What stands out

Ricky Casino names who runs it. Clause 1.1 of the terms and the site footer identify Novatrix SRL, a Costa Rican company with a published registration number and address, operating under a Tobique Gaming Commission licence (Ricky Casino Terms and Conditions). The Tobique register lists Novatrix S.R.L as a B2C licence holder with an expiry of 13 March 2027, in a register check made on 30 September 2026.

The terms name an outside body for disputes. Complaints that Ricky Casino’s own process does not resolve can be escalated to EGIS, which the terms describe as operating under the regulations of the Tobique Gaming Commission (Terms and Conditions, clause 15.5). That gives a Ricky Casino player a route beyond the support team.

Ricky Casino’s responsible-gambling tools are set in the account rather than by request. Deposit, loss and wager limits can each be set by day, week or month, and a limit increase only takes effect after email confirmation and once the previous limit has expired (Ricky Casino responsible-gaming page).

The Australian welcome package is large but spread thin. The en-AU promotions page advertises A$7,500 and 550 free spins across 10 deposits, with the first deposit matched up to A$500.

Important limitations

Ricky Casino has an Australian regulator record. ACMA formally warned Dama N.V., which it named as “the provider of the Katsubet, Winz.io and Ricky Casino services”, on 1 June 2022 (ACMA formal warning). The terms name Novatrix SRL, which the warning does not mention.

The licence is offshore, and its details are only partly verifiable. The Tobique register lists companies, not licence numbers or websites, so it cannot confirm that licence 0000002 exists or that it covers rickycasino.com. The homepage also claims a Curaçao licence that the terms never mention, and the one register that lists rickycasino.com, Anjouan’s, does so under a Novatrix licence the terms do not mention either.

Verification rules are strict and time-limited, with a deadline of 14 days after a withdrawal request. If the casino cannot reach the player in that time, or verification is not passed, the terms provide for locking or terminating the account, cancelling the withdrawal and confiscating funds.

Each deposit must be wagered 3x before it can be withdrawn, even without a bonus. Welcome bonuses carry 50x wagering and expire after 3 days.

Several payment details could not be confirmed. The Australian-locale payments page names its methods only by logo. Checked from an Australian connection on 7 October 2026, the rows are Visa, Maestro, Neteller, Skrill, Paysafecard, Zimpler, ecoPayz, Neosurf, VCC and Bitcoin, all with euro limits, and PayID is not listed (Ricky Casino payments page, as shown in Australia). The logged-in cashier was not checked. The same connection was shown a cookie banner asking the visitor to confirm “I am currently accessing this website outside of Australia”, although Ricky Casino’s terms do not list Australia as restricted.

Ricky Casino is operated by Novatrix SRL, which the Tobique Gaming Commission lists as a licence holder; that register does not show which websites the licence covers. Anjouan’s register, which does list websites, names rickycasino.com under a second Novatrix licence.

The terms say rickycasino.com “is owned and operated by Novatrix SRL, a company registered under the laws of Costa Rica” and that the company “operates under license no. 0000002 issued by the Tobique Gaming Commission” (Terms and Conditions, clause 1.1). We did not check the Costa Rican company registry for Novatrix SRL, and we found no public online lookup for it.

The Tobique Gaming Commission’s License Holders page lists Novatrix S.R.L twice: once as a B2C licence holder and once as a separate B2B entry. The page has columns for company name, expiry date and licence type only. It therefore confirms that Novatrix holds a current Tobique B2C licence, but not the number 0000002 or the domain rickycasino.com. Novatrix and Ricky Casino do not appear on the Commission’s list of unlicensed and fraudulent sites.

The Commission’s domain validator returned “NOT licensed” for rickycasino.com. We do not treat that as a finding: the same query returned the same result for the control domains we tried, including a sample link carrying a seal id, so a plain domain lookup does not appear to work. A proper check needs the seal token embedded on the casino’s own site, which we could not extract.

Anjouan’s Licence Register lists rickycasino.com among the domains of Novatrix SRL’s licence ALSI-202508056-FI2, which we record as active, expiring on 24 August 2027; woocasino.com is on the same row. It is the only licence register we hold that names rickycasino.com. Ricky Casino’s terms and footer, as shown to Australian visitors, name the Tobique licence alone, so the Anjouan listing does not change which licence and complaints route the terms set for an Australian account.

The operator’s pages contradict each other on the licence. The Ricky Casino homepage says “We have a real Curacao license and fully regulated by the law of Curacao”, while the terms and footer name only the Tobique licence. Look-alike domains using the Ricky name attribute the brand to Dama N.V. under a Curaçao licence, or to Ryker B.V.; no official Ricky Casino page names either company, and we used none of those sites as evidence. Dama N.V. is, however, the company ACMA named as Ricky Casino’s provider in 2022, as the next subsection sets out. Our guide to checking a casino licence explains how to read a regulator register.

ACMA’s formal warning

ACMA began investigating the Katsubet, Winz.io and Ricky Casino services “on 20 April 2022”, and its warning dated 1 June 2022 is addressed to Dama N.V. at a Curaçao address (ACMA formal warning). The warning lists https://www.rickycasino.com/, the official domain, as the address of the Ricky Casino service during the investigation. Its PDF file name mentions only Katsubet and Winz.io, but the text covers Ricky Casino, and ACMA’s publication page names all three.

The warning does not name Novatrix SRL, the company Ricky Casino’s terms name today, and we could not establish any relationship between Dama N.V. and Novatrix SRL. ACMA’s investigations page lists “Ricky Casino” among its 2022 outcomes without the asterisk it uses for websites blocked at its request; rickycasino.com is nonetheless on the blocked-websites list we checked, and we draw no conclusion from the difference (ACMA investigations page). ACMA also named Dama N.V. as a provider of Woo Casino, the other Novatrix brand we review, in a warning dated 24 February 2025 (ACMA formal warning about Woo Casino).

Account verification (KYC)

Ricky Casino requires a fully verified account before any withdrawal request, and it sets a deadline for completing verification.

Phone contact and the verification clock

“As part of our Know-Your-Customer (KYC) process, we may request additional documentation or conduct a phone call to verify your identity. Withdrawal requests will remain pending until all required verification steps are completed. If we are unable to reach you by phone or email within two (2) weeks of your withdrawal request, your account will be locked and your withdrawal will be canceled.”

Our analysis:

The deadline in clause 8.4 runs from the withdrawal request, and the casino decides how it contacts the player, including by phone. A missed call or an unanswered email can therefore lock the account and cancel the payout. Clause 9.3 adds a live phone check on top of documents, and clause 9.5 requires documents in Latin or Cyrillic script, otherwise a video of the player holding their ID. Deposits and withdrawals

Ricky Casino’s minimum withdrawal is €20, and the terms state a processing target of up to 72 hours after approval. The target is the operator’s own statement, and its clock starts at approval, which waits on verification, rather than at the request.

The table combines the terms, the payments page and the homepage. The terms name Visa and Mastercard for deposits and withdrawals, bank transfers and e-wallets; the payments page and homepage add Neteller, Skrill, Paysafecard and Neosurf as marketing examples, and state that availability depends on the player’s country. Crypto deposits follow from the accepted-currency list in clause 4.1, which includes AUD alongside several coins. PayID is not confirmed in the terms we could read; see PayID casinos for sites that list it, or crypto casinos for crypto-first alternatives.

Bank transfers take up to 3 business days to process. The terms list no casino fee for them but warn that intermediary banks may charge their own; the payment table shows the typical amount quoted. Card payouts are limited to the player’s net deposits, with anything above that paid by another method, and clause 11.5 lets the casino choose a different payout method “at our sole discretion” (Terms and Conditions, clause 11).

The terms do not say whether a player can cancel a pending withdrawal, so reversal is not confirmed. Within the clause 11.8 limits, the maximum per transaction “varies by payment method”, and the payments page gives its per-row maxima in euros, with methods shown only as logos. Our analysis:

Clause 11.8, “Withdrawal Frequency Limits”, caps every account at €2,500 over a rolling 24 hours, €5,000 over a rolling seven days and €15,000 a month, each “or equivalent” (Terms clauses 11.7 and 11.8). A win well above the monthly figure would therefore be paid out over several months. The weekly window resets “each 7 days from your first cashout in a calendar month and on the 1st of each month”, and progressive jackpot wins do not count. Clause 11.7, just before it, is a separate cap on no-deposit bonus winnings, listed as “75 CAD, 75 AUD, 75 NZD”.

Deposits must be played through before withdrawal

Our analysis:

This rule applies to every deposit, with or without a bonus, and multiple deposits made without play must be wagered as a combined total. If the requirement is not met, the casino may charge a processing fee of unstated size or refuse the withdrawal. A player who deposits and changes their mind cannot simply withdraw the unplayed balance.

Welcome bonus and wagering

The Australian welcome package matches the first deposit at 100% up to A$500, as part of a package worth up to A$7,500 over 10 deposits. Wagering is 50x the bonus, and each deposit bonus lasts 3 days.

The example covers the first deposit only; the same requirement applies again at every later step of the package. The maximum bet while a bonus is active is €5 “or equivalent in your local currency”, and because no AUD figure is published, we do not convert it into a minimum number of bets. The Australian offer and the general bonus terms do not match. The en-AU promotions page lists only some of the steps, and the per-step caps it shows do not add up to the advertised total (Ricky Casino promotions, en-AU). The default-locale bonus terms describe a different package, “Total Package 2000 EUR + 200 Free Spins” (Ricky Casino Bonus Terms and Conditions), and the Australian version of the bonus terms could not be read. We take wagering, expiry and maximum bet from the general bonus terms. The en-AU promotions page shown to an Australian connection on 7 October 2026 carried the same package (Ricky Casino promotions page, as shown in Australia). This review does not list bonus codes.

Games and providers

Ricky Casino’s homepage claims a pokies count of 1,500+ and names Microgaming, NetEnt, Play’n GO and Pragmatic Play among its suppliers (Ricky Casino homepage). The same homepage text also cites an older welcome offer and a Curaçao licence, so the pokies figure is probably out of date; the games lobby did not render, and we could not record a total game count.

Provider availability in Australia is narrower than the homepage suggests. Clause 3.2 of the terms lists Australia among the territories where NetEnt games are not available and says Amatic is “Restricted in Australia” (Terms and Conditions, clause 3.2). The same clause says using a VPN to get around these restrictions may lead to confiscated winnings. Many titles are also excluded from bonus play, including all jackpot slots and games such as Dead or Alive, Immortal Romance and Book of Oz.

Mobile

Ricky Casino runs in mobile browsers, and we found no dedicated app download. The homepage says it is available for major browsers “as well as on Android, iOS” and that players do not need to install anything. The same page refers to a “Rickycasino Mobile App” without a store listing or download link, so we could not confirm a native app. See mobile casinos for how we assess browser play.

Responsible-gambling tools

Ricky Casino offers deposit, loss and wager limits, a cooling-off option and self-exclusion, all set from the account. The responsible-gaming page lists cooling-off periods of “1 week, 1 month, 3 months, or 6 months” and self-exclusion for “6 months, 9 months, or 1 year” (Ricky Casino responsible-gaming page).

Self-exclusion for other periods, including indefinitely, can be requested by email. Two limitations are worth knowing: clause 10.5 of the terms says the casino cannot cap crypto deposits, so self-set deposit limits only work with non-crypto methods, and the page documents no session-time limit or reality-check reminder. The organisations under the page’s “External help” heading did not appear in the text we could read; our guide to gambling support in Australia lists the services available.

These clauses have the largest effect on whether a Ricky Casino balance can be withdrawn.

Our analysis:

Each deposit bonus must be wagered 50x within this period, and the bonus terms state that if wagering is not met in time, “both bonus money and winnings will be removed from player’s balance”. Real money is wagered before bonus money, so the bonus only starts to count once the deposit is spent. Players can withdraw their deposit before finishing, but they lose the bonus and its winnings.

Verification failure means confiscation

Our analysis:

The terms go beyond cancelling a withdrawal: clause 9.3 provides for termination and confiscation, and clauses 9.5 and 18.4 add forfeiture of the balance for missing, invalid or unreadable documents. Because these outcomes are tied to a deadline of 14 days, a player is safer having ID, proof of address and payment-method proof ready before requesting a payout.

Monthly dormancy fee after inactivity

Our analysis:

An account becomes inactive after 12 months with no login or gameplay, and the fee is then taken at the start of every month until the balance reaches zero or the player logs in and places a wager. Withdrawing the balance before leaving the site avoids it.

Free-spin winnings are capped at an unstated amount

Our analysis:

The cap is stated for free-spin and free-cash winnings, which covers the free spins in the welcome package, but the bonus terms give no amount for it. The only published figure applies to no-deposit bonuses. No cap is stated for the deposit-match money itself.

Other clauses in the Terms and Conditions that deserve attention:

• Shared households. Clause 8.1 treats accounts that share a residential address, household, IP address or device as duplicates, and allows the casino to close them, cancel pending withdrawals and confiscate winnings. Family members or housemates who each open an account are exposed to this.
• Broad bonus-abuse rules. Clause 9.4 counts “Maintaining a deposits-to-bonus ratio exceeding 50%” and “Placing maximum allowable bets on high-variance games” as abuse, and clause 7.8 gives the casino “sole and final authority” to decide on breaches.
• Refund and claim deadlines. Clause 14.1 requires refund requests “within 24 hours of the transaction”, and clause 13 requires any claim to be filed “within one (1) year”.
• Disputes. Clause 17 sends all disputes to arbitration in Costa Rica, and clause 15 makes the casino’s server records final in disputes about game results.

Strengths and limitations

How it compares

Ricky Casino’s sister brand is Woo Casino: both casino records name Novatrix SRL as the operator, and both sites cite the same Tobique licence number, and Anjouan’s register lists both domains under the same Novatrix licence, so the register findings above are equally relevant to Woo Casino. Both brands also have an ACMA record, and in each case the company ACMA named is Dama N.V., not Novatrix SRL: ACMA formally warned Dama N.V. as the provider of Ricky Casino on 1 June 2022 and as a provider of Woo Casino on 24 February 2025, and its investigations page lists Woo Casino among services formally warned in 2021. Ricky Casino’s terms set a withdrawal processing target of up to 72 hours after approval, and bank transfers take up to 3 business days. Approval comes only after full verification, and the payout time also depends on the method. This review is based on published terms, so it cannot report actual payout times.

Is Ricky Casino legit?

ACMA formally warned Dama N.V., which it named as the provider of Ricky Casino, on 1 June 2022, finding that it had provided “prohibited interactive gambling services to customers physically present in Australia” (ACMA formal warning). The warning does not name Novatrix SRL. Ricky Casino names its operator, Novatrix SRL, and that company appears on the Tobique Gaming Commission register as a current licence holder. That register does not show which domains the licence covers; Anjouan’s register lists rickycasino.com under a second Novatrix licence that the terms do not name. The homepage also makes a Curaçao licence claim the terms do not support. Whether that is enough is a personal judgement; the terms also contain strict verification, confiscation and dormancy clauses worth reading first.

Is Ricky Casino safe?

This review gives no safety verdict, but four records bear on the question. ACMA formally warned Dama N.V. in June 2022 as the provider of the Ricky Casino service at rickycasino.com (ACMA formal warning). Ricky Casino’s current operator, Novatrix S.R.L, is on the Tobique register as a B2C licence holder, although that register does not show which domains the licence covers. The official domain, rickycasino.com, was on ACMA’s blocked-websites list when checked on 2 October 2026 (ACMA blocked-websites list). And the terms require a fully verified account before any withdrawal, and they provide for account termination and confiscation of funds if verification is not passed within 14 days of the casino’s request (Terms and Conditions).

Is Ricky Casino licensed?

Ricky Casino states that it operates under Tobique Gaming Commission licence 0000002 (Terms and Conditions). The Tobique register lists its operator, Novatrix S.R.L, as a B2C licence holder but shows no licence numbers or domains. Anjouan’s Licence Register lists rickycasino.com under Novatrix SRL’s licence ALSI-202508056-FI2, which the terms shown to Australian visitors do not mention. Neither is an Australian licence.

Does Ricky Casino have an app?

We could not confirm one. The homepage mentions a “Rickycasino Mobile App”, but no App Store or Google Play listing or download link was found on the official pages. The site states it works in mobile browsers on Android and iOS.

What are Ricky Casino’s sister sites?

Woo Casino is a confirmed sister site: its official pages name the same operator, Novatrix SRL, and the same Tobique licence number, and ACMA has formally warned Dama N.V. as a provider of each brand. Other brands linked to Ricky Casino on third-party sites are not confirmed by the official terms.

   Anjouan's Licence Register lists rickycasino.com under a second licence held by Novatrix SRL, ALSI-202508056-FI2. This review had said no register shows which websites Novatrix's licence covers. It now records the Anjouan listing and notes that Ricky Casino's terms and footer, as shown to Australian visitors, name only the Tobique licence.
