RollXO publishes two versions of its general terms. The version on the Australian locale path, which Australian visitors are sent to, is “Version 2.0” with a last update of 23.09.2025, and most rows above rest on it (RollXO Terms and Conditions, en-AU). The operator row comes from the international version, last updated 23.09.2024, because only that version names the company (RollXO Terms and Conditions). The withdrawal amounts are in euros because the terms give no Australian-dollar figures for them.

As recorded from RollXO’s own terms, payment and game pages; neither list is a full catalogue. A provider named here may still be unavailable to Australian accounts, and currency codes are shown as the casino writes them. Checked

What stands out

RollXO’s licence can be traced to the site itself, not just to the company. The footer seal leads to a Curaçao Gaming Authority certificate stating that “rollxo.com is operated by Stable Tech N.V.” under the licence number in the terms, with a status of “Active” (CGA certificate for rollxo.com). The CGA register lists companies, not websites, so this domain-level certificate is what links the licence to the site.

RollXO welcome page: a top menu with Casino, Live Casino, Sports and E-Sports; a left menu from Bonuses and VIP Club down to English - AU; a banner with two illustrated figures advertising a welcome package in dollars with free spins, and a Join now button; and payment logos for Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, bank transfer, Bitcoin and USDT ERC20.
RollXO's welcome page as shown to an Australian visitor; the official domain served it directly. Source: RollXO (Stable Tech N.V.): Homepage, as shown to an Australian visitor, captured 8 October 2026.

RollXO’s withdrawal rules are specific about limits and timing. The terms cap withdrawals at €3,000 a week and €15,000 a month, and process requests in 0–24 hours. A VIP tier raises the limits to “5,000 EUR/USD” a week and “20,000 EUR/USD” a month once lifetime deposits reach “2,500 EUR/USD or more”, and progressive jackpot wins are “paid in full” (terms, clauses 11.9 and 11.10).

RollXO’s Australian offer is stated in Australian dollars. The bonus terms on the Australian locale give each stage of the welcome package in AUD, and the promotions page shown to an Australian connection on 7 October 2026 matched them (RollXO promotions page, as shown in Australia). The site also lists a range of cryptocurrencies, with withdrawal minimums in each coin.

Important limitations

RollXO’s terms leave several gaps and set conditions that can hold or reduce a payout (RollXO Terms and Conditions, en-AU). In those terms:

  • the minimum withdrawal of €20 and both withdrawal limits are given in euros and other currencies, with no Australian-dollar figure;
  • each deposit must be wagered 1x before it can be withdrawn, and if it suspects money laundering or fraud the casino can require deposits to be wagered “at least 3 times”;
  • the account is locked if the casino cannot reach the player within two weeks of a withdrawal request, and winnings may be confiscated if verification is not complete within 40 days;
  • an account with no login for 12 months is treated as inactive, and the casino reserves the right to charge a monthly administrative fee, with no Australian-dollar figure given, while it holds a balance;
  • nothing says whether a player can cancel a pending withdrawal.

The Australian-locale terms also omit the operator and licence that the international version states, and the footer shown to an Australian connection on 7 October 2026 names neither (RollXO homepage, as shown in Australia). RollXO’s payments, FAQ and responsible-gaming pages could not be read: from an Australian connection and from our own network, each address redirected to the homepage. Several Australian connections could not reach the site at all, which is consistent with internet providers blocking it. The logged-in cashier was not checked.

The international terms state that www.rollxo.com “is owned and operated by Stable Tech N.V. registered under No. 160129 at Scharlooweg 39, Willemstad, Curaçao” and licensed “by the Curaçao Gaming Authority (license no.OGL/2024/161/0191)” (terms, clause 1.1). The CGA’s Online Gaming License Registry of 21 September 2026 lists that number for Stable Tech N.V. with an expiry of “N/A” and the status “Indefinite”, and the CGA certificate gives a grant date of 16 July 2024 and a current status of “Active” (CGA certificate for rollxo.com). The register’s March 2026 edition showed the same licence as “Assessment in progress” after an expiry of December 24, 2025, before the September edition recorded it as indefinite (CGA registry, March 2026).

The register and the certificate confirm the licence and the domain. They do not settle who has run the service over time. ACMA’s 2024 warning named Dama N.V. as “a provider of the RollXO service” at www.rollxo.com (ACMA formal warning), while the site and the CGA name Stable Tech N.V. We found no public record of how the two companies are related. Our guide to checking a casino licence explains how to repeat the register and certificate checks.

The official site is rollxo.com, served from www.rollxo.com with Australian, New Zealand, Canadian and several European versions. Numbered and look-alike domains also use the RollXO name; we treated none of them as evidence.

Account verification (KYC)

RollXO’s terms do not set out a separate KYC policy, but they tie withdrawals to verification at several points. The casino may phone the player as part of the check, withdrawals “may be terminated until the account is fully verified”, and the document list (identity document, proof of the payment method and proof of address) appears in the refund section (terms, clauses 8.4 and 14). Players who want to bet in Bitcoin must prove their age before depositing.

Two verification deadlines

What the terms state: The casino may phone the player as part of KYC, may hold withdrawals until the account is fully verified, and locks the account if the player cannot be reached within two weeks of a withdrawal request. Verified — operator's own pages

“8.4 We reserve the right to make a phone call to the number provided in your user account, which at our own discretion can be a necessary part of the KYC procedure. Withdrawals may be terminated until the account is fully verified. We will make reasonable efforts trying to contact you regarding the withdrawal of the funds, but if we are not able to reach you (by email or phone) in two (2) weeks as from the date of the request for withdrawal, your account will be locked due to your failure to pass the KYC procedure.”

Our analysis:

RollXO sets two clocks from the date of a withdrawal request. The first is short: if the casino cannot reach the player by email or phone within two weeks, the account is locked. The second covers the documents themselves; what missing it costs is set out under Terms that deserve attention. The terms set no deadline for the casino’s own review, apart from a hold of up to 72 hours “in case of necessity to verify Gambler’s identity” (terms, clause 11.12). Keeping the phone number and email on the account current matters here. Our casino KYC guide covers what these checks usually involve.

Deposits and withdrawals

RollXO processes withdrawal requests in 0–24 hours depending on the method, in terms checked on . The table lists the methods that RollXO’s terms or its Australian pages name; no payments page with per-method limits could be read.

— means we have not recorded a figure for this method; it does not mean the casino publishes none (the review's text covers figures its pages state in conflicting ways). “Low confidence” means the page names the method only in general terms (for example a general list, a logo strip or the version of a page shown in another country), so it may not apply to Australian accounts.

Card withdrawals are marked not confirmed. The terms support Visa and Mastercard payouts only where the card “is not a corporate credit card and the card is issued in a supported country”, and the list of supported countries is not published (terms, clause 11.3). If a player deposited by card, the casino may return withdrawals to the card up to the amount deposited and pay any excess by another method. The terms add that “the internal operating currency of the Website is Euro”, so a card can be charged slightly more than the amount shown (terms, clauses 11.4 and 11.11).

Bank-transfer payouts take up to 3 business days, and intermediary banks may charge for them, an amount the terms put at “the equivalent of EUR 16” (terms, clauses 11.13 and 11.14). Crypto withdrawals have their own minimums, such as 0.00043 BTC and 20 USDT. The terms also warn that “deposit limits cannot be applied to the deposits made through Cryptoprocessing payment system”.

The homepage shown to an Australian connection on 7 October 2026 displays Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, bank transfer, Bitcoin and Tether logos under the welcome offer, and its footer adds e-wallet and voucher logos (RollXO homepage, as shown in Australia). Logos are not a published method list, so only methods the terms name, plus Apple Pay and bank-transfer deposits as operator claims, appear in the table. PayID appears on no page shown to an Australian visitor and is not mentioned in the terms; see PayID casinos for sites that list it. Our guide to how casino withdrawals work explains pending periods and reversals, which RollXO’s terms partly leave open.

Welcome bonus and wagering

RollXO’s welcome package spreads up to A$20,500 over 4 deposits. The first deposit earns a 100% match up to A$1,000 plus 100 free spins, credited over five days. These are the Australian-locale figures; offers shown to players elsewhere differ.

The bonus terms apply the 50x multiple to the bonus, and the player’s own money is wagered first. Pokies count 100% towards wagering, while table games, video poker and live games count “5%”. Several hundred named pokies and “all jackpot slots” are excluded from bonus play (RollXO bonus terms 2.3, 2.8 and 6.9). Our worked wagering examples show how the base and the time limit change the effort involved.

Two more rules shape the value of the RollXO welcome bonus. First, withdrawals from a bonus are limited to 5x the bonus amount “unless otherwise stated in the bonus offer”, and the welcome-package clauses state no other cap. Second, the welcome bonus expires 7 days after it is credited, and claimed free spins expire in three days (bonus terms 1.10 and 3.6). The bonus terms state no maximum bet. This review does not list bonus codes.

Games and providers

RollXO’s homepage shows pokies and live games from Pragmatic Play, BGaming, Evolution, Amusnet, Playson, Gamzix, Hacksaw Gaming and Nolimit City, among others, but no page we could read states a game count (RollXO homepage). The terms restrict some providers for Australian players: NetEnt games “may not be offered” in Australia, and players from Australia “are not eligible” for Microgaming or Amatic games (terms, clauses 3.4, 3.10 and 3.11). No RTP or payout percentage is published on the pages we read; the terms leave players to check “the theoretical payout percentage of each game”. The site also runs a sportsbook.

Mobile

RollXO’s footer offers “Get App for IOS” and “Get App for ANDROID”, and the promotions page promotes a “RollXO Mobile APP”. Both lead to an install page on the site itself rather than to the App Store or Google Play, so a native app is not confirmed. No page we read describes mobile-browser play. RollXO’s responsible-gaming page could not be read, because the address redirected to the homepage from an Australian connection and from our own network. Terms that deserve attention

The clauses below are the ones most likely to stop or reduce a RollXO withdrawal, with or without a bonus.

Withdrawals from a bonus capped at a multiple of it

What the terms state: 5x Verified — operator's own pages

“1.10. The maximum withdrawal is limited to 5x the bonus amount, unless otherwise stated in the bonus offer. This means that the maximum withdrawal is calculated as the bonus amount received multiplied by a coefficient of 5 (x5 by default). The maximum withdrawal from deposit Free Spins cannot exceed 5x the bonus amount received from the Free Spins play.”

Source: Bonus Terms & Conditions (Australian locale, last updated 20.01.2026) (RollXO (Stable Tech N.V.)), checked 15 October 2026.

Our analysis:

Because the cap is a multiple of the bonus received, it is lowest for small deposits, and any winnings above it are lost on withdrawal. The same clause caps winnings from deposit free spins at the same multiple of the free-spin winnings. It applies on top of the wagering requirement and the short expiry, so a player has to clear the wagering within the time limit and can still withdraw only up to the cap.

Confiscation if verification is late

What the terms state: The account is locked if the player cannot be reached within two weeks of the withdrawal request, and all winnings, including those from real-money play, may be confiscated if KYC information is not complete within 40 days. Verified — operator's own pages

“9.8 We will make reasonable efforts trying to contact you regarding the withdrawal of the funds, but if we are not able to reach you (by email or phone) in two (2) weeks as from the date of the request for withdrawal, account will be locked, since you have failed to pass the KYC procedure. Any player's winnings, whether acquired through gameplay with bonuses or using real funds, may be subject to confiscation in the event that the player fails to provide the required KYC information in its entirety within 40 days from the date of the request.”

Source: Terms and Conditions (Australian locale, version 2.0, last updated 23.09.2025) (RollXO (Stable Tech N.V.)), checked 7 October 2026.

Our analysis:

The clause reaches beyond bonus money: it covers “winnings, whether acquired through gameplay with bonuses or using real funds”. Clause 11.12 adds that false personal data lets the casino “cancel all bets and winnings” and close the account (terms, clause 11.12). Registering with details that match an identity document, and answering contact attempts promptly, avoids both.

No Australian-dollar figure for the limits

What the terms state: €3,000 Verified — operator's own pages

“11.9 The weekly withdrawal limit is 3,000 EUR/USD or it’s equivalent in other currencies, including BTC. The monthly limit is 15,000 EUR/USD or its equivalent in other currencies, including BTC. All progressive jackpot wins will be paid in full.”

Source: Terms and Conditions (Australian locale, version 2.0, last updated 23.09.2025) (RollXO (Stable Tech N.V.)), checked 7 October 2026.

Our analysis:

RollXO lists its weekly and monthly limits as “EUR/USD or it’s equivalent in other currencies”, and its minimum withdrawal in many currencies, but gives no Australian-dollar figure for any of them. Bonus amounts, by contrast, are stated in AUD. An Australian player cannot read the exact limit in their own currency from the terms, and the conversion rate is the casino’s own: the bonus terms say the currency equivalent “is not the same thing as an exchange course” (bonus terms 1.2).

External complaints body

What the terms state: None named; complaints are handled by the casino's support department. Verified — operator's own pages

“15.2 Complaints are handled in the support department and escalated in the organisation of the Casino in the case that support personnel did not solve the case immediately. You shall be informed about the state of the complaint to a reasonable level.”

Source: Terms and Conditions (Australian locale, version 2.0, last updated 23.09.2025) (RollXO (Stable Tech N.V.)), checked 7 October 2026.

Our analysis:

RollXO’s complaints section escalates disputes only inside the casino, and clause 15.5 makes “the server logs and records” the final authority on any claim. The bonus terms add that “all decisions made by the casino will be final” in a bonus dispute (bonus terms 1.12). The international terms send disputes to arbitration in Cyprus; the Australian-locale version has no such clause. Any claim must be filed within 365 days of the event.

Other clauses in RollXO’s terms deserve attention too:

  • No no-deposit bonuses for Australians. Bonus term 6.3 lists Australia among the countries whose players “can not use no-deposit bonuses” (bonus terms 6.3).
  • Different welcome offers on different pages. The international homepage advertises “15,000 €/$ + 350 FS”, while the international bonus terms describe a smaller euro package and the Australian pages state A$20,500 (RollXO homepage, RollXO bonus terms).
  • One account per household. Clause 8.1 allows one account “per residence address, household, IP address, PC”, and duplicate accounts can lose all payouts (terms, clause 8.1).

Strengths and limitations

Strengths

  • The Curaçao Gaming Authority’s certificate names rollxo.com, Stable Tech N.V. and the licence number, and its register lists the licence for Stable Tech N.V.

  • The terms publish weekly and monthly withdrawal limits, up to €15,000 a month, with higher limits for VIP members

  • The terms state a processing time of 0–24 hours and list no casino withdrawal fee

  • The Australian bonus terms state every welcome stage in Australian dollars

Limitations

  • ACMA formally warned a provider of the RollXO service in 2024, and rollxo.com is on ACMA’s blocked list

  • The Australian-locale terms and footer do not name the operator or the licence

  • The welcome bonus combines 50x wagering, an expiry of 7 days and a withdrawal cap of 5x the bonus

  • No Australian-dollar figure is given for the withdrawal limits or the dormancy fee, and PayID is not listed

  • The payments, FAQ and responsible-gaming pages could not be read; the terms mention deposit limits only to say they do not apply to crypto, and no other limit-setting tool is confirmed

  • No outside complaints body is named

How it compares

RollXO has two sister brands on this site, Jet4Bet and Goldex: all three casino records name Stable Tech N.V. and cite the same CGA licence, each domain has its own CGA certificate, and their general terms match almost clause for clause. Their ACMA records differ: jet4bet.com and goldexcasino.com are not on ACMA’s blocked list, and ACMA’s investigations page names neither brand. Compared with brands whose register entry lists only a company, RollXO’s domain-level CGA certificate is stronger licence evidence. Its welcome terms pair a short expiry with a withdrawal cap tied to the bonus, which is worth comparing before choosing any offer. For payout policies side by side, see fast withdrawal casinos; for crypto-first sites, see crypto casinos; and for welcome-offer terms across brands, casino bonuses. The full list is on our casino reviews page.

FAQ

Where is RollXO based?

RollXO’s international terms say the site is owned and operated by Stable Tech N.V., registered in Curaçao at Scharlooweg 39, Willemstad, and licensed by the Curaçao Gaming Authority (terms, clause 1.1). The CGA’s certificate for rollxo.com names the same company. The terms on the Australian locale do not name a company, and ACMA’s 2024 warning named another Curaçao company, Dama N.V., as a provider of the service.

This review makes no statement about legality; it reports what the documents show. ACMA found in October 2024 that a provider of the RollXO service had provided a prohibited interactive gambling service to customers in Australia, and rollxo.com is on ACMA’s list of websites Australian internet providers are asked to block (ACMA formal warning). RollXO’s own terms do not put Australia on the restricted-country list in clause 2.5 (terms, clause 2.5). RollXO’s licence comes from Curaçao, not from an Australian regulator. This review is not legal advice.

Is RollXO legit?

We cannot give a verdict, only what is documented. In RollXO’s favour, the Curaçao Gaming Authority’s register lists its operator’s licence and its certificate names rollxo.com. Against that, ACMA has formally warned a provider of the service, the Australian-locale terms omit the operator, late verification can cost winnings, and no outside complaints body is named. The sections above set out both sides.

How long does RollXO take to withdraw?

RollXO’s terms say withdrawal requests are processed in 0–24 hours depending on the method, and bank transfers take up to 3 business days. A withdrawal can be held for up to 72 hours for identity checks, and each deposit must first be wagered 1x. These are published figures, not observed payouts.

Does RollXO have a no-deposit bonus for Australians?

No. RollXO’s bonus terms list Australia among the countries whose players cannot use no-deposit bonuses (bonus terms 6.3). The welcome package needs a minimum deposit of A$30.

Does RollXO have an app?

A native app is not confirmed. RollXO’s “Get App” links for iOS and Android lead to an install page on its own website, not to the App Store or Google Play, and no page we read describes the app further.

Change log

  1. Card withdrawals marked not confirmed

The payment table showed Visa and Mastercard withdrawals as supported. RollXO's terms support card payouts only to cards issued in a "supported country" and do not publish that list, and no Australian payments page could be read, so card withdrawals for Australian cards are now marked not confirmed, as for Jet4Bet, whose terms carry the same clause.

  2. Named Jet4Bet and Goldex as sister brands

Jet4Bet and Goldex are now reviewed on this site, and both name the same operator, Stable Tech N.V., and the same Curaçao Gaming Authority licence as RollXO, with a CGA certificate for each domain. An earlier version of this review said no casino we review shared RollXO's operator. The comparison now names both and notes that neither domain is on ACMA's blocked list or named on ACMA's investigations page.
