Reporting an error
If a fact on a page looks wrong, email corrections@pokiesonlineaus.com with the page address and, if you can, a link to a source that shows the correct information. Our corrections policy explains what happens next.
Media and research data
Journalists and researchers can request the data behind our studies, including the source and check date for each data point, at press@pokiesonlineaus.com.
Commercial enquiries
Send commercial and advertising enquiries to partners@pokiesonlineaus.com. This mailbox is separate from our editorial team, and commercial relationships do not change the facts we publish. Our affiliate disclosure explains how the site is funded.
Casino accounts and disputes
We are a research publication, not a casino operator, so we cannot help with individual casino accounts or disputes.
Gambling support
If gambling is causing you harm, Gambling Help Online offers free, confidential support 24/7 on 1800 858 858. More services and self-exclusion options are on our responsible gambling page.
