The minimum withdrawal is published in euros only; the terms say “or an equivalent in the currency of your account” and give no AUD figure. The licence details sit on the licence record rather than in this table, and the operator and licence section below sets out what the regulator’s register confirmed.

What stands out

RocketPlay names its operator and licence in the first clause of its terms. Clause 1.2 identifies Scores55 Tech B.V., its Curaçao registration number, a Willemstad address and licence OGL/2024/1307/0748 (RocketPlay Terms and Conditions). That licence number appears on the Curaçao Gaming Authority’s register with a matching company registration number. Scores55 Tech is not the company ACMA warned; the operator section below sets out both records.

RocketPlay homepage: a top menu with Slots, Live casino, Sports, VIP club, RocketMart and Tournaments, Log in and Sign up buttons and an en language switch; a carousel of promotion cards, including live-games cashback and Astrocoins gifts; and a category bar with Providers, Top, New, Recommended, Bonus wagering and game studios.

RocketPlay publishes its withdrawal caps in Australian dollars. Terms clause 8.8 caps withdrawals at A$9,000 per week and A$35,000 per month, in terms checked on . The bonus terms also quote AUD figures for every minimum deposit, maximum bet and win cap.

RocketPlay’s limit tools are self-service. The responsible-gaming page describes deposit, loss, wager and per-game spend limits, a cooling-off option and self-exclusion, all set from a “Personal Limits” section of the account (RocketPlay responsible-gaming page).

Important limitations

RocketPlay’s regulator record comes first. ACMA has twice found that Dama N.V., as a provider of RocketPlay, provided gambling services to customers physically present in Australia without an Australian licence: in a warning dated 27 April 2022 and again in one dated 23 May 2025. The terms name a different company, and we could not establish how the two are related.

Among the terms, the biggest practical limitation is the way the caps combine. The weekly and monthly withdrawal caps apply to everyone below an unspecified VIP level, and a separate clause lets the casino pay large balances in monthly instalments. A large win can therefore take months to leave the account.

RocketPlay’s verification has a hard deadline. If the casino cannot reach a player within 14 days of a withdrawal request, the terms say the account “will be locked”. The casino can also require a video call as part of the check.

Payment details are partial. The AU landing page carries a table of “Payment Methods for Australian Players”, but it gives withdrawal figures only for crypto and bank transfer, lists no fees beyond fee-free crypto and does not include PayID (RocketPlay AU landing page). From an Australian connection on 7 October 2026, the payments page lists cards, MiFinity, CashtoCode and crypto in AUD, with MiFinity, crypto and bank transfer for withdrawals and no PayID (RocketPlay payments page, as shown in Australia). The logged-in cashier was not checked.

RocketPlay sends mixed signals about Australia. Its terms do not list Australia as a restricted country, but the cookie banner shown to that Australian connection asked the visitor to confirm “I am currently accessing this website from outside of Australia” (RocketPlay payments page, as shown in Australia).

The operator’s own pages contradict each other on several points, from the minimum deposit to whether NetEnt games are offered in Australia. Each contradiction is noted in the relevant section below.

Operator and licence

RocketPlay’s terms say it is owned and operated by Scores55 Tech, a company registered in Curaçao, and its licence number appears on the Curaçao Gaming Authority’s register. The register lists companies, not websites, so it confirms the licensee rather than the rocketplay.com domain itself.

What the Curaçao register shows

The Curaçao Gaming Authority’s Online Gaming License Registry (updated 21 September 2026) lists licence OGL/2024/1307/0748 for “Scores55 Tech N.V.”, registration number 162990, as a B2C licence with an expiry of “N/A” and the status “Indefinite”. Our record shows the licence as active with an issue date of 24 December 2025. The November 2025 edition of the register showed the same licence number with a fixed expiry, so the current entry is a renewal into an indefinite licence rather than the original grant.

Extract from the Curaçao Gaming Authority's Online Gaming License Registry. Under the column headings license number, licensee, company type, company registration number, issued, expires and status license, the highlighted row 575 shows licence OGL/2024/1307/0748 for Scores55 Tech N.V., a B2C licensee, with no expiry date and the status Indefinite. The page footer reads Last updated September 21, 2026, page 20 of 28.

Two details do not match exactly. The terms call the company “Scores55 Tech B.V.” and the regulator the “Curaçao Gaming Control Board”, while the register names “Scores55 Tech N.V.” under the Curaçao Gaming Authority. The registration number is the same in both, so we treat them as the same company, but the legal-form suffix is inconsistent. We could not locate a domain-level certificate for rocketplay.com, because the site footer where such a seal would link did not render. Our guide to checking a casino licence shows how to run the same register search.

ACMA’s formal warnings

ACMA’s first warning followed an investigation it began on 19 January 2022 into six services: Bambet Casino, Dazard Casino, Level Up Casino, Rocketplay Casino, Wild Tornado Casino and Cobra Casino. ACMA records that during the investigation Rocketplay Casino was available at https://rocketplay.com/ and ten numbered RocketPlay domains, and that “Dama N.V. is the provider of the services”. The warning, dated 27 April 2022 and addressed to Dama N.V. at “Scharlooweg 39 Curacao”, found contraventions of subsections 15(2A) and 15AA(3) of the Interactive Gambling Act; the services offered casino games and betting, “including in-play betting services” (ACMA formal warning to Dama N.V., April 2022).

The second investigation began on 25 March 2025 and concerned the RocketPlay service alone, then available at a numbered RocketPlay domain. The warning, dated 23 May 2025, states that “Dama N.V. is a provider of the RocketPlay service” and found a contravention of subsection 15AA(3) only; the service offered betting “including in-play betting services” (ACMA formal warning to Dama N.V., May 2025).

Neither warning mentions Scores55 Tech B.V., the company RocketPlay’s terms name. Both are addressed to Dama N.V. at Scharlooweg 39 in Curaçao, the street address the terms give for Scores55 Tech. We could not establish whether the two companies are related, or which of them ran each RocketPlay domain at a given time.

Copycat domains

The official site is www.rocketplay.com, which clause 1.2 of the terms names directly. Several look-alike domains use the RocketPlay name, and one of them ranks above the operator in Australian search results for the brand. None was used as evidence here. The operator’s FAQ says its newsletters “always contain up-to-date mirrors” (RocketPlay FAQ), which means some alternative addresses are official, but we could not identify any of them. ACMA’s warnings treated numbered RocketPlay domains as addresses of the RocketPlay service itself; we did not check who runs those domains today.

Account verification (KYC)

RocketPlay requires identity verification before it pays a withdrawal, and the terms set a deadline for completing it. The FAQ lists a verified account as one of two conditions for any withdrawal.

Video calls and the verification lock

“We reserve the right to request a video call with You, which at our own discretion can be a necessary part of the KYC procedure. The account and/or any actions in the account may be terminated until the account is fully verified. We will make reasonable efforts to contact You regarding the withdrawal of the funds, but if we are not able to reach You in two (2) weeks as from the date of the request for withdrawal, the account will be locked, since You have failed to pass the KYC procedure.”

Source: Terms and Conditions (RocketPlay (Scores55 Tech B.V.)), checked 15 October 2026.

Our analysis:

The clock starts at the withdrawal request, not at the document request, so a player who requests a payout and then misses the casino’s emails or calls can find the account locked. The balance is not forfeited: clause 7.4 says it becomes payable once the requested checks are completed. Clause 7.2 also sets a maximum age for proof-of-address documents, and clause 8.11 lets the casino refuse a withdrawal and close the account if the personal data supplied is false or incomplete. Our walkthrough of how casino KYC checks work explains what these requests usually involve.

The FAQ says “If you are using cryptocurrencies, you don’t need verification before withdrawal” (RocketPlay FAQ). The terms contain no such exception, and under clause 1.4 the English terms prevail, so crypto users should expect the same checks.

Deposits and withdrawals

RocketPlay caps withdrawals at A$9,000 per week and A$35,000 per month, with a minimum withdrawal of €25 or the equivalent in the account currency. The FAQ says the casino’s own approval takes up to 24 hours, after which the payment provider processes the payout; for bank transfers and cards, RocketPlay publishes a provider-side range of 3–7 business days after approval. These are operator statements, not measured payout times. For a side-by-side view of payout policies, see fast withdrawal casinos.

RocketPlay Terms and Conditions page, with effective and last-updated dates at the top. Clause 8.8 is highlighted: it lists the maximum withdrawal amount per week and per month in euros, US dollars, Australian dollars, Canadian dollars, New Zealand dollars and Norwegian kroner. A note below says exceptions may be made for players with a higher VIP level.

— means we have not recorded a figure for this method; it does not mean the casino publishes none (the review's text covers figures its pages state in conflicting ways). “Low confidence” means the page names the method only in general terms (for example a general list, a logo strip or the version of a page shown in another country), so it may not apply to Australian accounts.

The table draws mainly on the AU landing page’s list of payment methods for Australian players, which covers cards, Skrill, Bitcoin, Ethereum and bank transfer; its bank-transfer row reads “Bank Transfer | — | — | 30 AUD | 6,000 AUD | 3-7 days”, the last figures being the minimum and maximum withdrawal and the processing time (RocketPlay AU landing page). The payments page, as shown to an Australian connection, adds MiFinity and CashtoCode and has no card withdrawal row (RocketPlay payments page, as shown in Australia). An older FAQ answer also names Maestro and EcoPayz, which neither table includes. PayID does not appear on any RocketPlay page we could read, so it is not confirmed; see PayID casinos for sites that list it. The FAQ also states “you can withdraw only by the same method you used to deposit” (RocketPlay FAQ).

The operator’s pages disagree on the minimum deposit. The payments page says “The minimum deposit is 20 EUR, 20 USD, 25 AUD, 30 NZD, 30 CAD” (RocketPlay payments page), while the FAQ says “The minimum deposit amount is $20, €20, AUD 30” (RocketPlay FAQ). Terms clause 8.4 gives only a euro figure and says the amount depends on the payment method.

Every deposit must be wagered 1x before it can be withdrawn, with or without a bonus; the terms section below covers the fee that can apply otherwise. Whether a pending withdrawal can be cancelled is not addressed in the terms, bonus terms or FAQ, so we could not confirm a reversal rule. Our guide to withdrawal timing explains how pending periods and reversals usually work.

Withdrawal fees and card refunds

What the terms state: No fee schedule published; a discretionary processing fee may apply if a deposit has not been wagered once, and the FAQ says some methods carry a small fee. Verified — operator's own pages

“Any deposit has to be wagered 1 time (player must place bets one time of their deposit amount) before the withdrawal of funds connected to this deposit is available. In case several deposits were made with no gaming activity, the player has to wager the total amount of these deposits prior to withdrawal. Otherwise the Casino has a right to charge a fee for the procession of deposit and withdrawal, which is at the sole decision of the Casino”

Source: Terms and Conditions (RocketPlay (Scores55 Tech B.V.)), checked 15 October 2026.

Our analysis:

RocketPlay publishes no fee schedule we could read, and the fee for withdrawing an unwagered deposit is left to “the sole decision of the Casino”. Refund-policy clause 10.2 adds that players who deposited by credit card can have withdrawals up to their total deposits paid back to the card “as refunds against the purchases you have made”, with only the excess sent by another method. Clause 10.5 puts “All costs that may occur upon refund procedure” on the player. The AU landing page describes crypto withdrawals as fee-free, which is an operator claim not repeated in the terms.

Welcome bonus and wagering

RocketPlay’s first-deposit bonus is a 100% match up to A$1,000 plus 100 free spins, with 40x / 30x (sources differ) wagering on the bonus. The welcome package spans 2 deposits, and the bonus terms set a separate maximum for each of them; no combined package total is published.

Bonus Terms and Conditions

RocketPlay’s own pages disagree on the wagering multiple, so the table and the example show both figures. The bonus terms state “Wager of cash bonus and free spins result is x40” (RocketPlay bonus terms), and the AU promotions page repeats “Standard wagering: x40 applies to deposit promotions and winnings from free spins” (RocketPlay AU promotions page). The bonus table on the AU landing page, however, lists “First Deposit | 100% up to 1000 AUD + 100 Free Spins | 30x” (RocketPlay AU landing page). The terms are the more detailed document, but neither page says the other is out of date. Both figures, and the same first-deposit offer, were still shown to an Australian connection on 7 October 2026 (RocketPlay promotions page, as shown in Australia).

The bonus minimum of A$30 is higher than the “25 AUD” minimum deposit on the payments page, so a smaller first deposit is accepted but earns no bonus. The free spins arrive “in a set of 20 per day for 5 days”, and each batch after the first is added only “if you have met the wagering requirement x1” (RocketPlay bonus terms). The bonus is non-sticky: real money is played first, and withdrawing the deposit before wagering is complete voids the bonus and its winnings.

The second-deposit bonus needs a deposit of at least “AUD 75” and pays up to “AUD 1 000”, with the same x40 wagering in the bonus terms (RocketPlay bonus terms, second deposit bonus); the AU landing page’s table again lists “30x”. The bonus terms do not state its match percentage. Pokies count in full only if they sit in the “Bonus Wagering” category, while “5% of the bet is taken into account when playing Live games” and game shows count for nothing (RocketPlay bonus terms, clause 17). Our guide to game contributions and wagering explains how contribution rates change the real turnover.

According to its AU promotions page, RocketPlay does not currently offer a no-deposit bonus, and most of its promotions need no code (RocketPlay AU promotions page). The AU landing page still mentions “a no deposit sign-up bonus for new players”, which contradicts the promotions page. This review does not list bonus codes; see casino bonuses for welcome terms across brands.

Games and providers

RocketPlay states that it has 4,000+ games, “predominantly consisting of slot machines”, and the AU landing page credits “80+ software providers” (RocketPlay AU landing page). The pokies page gives no separate pokies count. Larger game counts repeated in some search summaries are not supported by the operator’s own pages.

The AU landing page names BGaming, Amusnet, KA Gaming, Playtech, NetEnt and Pragmatic Play, and the pokies page adds IGT, Playson and Betsoft. Terms section 4 states that “All NetEnt Casino Games may not be offered” in a list of territories that includes Australia (RocketPlay Terms, section 4). NetEnt titles may therefore be unavailable to Australian accounts despite the landing page. The terms also warn that using a VPN to get around a provider’s block “may lead to confiscation of winnings”.

Mobile

RocketPlay runs in mobile browsers and offers a Progressive Web App (PWA), not a confirmed native app. The AU landing page says the mobile site “adapts to iOS and Android devices without requiring a download”, and the pokies page says players “can download the PWA, available for iOS and Android” (RocketPlay AU pokies page).

A PWA is a shortcut to the website saved to the home screen, so it follows the same terms as the browser site. We did not check the App Store or Google Play, and app listings using the RocketPlay name could not be linked to the operator. See mobile casinos for how we assess browser play.

Responsible-gambling tools

RocketPlay documents deposit limits, loss limits, a cooling-off period and self-exclusion, all set by the player in the account. It documents no session-time limit or reality-check reminder.

Cooling-off can be set “for 1 day, 3 days, 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, or 6 months”, and self-exclusion by request to support can be definite or indefinite (RocketPlay responsible-gaming page). A limit decrease takes effect immediately, while an increase needs email confirmation and waits until the previous limit expires. During cooling-off the player can still log in, withdraw and ask to end the period early, which makes it weaker than self-exclusion.

Two gaps matter. The loss limit is “based on the initial deposit and not winnings”, so a player who wins can lose those winnings beyond the limit. Terms clause 8.5 also says “deposit limits cannot be applied to the cryptocurrency deposits” (RocketPlay Terms and Conditions). The AU landing page says the platform links to Gambling Help Online; our safer gambling resources list Australian support services.

Terms that deserve attention

These clauses have the largest effect on how and when a RocketPlay balance can be withdrawn.

Deposit rollover and a fee of unstated size

What the terms state: Payments are cancelled until the deposit is wagered, and the casino may charge a processing fee of an unstated amount at its sole decision. Verified — operator's own pages

“Otherwise the Casino has a right to charge a fee for the procession of deposit and withdrawal, which is at the sole decision of the Casino”

Source: Terms and Conditions (RocketPlay (Scores55 Tech B.V.)), checked 15 October 2026.

Our analysis:

This applies to every deposit, with or without a bonus, and it covers the total of several deposits made without play. The terms do not define the fee, so a player who deposits and changes their mind cannot know in advance what withdrawing will cost. The FAQ gives a clearer version of the rule, tying it to “your last deposit”, but the terms take precedence.

Monthly cap and instalments

What the terms state: A$35,000 Verified — operator's own pages

“20 000 EUR/20 000 USD/35 000 AUD/32 000 CAD/38 000 NZD/230 000 NOK per month;”

Source: Terms and Conditions (RocketPlay (Scores55 Tech B.V.)), checked 15 October 2026.

Our analysis:

Clause 8.10 lets the casino divide any winning balance above “20 000 AUD” into “monthly installments” of up to the same amount “until the full amount has been successfully paid out” (RocketPlay Terms, clause 8.10). That instalment ceiling is lower than the monthly cap in clause 8.8, and the terms do not say which rule prevails. Clause 8.8 allows exceptions for higher VIP levels “at the Casino’s sole discretion”.

Win caps on the welcome bonus

What the terms state: A$5,000 Verified — operator's own pages

“Maximum win that can be paid resulting from first deposit bonus is EUR 5 000, USD 5 000, CAD 5 000, AUD 5 000, NOK 59 750, NZD 5 000, BTC 0.0815, BCH 14.287, ETH 1.5559, LTC 75.38, DOG 35 089.00 and USDT 5 000.”

Source: Bonus Terms and Conditions (RocketPlay (Scores55 Tech B.V.)), checked 15 October 2026.

Our analysis:

Anything won above the cap from the bonus is not paid, however much is wagered. Winnings from the welcome free spins have a lower, separate cap of “AUD 300” (RocketPlay bonus terms, first deposit bonus), and general bonus term 20 says “The maximum winnings limit applies even after the bonus has been cleared”.

Dormant-account fee

What the terms state: Monthly administrative fee of at least EUR 25 (or the equivalent in the account currency) while the balance is positive. Verified — operator's own pages

“The Casino reserves the right to charge Your account for a monthly administrative fee of a minimum 25 EUR (or an equivalent amount in Your account active balance currency) as long as Your account has a positive balance.”

Source: Terms and Conditions (RocketPlay (Scores55 Tech B.V.)), checked 30 September 2026.

Our analysis:

The fee starts after 12 months without a login and continues monthly until the account is reactivated or the balance reaches zero, so a forgotten balance is gradually used up. Withdrawing or spending a remaining balance before leaving the site avoids it.

Complaints and disputes

What the terms state: None named; the terms refer only to "the gambling authority" or a "designated gambling dispute resolution service". Verified — operator's own pages

“You may escalate the complaint to the gambling authority or request a review by a designated gambling dispute resolution service should You not be satisfied with the Casino resolution.”

Source: Terms and Conditions (RocketPlay (Scores55 Tech B.V.)), checked 30 September 2026.

Our analysis:

The terms promise to acknowledge a complaint “no later than 24 hours after the submission” (RocketPlay Terms, clause 12.1), but they name no regulator contact or dispute service to escalate to. Clause 15 says disputes are settled “exclusively by arbitration in Curacao”, and clause 13 requires any claim to be filed “within one (1) year”.

Other clauses in the RocketPlay Terms and Conditions set further rules that the tables above do not cover:

  • Account closure. Clause 9.8 lets the casino close an account “without any obligation to state a reason or give prior notice”, refunding the balance less “relevant withdrawal charges”.
  • Final say on breaches. Clause 2.9 makes the casino “the final decision-maker” on whether a player has broken the terms.
  • Refund requests. Clause 10.1 considers a refund only if requested “within the first twenty-four (24) hours” of the transaction.
  • Posting about the site. Clause 16.16 forbids posting “any information about the Website” and links to it on other platforms.

Strengths and limitations

Strengths

  • The operator, its Curaçao registration number and its licence number are named in clause 1.2 of the terms, and the licence is listed on the regulator’s register

  • Withdrawal caps of A$9,000 per week and A$35,000 per month are published in AUD

  • Deposit, loss and wager limits, cooling-off and self-exclusion can be set from the account without contacting support

  • The bonus is non-sticky, so real money is played first and the bonus can be cancelled at any time

Limitations

  • ACMA formally warned Dama N.V., named as a provider of RocketPlay, in 2022 and 2025; the terms name a different company, and rocketplay.com is on ACMA’s blocked-websites list

  • Every deposit must be wagered 1x before withdrawal, or a fee of unstated size may apply

  • The account is locked if verification is not completed within 14 days of a withdrawal request

  • Bonus winnings are capped at A$5,000, with a lower cap on free-spin winnings

  • PayID is not on the Australian payments page, and per-method fees and a withdrawal reversal rule could not be confirmed from the pages we could read

  • Crypto deposits cannot be deposit-limited, and the loss limit ignores winnings

How it compares

ACMA has named Dama N.V., the company in both RocketPlay warnings, in formal warnings about three other casinos we review: Ricky Casino on 1 June 2022 (ACMA formal warning to Dama N.V., June 2022), RollXO on 18 October 2024 (ACMA formal warning to Dama N.V., October 2024) and Woo Casino on 24 February 2025 (ACMA formal warning to Dama N.V., February 2025). Their current terms name other companies, Novatrix SRL for Ricky Casino and Woo Casino and Stable Tech for RollXO, so we do not treat any of them as a confirmed RocketPlay sister site. RocketPlay’s terms are more specific about ownership than some: Fair Go Casino, for example, names no operator or licence in its terms. FAQ

Is RocketPlay a legitimate casino?

RocketPlay has an Australian regulator record. ACMA formally warned Dama N.V., which it named as a provider of RocketPlay, in April 2022 and May 2025, finding that it had provided gambling services to customers physically present in Australia (ACMA formal warning to Dama N.V., May 2025). The terms now name Scores55 Tech, a Curaçao company whose licence appears on the Curaçao Gaming Authority register, checked on . That licence is issued and supervised in Curaçao, not by an Australian regulator. The terms also contain strict withdrawal caps, a deposit rollover rule and a verification deadline of 14 days from a withdrawal request. This review is not legal advice.

Where is RocketPlay Casino based?

RocketPlay’s terms place it in Curaçao. They name Scores55 Tech B.V., “registered and established under the laws of Curaçao”, with a registered address at Scharlooweg 39, Willemstad (RocketPlay Terms, clause 1.2).

How much can you withdraw from RocketPlay per week?

RocketPlay caps withdrawals at A$9,000 per week and A$35,000 per month. Higher-level VIP players may be given exceptions at the casino’s discretion, and large balances can be paid in monthly instalments.

Does RocketPlay have an app?

Not a native one that we could confirm. RocketPlay offers a Progressive Web App for iOS and Android and a browser version; app-store listings under the RocketPlay name were not checked.

Does RocketPlay have a no deposit bonus?

No. RocketPlay’s AU promotions page says it “does not currently run a no deposit bonus” (RocketPlay AU promotions page), although its AU landing page still mentions one. The welcome offer requires a deposit of at least A$30.

Does RocketPlay accept PayID?

We could not confirm it. PayID does not appear on any RocketPlay page we could read, including the AU landing page’s table of payment methods for Australian players and the payments page as shown to an Australian connection. The logged-in cashier was not checked, so it may list different methods.

Change log

  1. Added ACMA's 2022 and 2025 formal warnings to Dama N.V. about RocketPlay

ACMA's formal warning of 27 April 2022 names Dama N.V. as the provider of six casino services, Rocketplay Casino at rocketplay.com among them, and its warning of 23 May 2025 names Dama N.V. as a provider of the RocketPlay service; both find that it provided gambling services to customers physically present in Australia. An earlier version of this review did not mention them. The summary, the operator section, the limitations, the comparison and the FAQ now reflect them, and the review no longer presents the casino as an option.

  2. Payment methods from the Australian payments page

RocketPlay's payments page, which showed no method table to our crawler, loaded from an Australian connection on 7 October 2026 with methods and Australian-dollar limits. The payment table now adds MiFinity and CashtoCode; there is no card withdrawal row and PayID was not listed. The review also notes the cookie banner shown to Australian visitors.
