WinSpirit publishes every amount in US dollars or euros; no Australian-dollar figure appears in the terms, the bonus terms or the payment policy. Our crawler fetched the pages from outside Australia, and the site showed it a “Sorry, this website isn’t available in your country” notice on several of them. From an Australian connection on 7 October 2026 the site answered HTTP 451, “The site is not available in your country.” (WinSpirit, as requested from Australia).

Game providers and currencies

Game providers named on its pages
9: 1spin4win, 3 Oaks Gaming, BGaming, Gamzix, NetGame, Platipus, Popiplay, Pragmatic Play, Swintt
Currencies listed on its pages
EUR, USD, CAD, AUD, NZD, BRL, INR

As recorded from WinSpirit’s own terms, payment and game pages; neither list is a full catalogue. A provider named here may still be unavailable to Australian accounts, and currency codes are shown as the casino writes them. Checked

What stands out

WinSpirit names its operator and licence in full. The WinSpirit terms and conditions identify Complete Technologies N.V. of Curaçao, its company registration number and Curaçao Gaming Authority licence OGL/2024/923/0383. The regulator’s own register lists the same licence for the same company and registration number (see the licence section below).

WinSpirit block page: the WinSpirit logo, an “oops” graphic, the heading “We’re sorry”, the line “The site is not available in your country.”, an offer of help restoring access, and a Contact Support button.
What an Australian visitor sees at WinSpirit's official domain: a “We’re sorry” page saying the site is not available in their country. Source: WinSpirit (Complete Technologies N.V.): Homepage — HTTP 451 block page shown to an Australian visitor, captured 8 October 2026.

WinSpirit’s terms give a short confirmation window for most withdrawals. Clause 7.6.2 says processing and confirmation take “from 30 minutes up to 24 hours in most cases” and “up to 72 hours” in exceptional cases, recorded here as 0.5–72 hours. That is an operator statement about its own handling time, not a measured payout (WinSpirit terms, clause 7.6.2).

WinSpirit’s complaints procedure includes an independent route. Clause 19.5 lets an unresolved complaint go to a CGA-certified alternative dispute resolution (ADR) provider, and clause 19.6 says ADR is free of charge, although not every complaint qualifies (see the terms section below).

WinSpirit players can switch on cooling-off themselves. Clause 6.1 says self-exclusion and cooling-off “can be activated directly from the User’s Profile”, and self-exclusion extends to every brand run under the same licence.

Important limitations

For an Australian reader, WinSpirit’s territory clause outweighs every other limitation.

Australia is an Excluded Territory

What the terms state: Yes Verified — operator's own pages

“Territorial restrictions on the use of the Website services apply to: Israel, USA, France, Great Britain, Belgium, Spain, Ukraine, Malta, Latvia, North Korea, Iran, Syria, the Netherlands, the Caribbean Netherlands islands (Curaçao, Aruba, Bonaire, St. Maarten, St. Eustatius and Saba), Australia (if physically present in Australia at the time of play), legally uncertain territories and other states, countries and territories where legislation prohibits real-money gambling (from now on "Excluded Territories").”

Source: Terms and Conditions (WinSpirit (Complete Technologies N.V.)), checked 30 September 2026.

Our analysis:

The restriction turns on where the player is at the time of play, not on citizenship or account currency. The consequence sits elsewhere in the same document: clause 12.13.5 allows WinSpirit to “immediately block your account” for trying “to access the Website from a country where gambling is prohibited”, and the closing words of clause 12.13 say that in such cases “we disclaim any obligation to refund or otherwise reimburse you for any funds available in your Game Account”. A player in Australia therefore holds any balance on terms that let the operator decline to return it. Clause 17.3.2 separately blacklists NetEnt games for Australia.

WinSpirit’s documents contradict each other on Australian players. Clause 7.1.2 lists AUD as an account currency, and the payment policy says “Australian end-customers are only allowed to use their Debit Cards and not their Credit Cards”, which reads as if Australians are expected customers. Neither passage overrides the Excluded Territories list, which is the clause the blocking and no-refund wording relies on.

Large wins leave WinSpirit slowly. Withdrawals are capped at €2,000 per day and €25,000 per month, and no Australian-dollar equivalent is published.

Several WinSpirit pages rendered empty for our crawler, so we could not check the game lobby and game count, the responsible-gaming page and its limit tools, the KYC procedure page and the promotions page.

Operator and licence

Complete Technologies N.V. operates WinSpirit under a Curaçao Gaming Authority licence, and the regulator’s register lists that licence for that company.

The Curaçao Gaming Authority’s Online Gaming License Registry, updated 21 September 2026 lists OGL/2024/923/0383 for Complete Technologies N.V., registration number 133283, with the status “Indefinite” and no expiry date. We record the licence status as active, with the current term issued on 24 March 2026. The December 2025 edition of the register showed an earlier term for the same number and company, which fits the terms' statement that the company has been licensed “since 24/Mar/2025”.

Extract from the Curaçao Gaming Authority's Online Gaming License Registry. Under the column headings license number, licensee, company type, company registration number, issued, expires and status license, the highlighted row 338 shows licence OGL/2024/923/0383 for Complete Technologies N.V., a B2C licensee, with no expiry date and the status Indefinite. The page footer reads Last updated September 21, 2026, page 12 of 28.

Source: Curaçao Gaming Authority, Online Gaming License Registry (updated 21 September 2026), captured 7 October 2026.

The register check has limits. It lists licensed companies, not websites, so it does not by itself tie winspirit.com to the licence; that link comes from WinSpirit’s own terms. We found no domain certificate for winspirit.com on the regulator’s certificate service, and the regulator’s register web page returned an error, so the register PDF was read from the regulator’s file host. Our guide to checking a casino licence shows how to repeat the search.

The licence does not give players a route to the regulator for a dispute. Clause 19.9 says the Curaçao Gaming Authority “does not act as a mediator in individual disputes” (WinSpirit terms, section 19).

The official domain is winspirit.com; the terms use it for registration and support. Look-alike domains rank above it for the brand name and are not named in the official terms; we do not name them. None of them was used as evidence for this review.

Account verification (KYC)

WinSpirit requires verification before any withdrawal. Clause 18.2 states that “No withdrawals will be made by the User from its Gaming Account until the User has been verified”, and that verification “takes from 2 to 24 hours, unless additional verification is required” (WinSpirit terms).

A missed document deadline can cost the balance

What the terms state: Identity documents may be requested from any user; if they are not provided within one calendar month of the request, the casino may seize the account balance and close the account. Verified — operator's own pages

“12.15. The Provider reserves the right to request identity-proving documents from any User. The User may be required to undergo the identity verification procedure through the verification system in your personal account. Modification of photos using any special software is strictly prohibited. If the User does not provide the requested documents within one calendar month from the date the request was made, we reserve the right to seize the User’s account balance and close the User's account.”

Source: Terms and Conditions (WinSpirit (Complete Technologies N.V.)), checked 15 October 2026.

Our analysis:

The deadline runs from the date of the request, and the stated consequence is seizure of the balance and closure of the account, not just a paused withdrawal. The payment policy widens the document list to a passport, a photo of the player holding the payment card, an invoice in the player’s name and a video call, and lets WinSpirit block the account until the information arrives. Clause 12.16 offers one exit: a player who refuses verification can ask for the last deposit to be paid back to a card in their own name. Our guide to verifying a casino account explains what these requests usually involve.

Deposits and withdrawals

WinSpirit sets a minimum withdrawal of US$50 and caps withdrawals at €2,000 per day and €25,000 per month, in terms checked on . The outer bound for processing a request is up to 7 business days.

— means we have not recorded a figure for this method; it does not mean the casino publishes none (the review's text covers figures its pages state in conflicting ways).

Visa and Mastercard are named in the terms; the other methods appear as sections of the How to deposit help page. No page lists per-method limits, fees or withdrawal methods, and the cashier itself was not visible. Clause 7.6.10 says funds are withdrawn “in the same way as they were deposited”, and clause 7.6.7 says in the same currency. PayID is not mentioned on any WinSpirit page we could read; see PayID casinos for sites that list it.

Every WinSpirit deposit has to be turned over before it can come back out. Clause 7.6.18 requires 3x wagering of each deposit before a related withdrawal, and clause 7.6.17 blocks the funds of players “who deposit or withdraw without wagering” until further notice.

Withdrawal fees

What the terms state: Terms say the casino charges no withdrawal fee of its own, but withdrawals may carry a fee depending on the payment method, and bank or intermediary-bank fees may apply. Verified — operator's own pages

“7.6.6. Depending on the payment method, withdrawal may be accompanied by a fee. The User's bank may also charge additional fees for associated services. You acknowledge that withdrawals by means of bank transfers may, in exceptional circumstances, be subject to additional charges by intermediary banks. These fees remain outside the control of the Provider. The amount may vary depending on the bank policies. The Provider will not charge any withdrawal fees or commission to the Provider itself.”

Source: Terms and Conditions (WinSpirit (Complete Technologies N.V.)), checked 15 October 2026.

Our analysis:

The wording points both ways. Clause 7.6.6 says the casino charges no fee of its own, while clause 7.6.17 says “different commission percentages are provided” depending on the payment system, and clauses 7.7.1 and 12.18 deduct “the withdrawal fee” or “relevant withdrawal charges” when an account is closed. No fee table was published on the pages we read, so the cost of a given withdrawal cannot be worked out in advance.

Cancelling a pending withdrawal

What the terms state: Not confirmed Unconfirmed

Source: Terms and Conditions (WinSpirit (Complete Technologies N.V.)), checked 15 October 2026.

Our analysis:

We could not confirm whether a pending withdrawal can be reversed. The payment policy says a payment confirmed with the “Payment” button cannot be cancelled, but that sentence reads as a general payment rule rather than a withdrawal-reversal policy. One related rule is clear: clause 8.2 says that once a withdrawal request is created, “all active gifts will be lost without the possibility of recovery”. Our guide to casino payouts explains pending periods and reversals in general.

Welcome bonus and wagering

WinSpirit’s first-deposit bonus is a 100% match up to US$200 plus 100 free spins, with 40x wagering on the bonus. The bonus terms publish it in US dollars only, and we could fetch them only from outside Australia, because the site does not load from an Australian connection. Given the territory clause, we do not treat it as an offer available to Australian players.

The example leaves out two rules that make clearing harder. First, bonus play starts with the real-money balance, because the bonus terms describe every bonus as “non-sticky”. Second, the free spins arrive in daily sets that must each be used within a day, with their winnings wagered at the same multiple and capped separately: “The maximum win that can be paid resulting from registered free spins is 200 USD”. Our playthrough explainer compares a bonus-only base with a deposit-plus-bonus base.

The bonus terms also describe a second-deposit bonus, weekly cashback, Wednesday free spins, a Sunday reload and level-based bonuses, all in US dollars. This review does not list promo codes, and none of those offers is presented here as available to Australians.

Games and providers

We could not confirm how many games WinSpirit offers. The homepage and game lobby rendered empty for our crawler, so the only providers on record are those named in the terms and bonus terms: BGaming, Platipus, Gamzix, 1spin4win, NetGame, Popiplay, 3 Oaks, Swintt, Pragmatic Play and NetEnt. The welcome free spins run on pokies from Gamzix, 1spin4win, NetGame, Platipus and BGaming.

Bonus funds cannot be used on every pokie. General bonus terms 16 and 17 exclude bonus-buy, accumulation-feature and progressive-jackpot slots, and name further pokies, such as Book of Shadows and Aztec Magic Megaways, whose bets do not count towards wagering (WinSpirit bonus terms).

Mobile

WinSpirit’s own pages describe a progressive web app installed from the browser; they do not mention an App Store or Google Play app, and whether WinSpirit has one is not confirmed. The application installation guide covers Android through Chrome, iOS through Safari’s Add to Home Screen, and Windows and macOS desktops. See mobile casinos for how we assess browser play.

Responsible-gambling tools

WinSpirit’s terms document cooling-off and self-exclusion; deposit, loss and session limits could not be confirmed. Clause 6.2 lists cooling-off periods of “24 hours, 3 days, 7 days, 14 days, or 1 month” and self-exclusion “for longer terms: 1 year”, and the terms say both can be activated from the player’s profile or through support chat (WinSpirit terms, section 6).

Terms that deserve attention

Beyond the territory clause above, these are the WinSpirit terms most likely to affect whether a balance can be withdrawn.

Euro caps and a ceiling on bonus-linked wins

What the terms state: €2,000 Verified — operator's own pages

“7.6.14. The User can withdraw a maximum of 2 000 EUR per day, subject to the limitation mentioned in clause 7.6.5. This amount can be increased based on the User's activity and status in the project”

Source: Terms and Conditions (WinSpirit (Complete Technologies N.V.)), checked 7 October 2026.

Our analysis:

The daily and monthly caps mean a large win is paid over weeks or months, and clause 7.6.5 lets WinSpirit ask for extra documents on large withdrawals, which are “reviewed — from 1 to 3 days”. Clause 8.3 adds a tighter limit: “If you have accepted bonuses from the Provider or received winnings of more than equivalent to 2 000 USD, we have the right to limit such a withdrawal request to a maximum of equivalent to 2 000 USD” (WinSpirit terms). Clause 7.6.14 says the daily cap can be raised based on activity and status. The page fills in the amounts of both caps for each visitor: loaded from Germany, clause 7.6.5 reads “25 000 EUR”, and loaded from our crawler’s default network it reads “30 000 USD”. We record the euro figures; the amount and currency shown to an Australian visitor could not be checked.

Deposits must be wagered before withdrawal

What the terms state: 3x Verified — operator's own pages

“7.6.18. Any deposit must be placed 3 times (the User must wager three times the amount of its deposit) before a withdrawal related to that deposit becomes available. In case several deposits have been made without any gaming activity, the User must place the total amount of these deposits three times before withdrawal. Otherwise, the Provider has the right to refuse the withdrawal before betting.”

Source: Terms and Conditions (WinSpirit (Complete Technologies N.V.)), checked 15 October 2026.

Our analysis:

This anti-laundering rule applies with or without a bonus, and deposits made without any play are added together, so their combined total has to be wagered before withdrawal. The stated penalty is refusal of the withdrawal and blocked funds, not a fee.

Monthly fee on dormant accounts

What the terms state: A monthly administrative fee of 10 USD (or the equivalent in the account currency) is charged to an inactive account, which may eventually bring the balance to zero. Verified — operator's own pages

“7.7.4. ... Once the User’s Account became inactive, a 10 USD (or the equivalent in the User Account currency) administrative fee will be charged per month to such User’s Account, which may eventually bring the balance to zero. These fees are refundable only with proof of health impediment or other reasonable cause during the inactive period”

Source: Terms and Conditions (WinSpirit (Complete Technologies N.V.)), checked 30 September 2026.

Our analysis:

An account becomes inactive after 6 months without transactions, and the fee then runs every month until the balance reaches zero. The terms promise an email “one month in advance” of the account turning inactive, and the fee is refundable only “with proof of health impediment or other reasonable cause” (WinSpirit terms, clause 7.7.4).

Two bet limits while a bonus is active

What the terms state: US$5 Verified — operator's own pages

“4. The maximum bet that counts towards wagering the bonus is 5 USD. This restriction applies to the entire game bonus rounds purchased within the game, and also to bets doubling after the completion of the game round”

Source: Bonus terms and conditions (WinSpirit (Complete Technologies N.V.)), checked 15 October 2026.

Our analysis:

The bonus terms cap bets at this amount, and terms clause 8.2.9 adds a second rule: each bet “must be less than or equal to 20% of the original amount of the active bonus”, and a larger bet counts towards wagering only up to that share (WinSpirit terms, clause 8.2.9). On a small bonus the percentage rule is the tighter of the two.

Several other clauses in the WinSpirit terms also affect how an account can be closed or a balance lost:

  • Closure at the operator’s discretion. Clause 12.18 lets WinSpirit close any account “without any obligation to state a reason or give prior notice”, refunding the balance minus withdrawal charges.
  • Using the account to store money. Clause 12.17 says that if the account appears to be used “for purposes other than designated, such as storing funds”, WinSpirit may write off winnings after “7 calendar days” and return the deposit minus commissions.
  • AI software. Clause 18.5 bans “artificial intelligence software” and allows the balance to be frozen if it is used.
  • Complaints. Clause 19.2 allows a complaint “within six (6) months” of the incident, by live chat, email or a form. External escalation goes to an ADR provider, but only for some complaints: A CGA-certified independent ADR provider, free of charge, for complaints worth more than EUR 5,000 or about responsible gaming. The Curaçao Gaming Authority does not mediate individual disputes.

Strengths and limitations

Strengths

  • Operator, company registration number and licence number are published in the terms and match the Curaçao Gaming Authority register

  • Clause 7.6.2 publishes a processing and confirmation window of 0.5–72 hours

  • A free, CGA-certified ADR route is written into the complaints procedure
  • Cooling-off can be set from the WinSpirit player profile, and self-exclusion covers all brands under the licence

Limitations

  • Australia is an Excluded Territory, and access from a prohibited country can lead to blocking with no obligation to refund

  • Withdrawals are capped at €2,000 per day and €25,000 per month

  • Every deposit must be wagered 3x before withdrawal

  • Missing the deadline for requested identity documents can lead to seizure of the balance and closure of the account

  • No AUD amounts, no PayID and no confirmed deposit, loss or session limits

How it compares

No other casino reviewed on this site shares WinSpirit’s operator, so we do not name any sister brands. Because WinSpirit’s own terms name Australia as an Excluded Territory, this review is written as a warning rather than as a comparison of offers. Readers comparing licence transparency can use our licence-checking guide and the full list of casino reviews. For payout rules side by side, see fast withdrawal casinos, and for welcome-offer terms across brands, see casino bonuses.

FAQ

Is WinSpirit casino available in Australia?

No, not under its own terms. WinSpirit lists Australia among its Excluded Territories for anyone physically present in Australia at the time of play, and clause 12.13.5 allows accounts accessed from a country where gambling is prohibited to be blocked without an obligation to refund. The site also showed our non-Australian crawler an “isn’t available in your country” notice, and it refused an Australian connection outright (WinSpirit, as requested from Australia).

Is WinSpirit licensed?

Yes, according to the regulator’s register. Complete Technologies N.V. holds Curaçao Gaming Authority licence OGL/2024/923/0383, listed as “Indefinite” on the register updated 21 September 2026. The register lists the company rather than the website, and the link to winspirit.com comes from WinSpirit’s own terms.

How long does WinSpirit take to withdraw?

The terms give 0.5–72 hours for processing and confirmation, with up to 7 business days as the outer limit. Verification must be completed first, each deposit must be wagered 3x, and daily and monthly caps apply. This review is based on published terms, so it cannot report actual payout times.

What is the minimum deposit for WinSpirit?

We could not find a casino-wide minimum deposit in the terms we read. The first-deposit bonus needs at least US$20, and the minimum withdrawal is US$50. Amounts are published in US dollars, not Australian dollars.

Does WinSpirit have a no deposit bonus?

Not as a sign-up offer in the bonus terms we read: the welcome offer is a first-deposit bonus. WinSpirit’s no-deposit rewards are tied to its loyalty levels, starting with “5 no-deposit Free Spins” at Level 2, and its bonus terms cap what can be withdrawn from a no-deposit bonus: “The maximum amount of funds received as a result of using the no-deposit bonus that will be available for withdrawal is 50 USD” (WinSpirit bonus terms). WinSpirit’s terms also exclude players located in Australia, so none of these offers is presented here as available to Australian readers.

Does WinSpirit have an app?

Not one we could confirm. WinSpirit’s installation guide describes a progressive web app added from Chrome on Android or Safari on iOS; it does not mention an App Store or Google Play listing.
