Gambloria
- Official domain not on ACMA's blocked-websites list (checked )
No sign-up link. Gambloria's terms exclude players in Australia and its site turns away Australian connections (checked 9 October 2026). This review links to the casino's own pages only where it cites them as sources.

Because gambloria.com sends Australian visitors to its block page, Gambloria’s pages were read from the content service that the site’s own pages load their text from, through Australian connections on 9 October 2026. The terms read that way are headed “The following terms and conditions will enter into force on 2025-02-12”, and the English and Australian-English versions are identical (Gambloria Terms & Conditions). The minimum withdrawal and the withdrawal limits read “not confirmed” because the terms give a range for the first and no figures for the second, as the sections below explain.
Game providers and currencies
- Game providers named on its pages
- 10: Amusnet, BGaming, Gamzix, KA Gaming, NetGame, Platipus, Playson, Popiplay, Spin Logic Gaming, Yggdrasil
- Currencies listed on its pages
- EUR, BRL, CAD, NOK, NZD, CZK, ZAR, BGN, HRK, RON, AUD, BTC
As recorded from Gambloria’s own terms, payment and game pages; neither list is a full catalogue. A provider named here may still be unavailable to Australian accounts, and currency codes are shown as the casino writes them. Checked
What stands out
Gambloria turns Australian visitors away. Four Australian residential connections, on the Telstra, TPG and Wireline networks, were each redirected from gambloria.com to a page headed “Country access blocked” that shows the visitor’s country as “AU” and suggests turning off any VPN (Gambloria homepage, as shown in Australia). The page’s own data records registration as closed and the site as not allowed for an Australian visitor, in line with clause 4.5 of the terms, discussed under “Terms that deserve attention”.
Gambloria nonetheless keeps an Australian-English locale, and the promotion cards it loads there carry internal names labelled for Australia, Canada and New Zealand (Gambloria promotions, Australian locale). Look-alike sites that use the Gambloria name and present it as open to Australians also rank in Australian searches; we treated none of them as evidence and do not name them.
Important limitations
Beyond the Australian restriction set out above, Gambloria’s pages leave these gaps:
- no Gambloria page we read names a licence, a licence number or a regulator, and the company the terms name does not appear on any register we searched;
- Gambloria publishes no withdrawal limits, only that limits “per day, week, or month” are shown in the cashier;
- Gambloria states two processing times and two dormancy fees on different pages;
- no payment method is listed for an Australian visitor: the payments page reads “0 methods” (Gambloria payments page, as shown in Australia);
- nobody outside the casino is named to handle complaints.
Operator and licence
The terms state that Gambloria “is owned and operated by Bitosa Dynamics Ltd, a company bearing company number 3102445213”, registered in San Pedro, San José, and that the terms are governed by “the laws of Costa Rica” (terms, clauses 1.2 and 18). They name no licence or regulator. The footer’s licence block that the site loads is empty, with no licence link or seal, although the About us page lists “Licensed online casino” among Gambloria’s features (Gambloria About us page).

- Bitosa Dynamics Ltd

The only regulator record we found for gambloria.com is on Anjouan’s licence register. Its row for licence ALSI-182407008-FI1 lists gambloria.com first among ten domains, but the company in that row is Eventa Digital Limitada, which no Gambloria page we read mentions (Anjouan Gaming licence register). The row gives an issue date of 5 July 2024 and an expiry date of 4 July 2026, a date that had passed when we read the register on 7 and 9 October 2026. Its status column still read “valid” on both days. The register does not say whether the licence was renewed, and this review draws no conclusion beyond what the row shows.

- Register status
- Valid (expiry date shown 2026-07-04) Verified — regulator
Checked
The Tobique Gaming Commission also lists Eventa Digital Limitada as a licence holder, without a number or any domains, so that list does not tie a licence to gambloria.com (Tobique Gaming Commission licence holders). Bitosa Dynamics Ltd appears on none of the Anjouan, Tobique or Curaçao registers (Curaçao Gaming Authority register). We could not establish how the two companies are related. Our guide to checking a casino licence explains how each register works.
Account verification (KYC)
Gambloria can ask for verification at the first withdrawal or at any later point, may phone the player as part of it, and processes no withdrawal until the checks are “completed to the Company’s satisfaction” (terms, clauses 7.4 and 7.15). Its KYC policy says the “KYC Team” will have “24 hours to go over” uploaded documents (Gambloria KYC Policy).
| Item | Published position | Status | Source |

| KYC required before withdrawal | Yes | Verified — operator's own pages Checked | Terms & Conditions (in force from 2025-02-12), as loaded from Australia |
| KYC documents requested | Passport or ID card, Proof of permanent address not older than 6 months (utility bill, bank statement), Additional ID such as a driving licence, on request, Photo of the player holding an open passport, on request, Photo of the front of the bank card used, on request | Verified — operator's own pages Checked | KYC Policy, as loaded from Australia |
| Deadline to complete verification | 30 days | Verified — operator's own pages Checked | Terms & Conditions (in force from 2025-02-12), as loaded from Australia |
| Consequence of failed verification | Missing the deadline is a breach of the terms: the casino may confiscate winnings, close the relationship and hold payments until checks are complete; faked documents may cost deposits and winnings. | Verified — operator's own pages Checked | Terms & Conditions (in force from 2025-02-12), as loaded from Australia |
A 30-day clock and wide document requests
What the terms state: Verification can be requested at the first withdrawal or at any time, may include a phone call, and must be completed within 30 days of a request; no withdrawal is processed until the checks are complete. Verified — operator's own pages
“12.3. You are required to provide any requested documents and information swiftly and assist us in completing our Verification Checks without delay, within thirty (30) days of our request.”
Source: Terms & Conditions (in force from 2025-02-12), as loaded from Australia (Gambloria (Bitosa Dynamics Ltd)), checked 9 October 2026.
The deadline runs from each request, and the requests can go beyond identity: clause 12.3 lists “details regarding your source of funds and wealth” and bank or card statements. The “Accounts, Payouts & Bonuses” page adds that documents must be in the Latin or Cyrillic alphabet, or the casino may demand video verification, and closing an account can involve a “Skype call or Zoom call” (Accounts, Payouts & Bonuses, clause 2.14; terms, clause 10.2). Our casino KYC guide covers what these checks usually involve.
Deposits and withdrawals
Gambloria states two processing times, up to 3 business days / up to 72 hours (sources differ): the first in its general terms, the second on its “Accounts, Payouts & Bonuses” page (terms, clause 7.10; Accounts, Payouts & Bonuses, clause 2.10). The FAQ adds that “most withdrawals are processed within 24 business hours after approval” (Gambloria FAQ). None of these is an observed payout time.
| Method | Deposits | Withdrawals | Min. deposit | Min. withdrawal | Published processing | Fees |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Bank transfer | — | Yes low confidence | — | — | — | — |
| Mastercard | — | Not confirmed | — | — | — | — |
| PayID | Not confirmed | Not confirmed | — | — | — | — |
| Visa | — | Not confirmed | — | — | — | — |
— means we have not recorded a figure for this method; it does not mean the casino publishes none (the review's text covers figures its pages state in conflicting ways). “Low confidence” means the page names the method only in general terms (for example a general list, a logo strip or the version of a page shown in another country), so it may not apply to Australian accounts.
No payment method is confirmed for Australia. The payments page shown to an Australian visitor lists none, and the footer shows only Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay, Google Pay and crypto logos (Gambloria homepage, as shown in Australia). The bank-transfer entry in the table comes from general clauses about bank charges, not from a list for Australia. The terms say card payouts run through Visa and Mastercard but cannot be guaranteed “even for supported countries”, which they do not list (terms, clause 7.7). No Gambloria page we read lists PayID; see PayID casinos for sites that do.
Withdrawal amounts are mostly unpublished. The minimum “varies depending on your country of residence and/or payment method, ranging from EUR 50 to EUR 120”, and maximums “can be limited to a specified amount per day, week, or month”, with the current limit shown only in the cashier (terms, clauses 7.1 and 7.12). The FAQ says instead that “in most cases, it is $75 (or its equivalent)” (Gambloria FAQ). Wins above “€/$10,000” can be paid in monthly instalments of at most that amount (terms, clause 7.13). Each deposit must be played through 3x before any withdrawal, and intermediary-bank charges on bank transfers “are limited to the equivalent of EUR 16” (terms, clause 7.16). Our guide to how casino withdrawals work explains limits, instalments and pending periods.
Welcome bonus and wagering
Gambloria’s Australian-locale promotion cards offer a first-deposit match of up to 150% capped at A$1,500, with up to 50 free spins, from a deposit of A$40. The card lists three bands: “100% + 25 FS” at “$40”, “125% + 50 FS” at “$60” and “150% + 50 FS” at “$150” (Gambloria promotions, Australian locale). The offer is not open to Australians, who cannot register; the figures are shown because the site publishes them in its Australian locale.

| Winnings cap (multiple of bonus) | 10x | Verified — operator's own pages Checked | Accounts, Payouts & Bonuses, as loaded from Australia |
The two multiples come from different pages. The second- and third-deposit cards give “x45” under “Wager” and the first-deposit card gives no multiple, while the bonus terms set 40 times “unless otherwise specified” and their welcome clause sends readers to “the Bonuses section” for the exact figure (Accounts, Payouts & Bonuses, clauses 3.9 and 4.7). The banners advertise a package of A$6,000, while the three deposit cards each cap the bonus at A$1,500, and one “FIRST DEPOSIT BONUS” banner reads “up to $2,250 + 50 FS”, above the first card’s own cap (Gambloria promotions, Australian locale). Pokies count 100% towards wagering, “Buy Feature” games “50%” and most table and live games nothing (Accounts, Payouts & Bonuses, clause 3.18). Our worked wagering examples show how the multiple and the cap interact.
Games and providers
Gambloria’s About us page claims “More than 6,000 games”, and the providers page shown to an Australian visitor reads “65 Providers”, among them Yggdrasil, Playson, Amusnet, Platipus, Gamzix and Spinlogic (Gambloria providers page, as shown in Australia). That page shows no Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Evolution or Microgaming tile. The terms bar NetEnt games in Australia and say Australian players cannot play Amatic or Microgaming games, although the About us page names both Amatic and Microgaming among its software providers (terms, clauses 2.9, 2.10 and 17.2). Gambloria also runs a sportsbook.
Mobile
Gambloria’s /app page is styled like an app-store listing, with a star rating, a review count, a download count and an “Install” button, but it is part of gambloria.com rather than the App Store or Google Play, and it links to neither (Gambloria app page). A native app is therefore not confirmed. See mobile casinos for how we assess mobile access.

Responsible-gambling tools
Gambloria’s responsible-gaming policy describes daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits, where a request to raise or remove a limit “will not take effect for 24 hours”, and its terms mention a loss limit (Gambloria Responsible Gaming Policy). Self-exclusion can be set “for a minimum of 3 months and a maximum of 5 years” or indefinitely, and cancelling an indefinite exclusion takes “a 7-day waiting period” (Gambloria Self-exclusion Policy). Session limits and reality checks appear only as account-area labels in the site’s translation file, and a cooling-off option only in the FAQ; we could not see the account area, so they are recorded as operator claims.

Terms that deserve attention
Australia is a Restricted Country
What the terms state: Yes Verified — operator's own pages
“4.5. Players from the following countries and their territories (“Restricted Countries”) are not allowed to deposit and play real money games: Australia, Austria, France, Germany, Netherlands, Spain”
Source: Terms & Conditions (in force from 2025-02-12), as loaded from Australia (Gambloria (Bitosa Dynamics Ltd)), checked 9 October 2026.
The same clause warns that the casino “cannot guarantee the successful processing of withdrawals or refunds in the event that a player breaches this Restricted Countries policy”. Clause 2.2 adds that winnings of players from restricted countries who use tools that “falsify their geolocation” may be forfeited. The block page suggests turning off a VPN, but for an Australian connection the result is the same block page.
Bonus winnings capped at a multiple of the bonus
What the terms state: 10x Verified — operator's own pages
“3.24. Winnings from the bonus are restricted to a maximum of x10 the bonus amount.”
Source: Accounts, Payouts & Bonuses, as loaded from Australia (Gambloria (Bitosa Dynamics Ltd)), checked 9 October 2026.
Clause 3.24 applies to bonuses in general, with no “unless otherwise specified”, and clause 3.25 works through an example. The cap grows with the bonus, so it is lowest for small deposits. Winnings from sign-up free spins have their own cap of €50 (Accounts, Payouts & Bonuses, clause 4.8).
Confiscation after a missed deadline
What the terms state: Missing the deadline is a breach of the terms: the casino may confiscate winnings, close the relationship and hold payments until checks are complete; faked documents may cost deposits and winnings. Verified — operator's own pages
“12.8. If you fail to comply with our request by the deadline and to our satisfaction, you will be in breach of the Terms. Consequently, we may confiscate your winnings, terminate our business relationship with you, and apply other sanctions as provided in the Terms or the applicable law.”
Source: Terms & Conditions (in force from 2025-02-12), as loaded from Australia (Gambloria (Bitosa Dynamics Ltd)), checked 9 October 2026.
The wording covers “your winnings” without limiting it to bonus winnings, and the KYC policy adds that a user who fails verification “cannot make additional deposits or withdrawals of any amount” (Gambloria KYC Policy). Faked documents can also cost “deposits and potential winnings” under clause 7.5.
External complaints body
What the terms state: None named; the terms refer unresolved disputes to "any independent body, gaming authority, or the licensing regulator listed on the Website", but no regulator is listed. Verified — operator's own pages
“14.3. If the dispute is not resolved on the casino management level, you can contact any independent body, gaming authority, or the licensing regulator listed on the Website.”
Source: Terms & Conditions (in force from 2025-02-12), as loaded from Australia (Gambloria (Bitosa Dynamics Ltd)), checked 9 October 2026.
The referral is circular: the regulator it points to is not listed anywhere on Gambloria’s pages. Clause 14.4 makes “the server logs and records” the final authority on any claim, and section 18 gives Costa Rican courts exclusive jurisdiction (terms, clauses 14.4 and 18). Neither the terms nor the dispute policy sets a time limit for complaints.
Other points in Gambloria’s pages deserve attention too:
- Two dormancy fees. After 12 months without a login, the terms reserve the right to charge “€10” a month, while the FAQ says “We may charge a $15 monthly fee” (Gambloria FAQ).
- Withdrawal cancellation. The terms mention cancelling a withdrawal request only in passing, in clause 7.18, and never say how or until when.
- One account per household. Clause 5.2 allows one account “for each household, IP, PC”, and winnings on duplicate accounts are forfeited.
Strengths and limitations
Strengths
The terms name Bitosa Dynamics Ltd with its Costa Rican company number and address
Gambloria’s terms and KYC policy set out the verification process, a verification deadline of 30 days and the documents that may be requested
Gambloria’s responsible-gaming pages describe daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits and fixed or indefinite self-exclusion
Limitations
Gambloria refuses Australian connections, and its terms bar Australians from depositing and playing
No Gambloria page names a licence; Anjouan’s register lists gambloria.com under another company, with an expiry date of 4 July 2026
Gambloria’s withdrawal limits are unpublished, and each deposit must be played through 3x before a withdrawal
Bonus winnings are capped at 10x the bonus, and Gambloria’s pages give two wagering multiples
Gambloria’s own pages disagree on processing times and on the dormancy fee
- Gambloria names no outside complaints body and treats its server logs as final
How it compares
No casino we review is a Gambloria sister brand: no other casino record names Bitosa Dynamics Ltd, and none of the other nine domains on Eventa Digital Limitada’s Anjouan licence belongs to a casino we review (Anjouan Gaming licence register). The terms of Lucky Capone are largely word for word the same as Gambloria’s, and that site also refuses Australian connections, but its terms name a different company, Neon Games S.R.L. (Lucky Capone terms, clause 1.2); the likeness points to a shared template, not to a confirmed common operator. Other reviewed casinos that do not accept Australian players include WinSpirit, which excludes Australia in its terms and answers Australian connections with an error page, and CrownPlay, which shows Australians an “Access restricted” page. Unlike CrownPlay, Gambloria has no ACMA formal warning on record, and unlike WinSpirit, it names no licence. For casinos whose payout terms are published in full, see fast withdrawal casinos; for welcome-offer terms side by side, see casino bonuses. The full list is on our casino reviews page.
FAQ
Can Australians play at Gambloria?
No, according to Gambloria’s own terms and site. Clause 4.5 lists Australia among the Restricted Countries whose players “are not allowed to deposit and play real money games”, and on 9 October 2026 gambloria.com showed Australian connections a “Country access blocked” page (Gambloria homepage, as shown in Australia). Sites that present Gambloria as open to Australians use other domains, not gambloria.com. This review is not legal advice.
Who owns Gambloria, and is it licensed?
Gambloria’s terms name Bitosa Dynamics Ltd, a Costa Rican company, as owner and operator, and name no licence. Anjouan’s licence register lists gambloria.com under licence ALSI-182407008-FI1, held by Eventa Digital Limitada, with an expiry date of 4 July 2026, which had passed by our check on 9 October 2026, and the status “valid” (Anjouan Gaming licence register). We could not confirm a current licence held by the company the terms name.
Is Gambloria legit?
This review does not give a verdict; it sets out the record. On one side, Gambloria names its operating company and publishes detailed terms, verification rules and responsible-gambling tools. On the other side, it names no licence, the only register entry for its domain belongs to another company and shows a past expiry date, and its pages disagree on processing times and fees. Australians cannot sign up in any case, as set out above.
Does Gambloria have a no-deposit bonus or bonus codes?
Gambloria’s Australian-locale promotion cards list deposit bonuses, cashback, tournaments and a lottery, but no no-deposit offer. The bonus terms cap winnings from any no-deposit offer at “50 EUR or an equal amount of the respective currency”, which clause 7.1 gives as “75 AUD” (Accounts, Payouts & Bonuses, clauses 3.23 and 7.1). The terms say welcome bonuses are credited “automatically without any promo codes”. This review does not list bonus codes.
How long do Gambloria withdrawals take?
Gambloria’s pages give two answers: up to 3 business days / up to 72 hours (sources differ), from the general terms and the “Accounts, Payouts & Bonuses” page respectively. Verification must be complete before any payout, every deposit must be played through 3x, and large wins can be paid in monthly instalments. None of this is an observed payout time.
Which gambling sites are legal in Australia?
This review cannot answer that for you; it is not legal advice. ACMA publishes a register of licensed wagering providers, a list of blocked illegal gambling websites and its investigations into online gambling providers (ACMA investigations into online gambling providers). ACMA’s blocked list does not include gambloria.com, its investigations page does not name Gambloria, and Gambloria’s own terms exclude Australia. Our guide to checking a casino licence explains how to read a casino’s licence claims.
