality of an active account will result in its closure” (General Terms).

Deposits and withdrawals

Fair Go Casino caps withdrawals at A$7,500 per week and A$30,000 per month. The banking page states a processing target of up to 2 business days, which is an operator claim rather than a measured payout time.

Fair Go Casino terms page headed General Terms of Fair Go Casino. Further down the same page, under the heading Promotional Terms, clause 27 is highlighted: it states the maximum withdrawal per customer per week in Australian dollars and reserves the right to pay out higher winnings over a period of several weeks.

— means we have not recorded a figure for this method; it does not mean the casino publishes none (the review's text covers figures its pages state in conflicting ways).

PayID is not listed on any Fair Go page we could read, including the banking page as shown to an Australian connection, so Fair Go Casino is not a PayID option on the evidence available; see PayID casinos for sites that list it. We did not check the logged-in cashier, which may offer different methods.

Each withdrawal method has its own, lower ceiling. The homepage withdrawal table, under the headings “Fee”, “Min.”, “Max. Per Transfer” and “Weekly Limit”, lists “Bitcoin | Free | $100 | $2,500 | $5,000”, “eZeeWallet | Free | $100 | $2,500 | $5,000” and “Wire Transfer | $50 | $100 | $2,500 | $2,500” (Fair Go homepage withdrawal table). On those rows no single method reaches the A$7,500 weekly cap in the terms, and neither page says whether limits on different methods can be combined to reach it. The banking page’s table, as shown to an Australian connection, gives the same minimums and per-transfer maximums plus a monthly limit for each method, but it does not settle the point either (Fair Go banking page, as shown in Australia).

The FAQ says Fair Go charges no deposit fees but that “your payment provider might charge a small fee”. It also warns that crypto deposits below the minimum “may not be credited to your account and could be lost” (Fair Go FAQ). The banking page says card statements “will not reflect your participation in an online gaming activity” because the payment provider processes card transactions using cryptocurrency in the background (Fair Go banking page).

Fair Go Casino, not the player, decides the payout method. General Terms clause 15 states that “Fair Go Casino reserves the right, at its discretion, to decide which method you receive your withdrawals through” (General Terms).

Weekly withdrawal cap

What the terms state: A$7,500 Verified — operator's own pages

“The maximum withdrawal per customer per week is up to $7,500 AUD. Fair Go Casino reserves the right to pay out higher winnings over a period of several weeks.”

Source: General Terms of Fair Go Casino (incl. Promotional, Tournament, Lobby Jackpot and Refer-and-Earn terms) (Fair Go Casino), checked 15 October 2026.

Our analysis:

In practice, the monthly cap on the banking page is the most that can leave the account in a month, whatever the weekly figure allows. The banking page adds that limits “may vary based on your selected payment method, VIP account status, transaction history”, and that VIP players may receive higher limits. The undated US landing page states a lower weekly cap and a longer processing window; we treat it as outdated because the terms and the banking page agree with each other.

Processing target, not a guarantee

What the casino's pages state: up to 2 business days Operator claim

“While deposits are processed immediately, we aim to process all withdrawals within up to 2 business days.”

Source: Fair Go Payments (banking page) (Fair Go Casino), checked 15 October 2026.

Our analysis:

The banking page states that processing “may sometimes be longer, depending on the payment method, additional account verification checks, or public holidays”. The FAQ counts the same target from the date the withdrawal request is submitted, and only once the account has passed verification.

Reversing a pending withdrawal

What the casino's pages state: Yes Verified — operator's own pages

“Yes, you can reverse your payout request as long as its status is “pending withdrawal."”

Source: Frequently Asked Questions - Fair Go Casino (Fair Go Casino), checked 15 October 2026.

Our analysis:

A withdrawal can be cancelled for as long as it shows as pending, so the money stays within reach of the player during that time. Players who find it hard to stop should know this before requesting a payout. Promotional Terms clause 7 also bars anyone with a pending withdrawal from claiming a bonus until it is processed or cancelled (Promotional Terms). Our guide to casino withdrawals explains how pending periods and reversals work in general.

Welcome bonus and wagering

The Fair Go Casino welcome offer is a 100% deposit match of up to A$200 per deposit, redeemable on 5 deposits for a package total of up to A$1,000. Each deposit bonus carries 30x wagering on the deposit plus bonus, and the minimum qualifying deposit is A$20. The promotions page shown to an Australian connection on 7 October 2026 carried the same offer (Fair Go promotions page, as shown in Australia).

Pokies wagering contribution Not stated

The example covers a single deposit that earns the full per-deposit bonus. Under Promotional Terms clause 16 the requirement applies again to each of the 5 welcome deposits (Promotional Terms). We could not find a bonus expiry period or a pokies contribution rate for deposit bonuses in the fetched terms, which is why neither row shows a figure. Our bonus wagering explainer shows how the wagering base changes the turnover a bonus needs.

No cap on deposit-bonus winnings

What the terms state: No Verified — operator's own pages

“11. All deposit bonuses are cashable at Fair Go! Free no deposit bonuses hold a maximum cash out limit which is 5x the bonus amount unless otherwise specified.”

Source: General Terms of Fair Go Casino (incl. Promotional, Tournament, Lobby Jackpot and Refer-and-Earn terms) (Fair Go Casino), checked 15 October 2026.

Our analysis:

Winnings from the welcome match can be withdrawn in full once wagering is complete, subject to the weekly and monthly withdrawal caps. The cap in the same clause applies only to free no-deposit bonuses, which Promotional Terms clauses 15 and 22 limit further; this review does not treat any no-deposit offer as current and does not list bonus codes.

Wagering on deposit plus bonus, per deposit

What the terms state: 30x Verified — operator's own pages

“16. Wagering requirements for our deposit bonus coupons are 30 times the sum of the deposit plus the bonus, unless otherwise stated. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled for each and every deposit bonus used.”

Source: General Terms of Fair Go Casino (incl. Promotional, Tournament, Lobby Jackpot and Refer-and-Earn terms) (Fair Go Casino), checked 15 October 2026.

Our analysis:

Because the multiple applies to the deposit and the bonus together, a full match doubles the turnover compared with the same multiple on the bonus alone. The requirement restarts with each welcome deposit, as the worked example above shows for one of them.

Games and providers

Fair Go Casino’s homepage names Spin Logic as the provider of its real-money pokies and promotes an exclusive pokie, Kev’s Bush Bonanza (Fair Go Casino homepage). The homepage and the FAQ give different pokies counts, and the homepage uses the same figure for “all games”, so we could not record a reliable total game count. We did not verify Spin Logic’s own website.

Players who opt in to the lobby jackpot then pay a compulsory contribution on every spin under the Lobby Jackpot terms (Lobby Jackpot terms).

Mobile

Fair Go Casino has no dedicated iOS or Android app. The homepage FAQ states that “the full casino experience is available through any mobile browser on iOS and Android devices — no download required”. The undated US landing page mentions a casino app, and several look-alike domains advertise a “Fair Go app”; we could not link any app download to the official site. Responsible-gambling tools

Fair Go Casino offers deposit limits and self-exclusion, and both are arranged through customer support rather than set in the account. The responsible-gambling page describes daily or monthly deposit limits set on request, and a signed self-exclusion form that closes the account for “a week, a month, a year, or even permanently”.

Terms that deserve attention

These clauses have the largest effect on whether a Fair Go Casino balance can be withdrawn.

Maximum bet during any bonus

What the terms state: A$10 Verified — operator's own pages

“$10 is the maximum bet unless specifically stated otherwise. Betting above $10 during a bonus playthrough will result in any promotion winnings voided.”

Source: General Terms of Fair Go Casino (incl. Promotional, Tournament, Lobby Jackpot and Refer-and-Earn terms) (Fair Go Casino), checked 15 October 2026.

Our analysis:

The limit applies to every bonus playthrough, including cashback, and a single bet above it voids all promotion winnings rather than just that bet. Promotional Terms clause 14 also bars bets on red or black in roulette, and European Roulette altogether, while a bonus is active.

Every deposit must be wagered before a payout

What the terms state: 1x Verified — operator's own pages

“You must wager your deposit at least once (1×) before you can request a withdrawal from your account.”

Source: General Terms of Fair Go Casino (incl. Promotional, Tournament, Lobby Jackpot and Refer-and-Earn terms) (Fair Go Casino), checked 15 October 2026.

Our analysis:

This rule applies with or without a bonus, so a player who deposits and changes their mind cannot simply withdraw the deposit. General Terms clause 34 repeats it as an anti-money-laundering requirement and describes a refusal rather than a fee: no payout can be requested until the deposit has been played through.

Withdrawal deadline after a coupon

What the terms state: 150 days Verified — operator's own pages

“If you have a withdrawable balance originating from a deposit bonus, free bonus, or cashback that you intend to cash out, you are required to initiate at least one withdrawal within 150 days from the coupon redemption. Failure to submit any withdrawals within this specified timeframe will result in the forfeiture of your winnings.”

Source: General Terms of Fair Go Casino (incl. Promotional, Tournament, Lobby Jackpot and Refer-and-Earn terms) (Fair Go Casino), checked 15 October 2026.

Our analysis:

The clock starts at coupon redemption, not at the end of wagering, and it covers deposit bonuses, free bonuses and cashback. A player who clears a bonus slowly, or leaves winnings in the account, can lose them without breaking any other rule. Few competing pages mention this clause.

Inactive accounts lose their balance

What the terms state: 12 months Verified — operator's own pages

“Accounts that remain inactive for 12 months will be deemed inactive. The balance of the account will be void.”

Source: General Terms of Fair Go Casino (incl. Promotional, Tournament, Lobby Jackpot and Refer-and-Earn terms) (Fair Go Casino), checked 30 September 2026.

Our analysis:

The terms do not charge an inactivity fee; they void the whole balance once the period has passed. Anyone who stops playing with money still in the account should withdraw it rather than leave it.

Short complaint window, no outside body

What the terms state: 14 days Verified — operator's own pages

“If you have any dispute regarding any outcome in the Game, you must submit your complaint to the Casino in writing within fourteen (14) days.”

Source: General Terms of Fair Go Casino (incl. Promotional, Tournament, Lobby Jackpot and Refer-and-Earn terms) (Fair Go Casino), checked 30 September 2026.

Our analysis:

The clause does not say what the period is counted from, and it covers disputes about game outcomes. The terms name no regulator or independent dispute service to escalate to (recorded as None named), which matches the absence of any licence details.

Two further clauses in the General Terms have no field in our tables but deserve attention:

  • Closure and confiscation. General Terms clause 9 lets the casino close an account “at any time, for any reason, without prior notice” and confiscate balances in listed cases, including card-name mismatches, being “designated as a bonus abuser” and conduct at other online casinos.
  • Public criticism. General Terms clause 21 says that if a player posts “untrue and/or malicious statements” about the casino, it may share the player’s identity and email address with other casinos and freeze or confiscate the balance.

Strengths and limitations

Strengths

  • A weekly cap of A$7,500 and a monthly cap of A$30,000 are published in the terms and on the banking page

  • Welcome-bonus winnings have no cash-out cap under Promotional Terms clause 11

  • Lightning Bitcoin deposits start at A$5, the lowest published minimum of any listed method

  • The FAQ states that Bitcoin and eZeeWallet withdrawals carry no fee
  • The KYC document list is published in full on the account-verification page

Limitations

  • No operating company, licence number or regulator is named in the terms, privacy policy or homepage, and the Curaçao Gaming Authority register we searched has no Fair Go entry

  • Wins above A$7,500 a week are paid in instalments over several weeks

  • Bonus winnings not withdrawn within 150 days of coupon redemption are forfeited

  • Balances are voided after 12 months of inactivity, and complaints must be made within 14 days with no outside body named

  • Deposit limits and self-exclusion need a request to support; no loss, session or reality-check tools are documented

  • Bank-wire payouts carry a fee of $50 per withdrawal, and every withdrawal method starts at A$100

How it compares

Fair Go Casino’s closest comparison on this site is Ozwin Casino, whose official terms also name no operating company or licence; we have not confirmed that the two brands share an operator. FAQ

Is Fair Go Casino licensed?

We could not confirm a licence. Fair Go Casino’s terms, privacy policy and homepage name no licence number, holder or regulator, and the Curaçao Gaming Authority register has no Fair Go entry. Only an undated US landing page mentions the Curaçao Gaming Authority, without a licence number.

Is Fair Go Casino a legitimate online casino?

ACMA lists Fair Go Casino among its 2021 investigation outcomes under subsection 15(2A) of the Interactive Gambling Act and asked ISPs to block its website; no formal warning is shown for it (ACMA investigations page). Fair Go Casino publishes detailed terms and clear withdrawal caps, but it does not say which company runs it, so we cannot confirm who is legally responsible for player balances. Whether that is acceptable is a personal judgement; the licence and terms sections above set out what is and is not documented.

Does Fair Go Casino pay out?

Fair Go Casino’s terms provide for payouts after verification, with a stated processing target of up to 2 business days and a cap of A$7,500 per week. Each deposit must be wagered 1x before withdrawal, and larger wins are paid in weekly instalments. This review is based on published terms, so it cannot report actual payout times.

Does Fair Go Casino have an app?

No. The homepage FAQ says Fair Go Casino has no dedicated app and runs in mobile browsers on iOS and Android. App downloads offered under the Fair Go name on other domains could not be linked to the official site.

What are some sister sites to Fair Go Casino?

No sister sites can be confirmed, because Fair Go Casino does not name its operator. Third-party sites attribute it to companies that the official site does not mention and that we could not verify. Ozwin Casino shows the same pattern of an unnamed operator, but a shared owner is not confirmed.

  1. Added ACMA's 2021 investigation outcome for Fair Go Casino

ACMA's investigations page lists "Fair Go Casino*" among its 2021 outcomes for contraventions of subsection 15(2A) of the Interactive Gambling Act, with the asterisk marking services whose websites ISPs blocked at ACMA's request. No formal warning is shown for it. An earlier version of this review mentioned only the blocked-websites list; the regulator notice, the operator section and the FAQ now include this record.

  2. Minimum withdrawal and payment list from the banking page

Fair Go Casino's banking page, which had not rendered for our crawler, loaded from an Australian connection on 7 October 2026. Its payments table gives every withdrawal method the same minimum and adds deposit methods and minimums, so the review no longer says that no minimum withdrawal is published. PayID was not listed.
