Every money figure in the table is in euros because the Bizzo Casino terms list only “EUR, USD” as playing currencies and use the euro as the site’s internal operating currency (Bizzo Casino terms, sections 3 and 15). We did not convert any figure into Australian dollars. Bonus amounts are the exception: the Australian offer page quotes them in Australian dollars, as the bonus section below explains. The licence dates sit in the operator and licence section because the licence is a separate record.

What stands out

Bizzo Casino has a named Australian enforcement history, with two formal warnings to two different companies. ACMA’s 2022 warning found that TechSolutions Group N.V. “has contravened subsection 15(2A) of the IGA by providing a prohibited interactive gambling service to customers physically present in Australia” (ACMA formal warning, 2022). Its 2025 warning made the same kind of finding against Consolutetish S.R.L. as a provider of the National Casino and Bizzo Casino services (ACMA formal warning, 2025). Those findings, not the bonus or the game lobby, are the starting point of this review.

Bizzo Casino lobby: a top bar with Games, Promotions and Tournaments links, Log in and Register now buttons and an Australian flag; a left menu with Fortune wheel, Missions, Games, Live dealers, Promotions, Tournaments, Hall of fame, VIP and Support; a live-casino banner with two dealers and a Register now button; and the start of a Recommended for you row of pokies.
Bizzo Casino's homepage as shown to an Australian visitor, who was redirected from the official domain. The language menu shows the Australian flag. Source: Bizzo Casino: Homepage, as shown to an Australian visitor, captured 8 October 2026.

The withdrawal rules are written out in detail. Bizzo Casino caps withdrawals at €4,000 per day, €16,000 per week and €50,000 per month in terms checked on . The same clause says progressive jackpot wins are paid in full.

The terms do not list Australia as a barred country. Section 2 lists the countries whose players may not play for real money, and Australia is not among them (Bizzo Casino terms, section 2). The site also serves an /en_au/ locale. The payment sections, however, treat Australia very differently, as the next section shows.

Important limitations

Australian players meet three payment barriers in the terms. The terms list no Australian-dollar playing currency. Visa card withdrawals are “not supported” for Australia, and Australia is missing from the list of countries where Mastercard withdrawals are supported (Bizzo Casino terms, section 15). The one other method with a published minimum, bank transfer, starts at €500.

The licence is under assessment after its printed expiry. The Curaçao Gaming Authority register printed an expiry of 14 April 2026 for the TechSolutions licence, and its September 2026 edition shows the entry as “Assessment in progress” (CGA register, 21 September 2026). We record that status as the register gives it; the register does not say what an assessment means for a licence whose printed term has ended.

Our evidence is incomplete. Bizzo Casino geo-blocked most of our crawler locations, so the payments page, FAQ, responsible-gambling page and welcome-bonus page returned a “not available in your region” notice. The terms and bonus terms were served in German; section 1 says the English version prevails, and the English text was also geo-blocked (Bizzo Casino terms, section 1). Phrases quoted from the terms in English below are our translations of the German text. On 7 October 2026 we also checked the logged-out payment and promotion pages from an Australian connection. The official domain sent us to a numbered domain that was not on ACMA’s blocked-websites list when we checked; the Australian offer page loaded there, but the payments help page did not, and the logged-in cashier was not checked (Bizzo Casino pages, as checked from Australia).

Top of Bizzo Casino's general terms page in German, headed AGB, with the numbered list of sections on the left. In section 1 the highlighted sentence says that the English version takes precedence where other language versions of the terms exist; valid-from and last-updated dates follow.

Operator and licence

ACMA’s formal warnings and blocking request

ACMA’s formal warning under section 64A of the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 is dated 1 August 2022 and names TechSolutions Group N.V. of Curaçao as a provider of the Bizzo Casino service, which “was available via the URL https://bizzocasino.com/” during ACMA’s investigation (ACMA formal warning). ACMA’s publication page covers warnings to both TechSolutions (CY) Group Limited and TechSolutions Group N.V.; we could read only the N.V. document. On 21 September 2022, in an announcement headed “ACMA blocks more illegal offshore gambling websites”, ACMA listed Bizzo Casino among the sites it had asked Australian internet service providers to block (ACMA blocking announcement).

ACMA’s second formal warning is dated 8 July 2025 and addressed to Consolutetish S.R.L. of San Jose, Costa Rica. ACMA says it began investigating “on 22 November 2024” whether the National Casino and Bizzo Casino services provided prohibited interactive gambling services; during the investigation, Bizzo Casino was available via a domain spelt differently from the official one. The warning states that “Consolutetish S.R.L. is a provider of the National Casino and Bizzo Casino services” (ACMA formal warning to Consolutetish S.R.L.). It does not mention TechSolutions, and Bizzo Casino’s pages that we could read do not mention Consolutetish S.R.L.; we could not establish whether the two companies are related.

These are records of what ACMA found and did in 2022 and 2025. Because acma.gov.au timed out from our network, the documents were read from archived copies; the 2025 warning is a scanned document that we transcribed from the page images. ACMA’s current blocked-websites list, checked separately, still includes bizzocasino.com, as the notice at the top of this review records. This review does not give legal advice.

The Bizzo Casino terms name no operating company; they refer only to “das Unternehmen” (the Company) and “das Casino”. The operator link therefore rests on the regulators, not on the casino itself.

Two regulators, two legal forms

What the regulator records: ACMA's formal warning (1 Aug 2022) names TechSolutions Group N.V. (Curaçao) as a provider of the Bizzo Casino service at bizzocasino.com. The casino's terms refer only to "the Company" and "the Casino" and do not name an operator. Verified — regulator

Our analysis:

ACMA’s 2022 warning uses “TechSolutions Group N.V.”, while the Curaçao register lists the licensee as “TechSolutions Group B.V.” with company number 144920 (CGA register). The name and jurisdiction match, but we did not check the Curaçao Chamber of Commerce, so we cannot say whether these are one company under two legal forms or two related entities. We found no other brand on this site with the same confirmed operator.

The Curaçao Gaming Authority’s Online Gaming License Registry, updated 21 September 2026, lists licence OGL/2024/590/0758 for TechSolutions Group B.V. as issued on 14 October 2025 and expiring on 14 April 2026, with the status “Assessment in progress” (CGA register, 21 September 2026). The 10 March 2026 edition showed the same dates with an empty status column (CGA register, 10 March 2026). The register does not say “Expired”, “Revoked” or “Indefinite”, so we do not describe the licence as any of those.

Extract from the Curaçao Gaming Authority's Online Gaming License Registry. Under the column headings license number, licensee, company type, company registration number, issued, expires and status license, the highlighted row 303 shows licence OGL/2024/590/0758 for TechSolutions Group B.V., a B2C licensee, with the status Assessment in progress. The page footer reads Last updated September 21, 2026, page 11 of 28.

Two caveats limit what the register proves. It lists companies, not websites, and we found no Curaçao domain certificate for bizzocasino.com, so the regulator does not itself confirm that this licence covers the casino. The site footer, where a licence seal would normally appear, could not be captured. Some affiliate pages also mention a Kahnawake licence; we found no evidence for it and do not repeat it. Our guide to checking a casino licence shows how to read the Curaçao register yourself.

Copycat domains

The official domain is bizzocasino.com, confirmed by ACMA’s 2022 warning and by the support address in the terms. Many look-alike domains use the Bizzo name, and several present themselves as official; we do not name them. None of them was used as evidence for this review; the Australian offer page cited below was reached from bizzocasino.com itself.

Account verification (KYC)

Bizzo Casino reserves the right to verify identity before a withdrawal, and gives players 14 days to finish once asked. The terms say documents “may be requested” when deposits or withdrawals reach a certain level or when fraud is suspected, so we could not confirm that verification is required before every first withdrawal.

Verification can include a phone call and a video call

What the terms state: Documents may be requested when a player reaches a certain level of deposits/withdrawals or on suspicion of fraud. If the player does not complete verification within two weeks, the account is permanently closed and winnings are confiscated. Failing a verification (selfie, phone call or video call) leads to account closure and forfeiture of winnings; the casino may also require a phone call with a manager before processing winnings. Verified — operator's own pages

“13. Wenn der Spieler den erforderlichen Verifizierungsprozess nicht innerhalb eines Zeitraums von zwei Wochen abschließen sollte, wird das Konto dauerhaft geschlossen und die Gewinne eingezogen.”

Source: Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen (General Terms and Conditions) (Bizzo Casino), checked 15 October 2026.

Our analysis:

The document list goes well beyond ID and proof of address: it includes a selfie holding the ID, optionally with a handwritten sheet showing the casino name and date, plus proof of funds and proof of wealth. Section 11 adds that winnings are not processed until a call with a casino manager has taken place, and section 15 allows a live video check over Skype (Bizzo Casino terms, sections 11, 13 and 15). Every one of these steps carries the same penalty for failure: account closure and confiscated winnings. Our guide to casino identity checks explains what source-of-funds and source-of-wealth requests usually involve.

Documents must be in Latin or Cyrillic script; otherwise the terms call for video verification (Bizzo Casino terms, section 11).

Deposits and withdrawals

Bizzo Casino’s terms name Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards and “various e-wallets” for deposits, but for withdrawals they exclude Australian-issued cards. The terms also mention Skrill and NETELLER, the Flexepin and Kinguin vouchers and CoinsPaid crypto in passing, without a list of methods that are actually available (Bizzo Casino terms, section 14). The payments page that would show per-method limits was geo-blocked for our crawler, and it did not load from an Australian connection either (Bizzo Casino pages, as checked from Australia).

— means we have not recorded a figure for this method; it does not mean the casino publishes none (the review's text covers figures its pages state in conflicting ways).

The “No” for Visa and Mastercard withdrawals is the position for cards issued in Australia. The terms do support card withdrawals in other countries, and the bank-transfer row comes from the general terms rather than from any statement specific to Australia.

Card withdrawals from Australia

Bizzo Casino’s terms support Visa withdrawals through Visa’s Original Credit Transfer but list Australia among the countries where it is “not supported”. Mastercard withdrawals are supported only for cards issued in a list of European countries and Turkey, which does not include Australia (Bizzo Casino terms, section 15). An Australian player who deposits by card therefore has no card route for a payout under these terms, and the only other method with a published minimum is bank transfer at €500.

PayID does not appear in any Bizzo Casino text we could read, so we cannot list it as an option; see PayID casinos for sites whose terms do. The terms make the euro the internal currency, and they warn that the amount charged to a card in another currency may be “slightly higher” than displayed because of currency conversion (Bizzo Casino terms, section 15).

Limits and processing

The minimum withdrawal is €10. The terms say withdrawals are processed “as quickly as possible” and that some payment options take up to 3 business days; that is a stated maximum for some methods, not a measured payout time. No separate pending period is published. Each deposit must be wagered 3x on casino games before a withdrawal can be requested.

Who can cancel a pending withdrawal

What the terms state: The company reserves the right to verify the player's identity before processing withdrawals and to hold or cancel pending withdrawals during that period. Verified — operator's own pages

“Das Unternehmen behält sich das Recht vor, die Identität des Spielers vor der Bearbeitung von Auszahlungen zu überprüfen sowie ausstehende Auszahlungen während dieses Zeitraums zurückzuhalten oder zu stornieren.”

Source: Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen (General Terms and Conditions) (Bizzo Casino), checked 15 October 2026.

Our analysis:

The only cancellation wording in the terms gives the right to the casino, not the player: pending withdrawals can be held or cancelled while identity is checked. We found no clause that lets a player reverse a withdrawal request, so the reversal row stays unconfirmed. Our casino withdrawals guide explains how holds and reversals usually work.

Welcome bonus and wagering

Bizzo Casino’s first-deposit offer is banded by deposit size. The Australian offer page, seen from an Australian connection on 7 October 2026, gives a 50% bonus with 50 free spins for a deposit of 20 to 50 AUD, 75% with 75 free spins for 50 to 200 AUD and 100% with 100 free spins for 200 to 500 AUD; the top band, 125% with 125 free spins for 500 to 2,000 AUD, is the one that reaches the “up to 2500 AUD” headline (Bizzo Casino first-deposit offer, as shown in Australia). The three upper bands each add one “Bonus Game”.

The example uses an A$500 deposit because that is the smallest deposit in the top band; a smaller deposit gets a lower percentage. The General Bonus Terms mention later “stages” of the welcome bonus, but we could not read how many deposits the package covers, how long the wagering window is, or what the “Bonus Game” contains (General Bonus Terms, clause 2e). Clause 1c caps winnings from most other bonus types but expressly leaves out the welcome bonus, and no welcome-specific cap was found, so the cash-out row shows as not confirmed. Our guide to bonus wagering explains how a bonus-only wagering base compares with a deposit-plus-bonus base.

Many searches for Bizzo Casino ask about a no-deposit bonus, but the terms we hold describe no-deposit bonuses only in general: winnings are capped at “50 EUR/USD”, the bonus must be activated within “3 Tagen” (3 days) and wagered within “7 Tage” (7 days) (General Bonus Terms, clauses 1b and 3j). We found no current no-deposit offer on an official page, and this review does not list bonus codes.

Games and providers

Bizzo Casino’s game lobby could not be captured, so we cannot state a game or pokies count. The General Bonus Terms list excluded titles by provider, which shows that games from NetEnt, Pragmatic Play, Play’n GO, Yggdrasil, Red Tiger, Push Gaming, Nolimit City, Relax Gaming, BGaming and Playson are on the site (General Bonus Terms, clause 2b). A long list of their titles, and all jackpot games, do not count towards bonus wagering.

Australian players are among those barred from winning NetEnt jackpots. Section 9 of the terms lists Australia first among the countries whose players “are not entitled” to NetEnt jackpot wins (Bizzo Casino terms, section 9). The terms also include a sportsbook section with its own rules.

Mobile

We could not confirm a Bizzo Casino app for iOS or Android. The homepage, FAQ and help pages that would describe mobile access were geo-blocked or rendered without that information. App downloads offered under the Bizzo name on other domains could not be linked to bizzocasino.com. See mobile casinos for how we assess browser play.

Responsible-gambling tools

The only responsible-gambling tool we could confirm at Bizzo Casino is a deposit limit, and it does not cover every payment method. The responsible-gaming page redirected to the homepage for our crawler, so self-exclusion, time-outs, loss limits and reality checks are unconfirmed.

Deposit limits cannot be applied to Flexepin or Kinguin vouchers or to CoinsPaid crypto deposits, according to section 14 of the terms, which tells players who want to limit their gambling to use “any of the other available options” (Bizzo Casino terms, section 14). The page describing those other options could not be read.

Australian support services remain available regardless of where a casino is based; our guide to gambling help in Australia lists them.

Terms that deserve attention

These clauses have the largest effect on whether a Bizzo Casino balance can be withdrawn.

Missed verification deadline: closure and confiscation

What the terms state: The account is permanently closed and winnings are confiscated if verification is not completed within two weeks or if a verification check (selfie, phone call or video call) is failed. Verified — operator's own pages

“Das Scheitern dieser Überprüfung hat zur Folge, dass das Konto geschlossen und die Gewinne eingezogen werden.”

Source: Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen (General Terms and Conditions) (Bizzo Casino), checked 15 October 2026.

Our analysis:

The penalty is permanent: the account is closed, not suspended, and the winnings are taken rather than returned. The same outcome follows a missing or invalid phone number when the casino wants to call, or a failed selfie or video check. Combined with document requests that can include proof of wealth, a deadline of 14 days puts real pressure on any player asked for paperwork.

Withdrawing a deposit that has not been played through

What the terms state: The casino may charge the transaction processing costs for deposits and withdrawals if less than three times the last deposit has been wagered, at its sole discretion; security may refuse a withdrawal when deposits or withdrawals do not match the bets placed (bets at odds of at least 1.1). Verified — operator's own pages

“Bitte beachten Sie, dass das „Casino“ sich das Recht vorbehält, Ihnen die Kosten für die Transaktionsabwicklung für Ein- und Auszahlungen in Rechnung zu stellen, wenn Sie eine Auszahlung beantragt haben, die Summe der seit der letzten Einzahlung getätigten Wetten jedoch weniger als das dreifache (3-Fache) dieser Einzahlung beträgt. Diese Entscheidung liegt im alleinigen Ermessen des „Casinos“.”

Source: Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen (General Terms and Conditions) (Bizzo Casino), checked 15 October 2026.

Our analysis:

Section 4 requires each deposit to be wagered 3x on casino games before any withdrawal. If a player withdraws sooner, section 11 lets the casino charge the processing costs of both the deposit and the withdrawal, without stating an amount. The security team may also refuse a withdrawal when bets do not match deposits.

Fees on dormant accounts and closed accounts

What the terms state: Monthly administration fee of EUR 10 (or the equivalent, or the remaining balance if lower) while the balance stays positive; the fee stops when the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. Verified — operator's own pages

“Wenn Ihr „Spielerkonto“ als ruhend angesehen wird, behält sich das „Casino“ das Recht vor, eine monatliche Verwaltungsgebühr von 10 € oder den Gegenwert in einer anderen Währung (oder den aktuellen Saldo Ihres Kontos, falls dieser geringer ist) zu erheben, solange der Saldo Ihres Kontos positiv bleibt.”

Source: Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen (General Terms and Conditions) (Bizzo Casino), checked 30 September 2026.

Our analysis:

An account counts as dormant after 12 months without a login, after which the monthly fee eats into any remaining balance until it reaches zero. Separately, section 15 charges “12,5 EUR” to pay out the balance of a closed account (Bizzo Casino terms, section 15).

No named body for disputes

What the terms state: None named. The terms refer generically to "any independent body, a gaming authority or the licensing authority listed on the website". Verified — operator's own pages

“Wenn der Streitfall nicht auf der Ebene des Casino-Managements gelöst werden kann, können Sie sich an eine beliebige unabhängige Instanz, eine Spielbehörde oder die auf der Webseite aufgeführte Lizenzierungsbehörde wenden.”

Source: Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen (General Terms and Conditions) (Bizzo Casino), checked 30 September 2026.

Our analysis:

The complaints clause points to “any independent body” or “the licensing authority listed on the website” without naming either, and section 18 makes the casino’s server logs the final record in any dispute. The terms are governed by Curaçao law, with disputes under the exclusive jurisdiction of Curaçao (Bizzo Casino terms, sections 18 and 20).

Strengths and limitations

Strengths

  • Daily, weekly and monthly withdrawal caps of €4,000, €16,000 and €50,000 are published in the terms

  • The terms state that progressive jackpot wins are paid in full
  • Welcome wagering of 40x applies to the bonus only, not to the deposit as well

  • The full KYC document list and its criteria are set out in section 13 of the terms

Limitations

  • ACMA formally warned TechSolutions Group N.V. in August 2022 and Consolutetish S.R.L. in July 2025, naming each as a provider of Bizzo Casino, and asked Australian ISPs to block the site in September 2022

  • The Curaçao licence passed its printed expiry of 14 April 2026 and the register shows it under assessment

  • The terms list only euros and US dollars as playing currencies, although the Australian offer page quotes the bonus in Australian dollars

  • Visa and Mastercard withdrawals are not available to Australian-issued cards, and bank transfer starts at €500

  • Verification must be completed within 14 days, or the account is closed and winnings are confiscated

  • The terms name no operator, and no complaints body beyond a generic reference

How it compares

We have not confirmed any sister brand for Bizzo Casino: no other casino reviewed on this site has TechSolutions Group recorded as its operator, so there is no like-for-like comparison to make. ACMA’s 2025 warning names National Casino alongside Bizzo Casino as services provided by Consolutetish S.R.L.; we have not reviewed National Casino, and the warning alone does not show who runs either site today. The ACMA record above is the main point of difference when weighing it against any other offshore brand. Readers who put licence status first can use our licence-checking guide and the full list of casino reviews. FAQ

Is Bizzo Casino legit?

ACMA has formally warned two companies it named as providers of Bizzo Casino. It found in 2022 that TechSolutions Group N.V., and in 2025 that Consolutetish S.R.L., had provided prohibited interactive gambling services to customers in Australia (ACMA formal warning, 2022; ACMA formal warning, 2025), and in 2022 it asked Australian ISPs to block the site. Bizzo Casino has detailed published terms at bizzocasino.com. Its Curaçao licence is listed as “Assessment in progress” after its printed expiry.

Is Bizzo Casino available in Australia?

The Bizzo Casino terms do not list Australia as a barred country, and the site has an Australian locale. ACMA, however, asked Australian internet service providers to block Bizzo Casino in September 2022 (ACMA blocking announcement), and bizzocasino.com was still on ACMA’s blocked-websites list when we checked it on (ACMA blocked-websites list).

Is Bizzo Casino licensed?

Not as a current, confirmed licence: its operator’s Curaçao licence has passed its printed expiry and is under assessment. The Curaçao Gaming Authority register lists licence OGL/2024/590/0758 for TechSolutions Group B.V. with an expiry date of 14 April 2026, and its 21 September 2026 edition gives the status “Assessment in progress” (CGA register). The register lists companies rather than domains, so it does not itself confirm that the licence covers bizzocasino.com.

Does Bizzo Casino accept Australian dollars?

Not according to the terms. They list “EUR, USD” as the only playing currencies and use the euro internally, so every limit in them is in euros (Bizzo Casino terms, section 3). The Australian offer pages that the official domain serves to Australian visitors, however, quote the welcome bonus in AUD (Bizzo Casino first-deposit offer, as shown in Australia).

How long do Bizzo Casino withdrawals take?

The terms say some payment options take up to 3 business days to process a withdrawal, and publish no separate pending period. Identity checks can pause a payout, and the casino may hold or cancel pending withdrawals while it verifies a player. This review is based on the published terms, so it cannot report actual payout times.

Change log

  1. Added ACMA's second formal warning, of 8 July 2025, to Consolutetish S.R.L.

ACMA's formal warning dated 8 July 2025 names Consolutetish S.R.L. of Costa Rica as "a provider of the National Casino and Bizzo Casino services". An earlier version of this review mentioned only the 2022 warning to TechSolutions Group N.V. The summary, the regulator notice, the operator section, the limitations, the comparison and the FAQ now reflect both warnings.

  2. Welcome bonus now from the Australian offer page, in Australian dollars

Checked from an Australian connection on 7 October 2026, Bizzo Casino's official domain sent us to a numbered domain where the Australian first-deposit offer page loaded. It states the bonus in Australian dollars, in four deposit bands. An earlier version used a homepage banner in euros shown to a European crawler location. The worked wagering example now uses a deposit in the top band.
