Because luckycapone.com refuses Australian connections, its pages could not be opened in a browser from Australia. Lucky Capone’s pages load their text from the site’s own content service, and that service answered Australian connections, so the terms (in force from 31 December 2025), bonus terms, policies, FAQ and promotions were read that way on 9 October 2026 (Lucky Capone Terms & Conditions). No account was opened, and the logged-in cashier was not seen. The “Australia listed as restricted” row records the site’s refusal page, not a clause of the terms. Several rows show two values because Lucky Capone’s terms, bonus terms and FAQ state different figures for the same rule.

As recorded from Lucky Capone’s own terms, payment and game pages; neither list is a full catalogue. A provider named here may still be unavailable to Australian accounts, and currency codes are shown as the casino writes them. Checked

What stands out

Lucky Capone publishes offers labelled for Australia on a site that refuses Australian connections. The promotions served for the Australian locale are labelled “1st Deposit CA, AU, NZ” and include a “Highroller Bonus AU” and a “Weekend Reload AU” priced in dollars (Lucky Capone promotions, Australian locale), and the bonus terms give Australian-dollar figures for the welcome package. Yet the homepage, the Australian-locale address and the terms address redirected five Australian residential connections to the same refusal page (Lucky Capone, as requested from Australia).

Lucky Capone block page: a gangster-themed illustration of a vintage car outside a broken bank window, a globe with a warning sign, an AU flag label, the heading “Sorry, you can’t access this site in your country”, panels headed “Are you using a VPN?” and “Not sure why?”, and the Lucky Capone logo.
What an Australian visitor sees at luckycapone.com: the site's own refusal page. The IP address it prints has been blurred. Source: Lucky Capone (luckycapone.com): Homepage — block page shown to an Australian visitor, captured 9 October 2026.

Lucky Capone’s KYC policy spells out which documents can be requested and how long the review takes: the “KYC Team” has “24 hours” to check uploaded documents, and a player whose check fails “cannot make additional deposits or withdrawals of any amount” (Lucky Capone KYC Policy). The responsible-gaming and self-exclusion pages describe deposit limits and exclusion periods in detail.

Important limitations

The refusal set out above is the main limitation for Australian readers, and the terms do not account for it.

The site refuses Australian connections

What the casino's pages state: Yes Verified — operator's own pages

“Sorry, you can’t access this site in your country”

Source: Homepage — "Sorry, you can't access this site in your country" page shown to an Australian visitor (Lucky Capone (luckycapone.com)), checked 9 October 2026.

Our analysis:

The block is the operator’s own, not ACMA’s: the domain is not on ACMA’s list. Requests from German and US crawler addresses received the same page (Lucky Capone, as requested from Germany and the US), so Australia is not the only country refused. The terms do not explain the refusal: their list of “Restricted Countries” in clause 4.5 does not include Australia, and clause 2.2 warns that winnings gained while using an encrypted connection “to falsify their geolocation” may be forfeited (terms, clauses 2.2 and 4.5).

Beyond the refusal, Lucky Capone’s pages leave these gaps and contradictions:

  • no Lucky Capone page names a gaming licence, licence number or regulator, and the complaints clause points to “the licensing regulator listed on the Website” although none is listed;
  • withdrawal limits exist, rising with the “Loyalty Rank”, but their figures appear only in the logged-in cashier (terms, clause 7.12);
  • the general terms, the bonus terms and the FAQ give different minimum withdrawals, processing times and dormancy fees;
  • the bonus terms and the promotions cards give different maximum bonuses, minimum deposits and wagering for the welcome package;
  • the general terms state amounts in euros, while the FAQ and promotions use “$”.

Operator and licence

Lucky Capone’s terms name its operator but no gaming licence.

Neon Games S.R.L.

Checked

The terms say the site “is owned and operated by Neon Games S.R.L., a company incorporated under the laws of Costa Rica, bearing company number 3-102-912221”, with a registered address in San José, and clause 18 places the terms under “the laws of Costa Rica” (terms, clauses 1.2 and 18). No clause or policy names a licence, and the footer licence block the site serves is empty, with no seal, link or licence text (Lucky Capone footer, Australian locale). The About Us text, which the site loads with its FAQ, still lists “Licensed online casino” among its advantages (Lucky Capone FAQ and About Us, Australian locale). We did not check Costa Rica’s company registry.

We looked for the company and the domain on the registers we hold. Neon Games S.R.L. has no row on the Curaçao Gaming Authority’s registry of 21 September 2026 (Curaçao Gaming Authority register). Anjouan’s licence register, which lists the domains under each licence, includes neither the company nor luckycapone.com, and the Tobique Gaming Commission’s licence-holders page has no entry for either (Anjouan Gaming licence register). Some review sites name a different company and a Curaçao licence for Lucky Capone; nothing on luckycapone.com supports that.

This does not show that Lucky Capone holds no licence anywhere. It shows that its own pages claim to be licensed without naming a licence, and that no regulator source we could check confirms one. Our guide to checking a casino licence explains how these registers work.

Account verification (KYC)

Lucky Capone verifies identity before any payout: “We shall process your withdrawal request only after verifying your identity and activities on the Website” (terms, clause 7.18). Checks can come “at first withdrawal and anytime further”, may include a phone call, and closing an account can require a “Skype call or Zoom call” and a selfie with documents (terms, clauses 7.4, 7.15 and 10.2). The bonus terms add that documents must be “in Latin or Cyrillic alphabet” and that video verification may be demanded (bonus terms, clause 2.14).

A deadline with confiscation behind it

What the terms state: Verification can be requested at the first withdrawal and at any time after, may include a phone call, a video call and source-of-funds evidence, and documents must be supplied within 15 days of a request. Verified — operator's own pages

“12.3. You are required to provide any requested documents and information swiftly and assist us in completing our Verification Checks without delay, within fifteen (15) days of our request. This includes, but is not limited to, properly certified identification documents, proof of residence, evidence of ownership for your payment methods, details regarding your source of funds and wealth, along with your financial transaction history such as bank or credit/debit card statements.”

Source: Terms & Conditions (in force from 2025-12-31) (Lucky Capone (luckycapone.com)), checked 9 October 2026.

Our analysis:

The request can cover more than identity: “details regarding your source of funds and wealth” and bank or card statements. Missing the deadline is a breach of the terms, after which the casino “may confiscate your winnings” (terms, clause 12.8). The terms do not limit that to bonus winnings. Our casino KYC guide covers what these checks usually involve.

Deposits and withdrawals

Lucky Capone’s cashier could not be seen, so the table combines the payment logos the site serves for Australia with the methods its terms name. The footer logos for Australia are Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay and “Crypto” (Lucky Capone footer, Australian locale).

— means we have not recorded a figure for this method; it does not mean the casino publishes none (the review's text covers figures its pages state in conflicting ways). “Low confidence” means the page names the method only in general terms (for example a general list, a logo strip or the version of a page shown in another country), so it may not apply to Australian accounts.

Card withdrawals are marked not confirmed. Clause 7.7 says card payouts run through Visa and Mastercard but cannot be guaranteed “even for supported countries”, which the terms do not list, and a player who deposited by card may have withdrawals returned to the card up to the amount deposited (terms, clauses 7.7 and 12.15). PayID is not among the logos and is not mentioned in the terms or FAQ; see PayID casinos for sites that list it.

The minimum withdrawal “varies depending on your country of residence and/or payment method, ranging from EUR 50 to EUR 120” under clause 7.1, while the Australian FAQ says “in most cases, it is $75 (or its equivalent)” (terms, clause 7.1; Lucky Capone FAQ, Australian locale). The FAQ also says most withdrawals are processed “within 24 business hours after approval”, shorter than either figure in the terms (Lucky Capone FAQ, Australian locale). Big wins can be paid in monthly instalments: above “€/$15,000” under clause 7.13 of the terms, above “10000 €/$” under clause 2.13 of the bonus terms (terms, clause 7.13; bonus terms, clause 2.13).

Every deposit must be played through 3x before it can be withdrawn, with or without a bonus. Clause 7.18 mentions that a player may cancel a withdrawal request but does not say how. Our guide to how casino withdrawals work explains these terms, and fast withdrawal casinos compares casinos that publish their limits.

Welcome bonus and wagering

Lucky Capone’s welcome package covers the first 3 deposits, and its two official descriptions disagree. In the table below, the lower maximum bonus and minimum deposit come from the bonus terms and the higher ones from the first-deposit card served for the Australian locale. That card lists three bands: “100% + 25 FS” for “$40”, “125% + 50 FS” for “$60” and “150% + 50 FS” for “$150” (Lucky Capone promotions, Australian locale; bonus terms, section 4). Neither version can be claimed from Australia, as the site refuses Australian connections.

The example uses the top band of the card, the only band whose match is recorded, and the bonus terms’ default multiple; at that deposit the bonus equals the bonus terms’ maximum, which is the cap the example shows, and stays within the card’s higher maximum. The first-deposit card states no multiple, while the second- and third-deposit cards show “x45”, so the first stage may not use the default either (Lucky Capone promotions, Australian locale). Free spins differ too: the card says “+ 50 Free Spins”, while the bonus terms say “players will get 50 Free Spins every day for the next 5 days” on Gates of Olympus or BGaming alternatives (bonus terms, clauses 4.4 and 4.5). Our wagering requirements guide shows how the multiple and the cap change the outcome.

Pokies count 100% towards wagering, except titles on a separate restricted-slots list; bonus-buy features count “50%”, live roulette and blackjack “10%”, and table and live games nothing (bonus terms, clause 3.19). No no-deposit offer appears among the promotions served for Australia. This review does not list bonus codes.

Games and providers

The provider list Lucky Capone serves for Australia names “64 providers”, among them Playson, BGaming, Booongo, Yggdrasil, Evoplay and Platipus, but not Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Evolution or Hacksaw Gaming (Lucky Capone providers, Australian locale). That makes the welcome free spins on Gates of Olympus, a Pragmatic Play pokie, hard to reconcile with the list. The terms bar Australian players from Amatic and Microgaming games and from NetEnt jackpot wins (terms, clauses 2.8 to 2.10). No page we could read states a game count. The site also runs a sportsbook.

Mobile

No Lucky Capone page we could read describes mobile-browser play or links to the App Store or Google Play. The FAQ refers to “the app” without saying where it comes from. Searches for the brand also return an App Store app of the same name in New Zealand, but nothing ties it to luckycapone.com. See mobile casinos for how we assess mobile access.

Responsible-gambling tools

Lucky Capone’s responsible-gaming page describes daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits, with increases delayed “for 24 hours”, and its self-exclusion page offers exclusion for a set period or indefinitely (Lucky Capone Responsible Gaming Policy; Lucky Capone Self-Exclusion Policy). The terms add loss limits, and the FAQ a way of “limiting account access for specified periods of time”. Deposit limits “cannot be applied” to crypto deposits (terms, clause 6.9).

Terms that deserve attention

These clauses are the ones most likely to reduce or hold a Lucky Capone payout.

Bonus winnings capped at a multiple of the bonus

What the terms state: 10x Verified — operator's own pages

“3.26. The maximum winnings from using bonuses are capped at ten times the amount of the bonuses used.”

Source: Accounts, Payouts & Bonuses (bonus terms) (Lucky Capone (luckycapone.com)), checked 9 October 2026.

Our analysis:

The cap covers “the maximum winnings from using bonuses”, with no exception for the welcome package, so the most a bonus can release is fixed when it is credited. Free-spin winnings have a separate cap, and the loyalty free-spins section adds that the cap “persists after the completion of the wagering requirement” (bonus terms, clauses 3.26, 4.8 and 6).

Maximum bet while wagering

What the terms state: A$10 Verified — operator's own pages

“3.8. Any issued bonuses are by default limited to a maximum bet during wagering: 5 EUR, 7,5 NZD, 10 CAD/AUD, 100 CZK, 90 ZAR, 10 BGN, 40 DKK, 40 HRK, 25 RON, 50 NOK, 1950 HUF, 5 CHF, 0.027 LTC, 0.00019 BTC, or equivalent unless otherwise specified.”

Source: Accounts, Payouts & Bonuses (bonus terms) (Lucky Capone (luckycapone.com)), checked 9 October 2026.

Our analysis:

The bet cap includes gamble features and bought bonus rounds. A second clause treats as bonus abuse any bet “greater than 20% of the Bonus amount or exceeding 5 EUR, whichever is lower” (bonus terms, clause 3.6). With a small bonus, the 20% test sits well below the bet cap, and the rule’s euro ceiling is given without an Australian-dollar equivalent.

External complaints body

What the terms state: None named; the terms refer to "the licensing regulator listed on the Website", but the site lists no regulator, and disputes go to the courts of Costa Rica. Verified — operator's own pages

“14.3. If the dispute is not resolved on the casino management level, you can contact any independent body, gaming authority, or the licensing regulator listed on the Website.”

Source: Terms & Conditions (in force from 2025-12-31) (Lucky Capone (luckycapone.com)), checked 9 October 2026.

Our analysis:

Lucky Capone’s complaints escalate inside the casino, and its “server logs and records” are “the final authority” in a dispute (terms, clause 14.4). The Dispute Resolution Policy sends anything further to “the exclusive jurisdiction of Costa Rica” (Lucky Capone Dispute Resolution Policy). No time limit for complaints is stated.

Two different dormancy fees

What the terms state: The casino reserves the right to charge a monthly administrative fee of €10 or the equivalent (or the remaining balance, if less) while the balance stays positive. / The casino may charge a $15 monthly fee (or the full balance, if less) once the account has been inactive for 12 consecutive months. (sources differ) Conflicting sources

“If your account is deemed to be inactive, the Company reserves the right to charge a monthly administrative fee of €10 or the equivalent in another currency (or the current balance of your account, if less) as long as the balance of your account remains positive.”

Source: Terms & Conditions (in force from 2025-12-31) (Lucky Capone (luckycapone.com)), checked 9 October 2026.

Our analysis:

Both versions start after 12 months without a login and take the whole balance if it is smaller than the fee. The terms give the fee in euros, the Australian FAQ in dollars, and they do not state the same amount.

Strengths and limitations

Strengths

  • The terms name the operating company, Neon Games S.R.L., with its Costa Rican company number and address

  • A separate KYC policy lists the documents that can be requested and sets a review time for uploaded documents

  • Lucky Capone’s bonus terms state the welcome package’s minimum deposit, maximum bonus and maximum bet in Australian dollars, not only in euros

  • Deposit limits, loss limits, time-outs and self-exclusion for a set period or indefinitely are described on Lucky Capone’s own pages

Limitations

  • luckycapone.com refuses Australian connections, although its promotions include offers labelled for Australia

  • No Lucky Capone page names a gaming licence or regulator, and no register we checked lists the company or the domain

  • The bonus terms and promotions cards disagree on the maximum bonus, the minimum deposit and the wagering, and the terms and FAQ disagree on minimum withdrawal, processing time and dormancy fee

  • Winnings can be confiscated if verification is not complete within 15 days, and bonus winnings are capped at 10x the bonus

  • Withdrawal limits are shown only in the logged-in cashier, and card payouts are not guaranteed “even for supported countries”, which are not listed

  • No external complaints body is named; disputes go to the courts of Costa Rica

How it compares

No casino we review is a Lucky Capone sister brand: none of their casino records names Neon Games S.R.L. The terms of Gambloria are largely word for word the same as Lucky Capone’s, from the “EUR 50 to EUR 120” withdrawal minimum to the complaints clause, but its terms name a different company, Bitosa Dynamics Ltd (Gambloria terms, clause 1.2). The likeness points to a shared template, not to a confirmed common operator. Like Gambloria, CrownPlay and WinSpirit, Lucky Capone’s own site refuses Australian connections. Unlike CrownPlay, it has no ACMA formal warning on record, and unlike the casinos on this site that name a Curaçao, Tobique or Anjouan licence, its terms name none. To compare welcome terms with casinos that accept Australian connections, see casino bonuses; for published payout limits, see fast withdrawal casinos. The full list is on our casino reviews page.

FAQ

Can Australians play at Lucky Capone?

No. On 9 October 2026 luckycapone.com answered every Australian connection we tried with “Sorry, you can’t access this site in your country” (Lucky Capone, as requested from Australia). Its terms do not list Australia among restricted countries, but the site itself refuses the connection. This review is not legal advice.

Who owns Lucky Capone, and is it licensed?

Neon Games S.R.L., a company registered in Costa Rica, owns and operates luckycapone.com, according to clause 1.2 of its terms (terms, clause 1.2). The terms, policies and footer name no gaming licence or regulator, although the About Us text calls the site licensed. The Curaçao, Anjouan and Tobique registers we checked do not list the company or the domain.

Is Lucky Capone legit?

This review does not give a verdict; it sets out the record. Lucky Capone names its operator and publishes detailed terms, KYC, responsible-gaming and self-exclusion policies. It names no licence, no register we checked lists the company or the domain, and its bonus terms, promotions and FAQ contradict each other on several figures. ACMA’s blocked list and investigations page do not name it, and Australians cannot sign up in any case. Our guide to checking a casino licence shows how to test any casino’s licence claim.

Does Lucky Capone have a no deposit bonus?

No no-deposit offer appeared among the promotions Lucky Capone served for Australia on 9 October 2026; its welcome bonuses need a deposit (Lucky Capone promotions, Australian locale). The bonus terms cap anything won from a no-deposit bonus or free spins at “80 AUD” (bonus terms, clause 6.1). This review does not list bonus codes.

How long do Lucky Capone withdrawals take?

Lucky Capone’s terms say processing “may take up to 3 business days”, its bonus terms “up to 72 hours”, and its FAQ “within 24 business hours after approval”, before the payment provider’s own time (terms, clause 7.10; bonus terms, clause 2.10; Lucky Capone FAQ, Australian locale). Verification comes first, and each deposit must be played through 3x. None of this is an observed payout time.

Does Lucky Capone accept PayID?

PayID is not listed. The payment logos Lucky Capone serves for Australia are Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay and crypto, and neither the terms nor the FAQ mention PayID (Lucky Capone footer, Australian locale). The logged-in cashier was not seen. See PayID casinos for casinos that list it.
