How to report an error

Email corrections@pokiesonlineaus.com. Include the page address, the statement you think is wrong and, where possible, a link to the source that shows the correct information.

What happens next

1. We check the report against the primary source: the regulator’s register, the company record or the operator’s current terms.
2. If the report is correct, we update the underlying record, and every page that uses that fact changes at the same time.
3. We record the old value, the new value, the date and the source in our change history.
4. Meaningful factual corrections appear in the change log at the bottom of each affected page.

If we cannot confirm the report either way, we mark the fact as unconfirmed rather than leave up a value we can no longer support.

What we do not change silently

We do not quietly rewrite facts, change update dates for cosmetic edits, or remove a correction from a page’s change log.
