Most rows rest on the Australian-locale terms, last updated 29.09.2025, as an Australian connection receives them, with the limits in euros (en-AU terms as shown in Australia). The same address shows visitors outside Australia a second version with identical clauses but Australian-dollar figures, such as “4,500 AUD” a week where the Australian version says “3,000 EUR/USD” (en-AU terms as shown outside Australia, clause 11.9). Each Australian-dollar figure is one and a half times the euro figure. This review reports the version shown in Australia. The operator row comes from the international terms, because neither Australian-locale version names a company.

What stands out
Goldex’s official site can be identified with regulator evidence. The seal in the international footer leads to a Curaçao Gaming Authority certificate stating that “goldexcasino.com is operated by Stable Tech N.V.” under the licence number in the terms, with a status of “Active” (CGA certificate for goldexcasino.com). That matters for this brand in particular: the top Google result for “goldex casino” in Australia is a look-alike affiliate site calling itself the official site, which names no operator or licence (Google Australia results, 7 October 2026). We used none of the look-alike sites as evidence.
Goldex publishes a payments table in Australian dollars that an Australian visitor can reach through the site’s own menu. The table shown to an Australian connection on 7 October 2026 lists card and e-wallet deposits from A$30, card withdrawals in 3–5 business days, and no fee on any method (Goldex payments page, as shown in Australia). The terms also set weekly and monthly withdrawal caps, with higher caps for VIP members.
Important limitations
Goldex’s terms set conditions that can hold or reduce a payout, and its own pages disagree on several points (Goldex Terms & Conditions, en-AU). In the terms and pages we read:
- each deposit must be wagered 1x before it can be withdrawn, and if it suspects money laundering or fraud the casino can require deposits to be wagered “at least 3 times”;
- the account is locked if the casino cannot reach the player within two weeks of a withdrawal request, and winnings may be confiscated if verification is not complete within 40 days;
- bank-transfer withdrawals have a minimum of A$500 in the payments table, and their published processing time differs between the table and the terms;
- the welcome-package amounts and free spins on the promotions page do not match the bonus terms;
- an account with no login for 12 months is treated as inactive, and the casino reserves the right to charge a monthly administrative fee while it holds a balance;
- nothing says whether a player can cancel a pending withdrawal.
Neither version of the Australian-locale terms names the operator or the licence, and the footer shown to an Australian connection on 7 October 2026 names neither (Goldex homepage, as shown in Australia). The responsible-gaming page describes no limit, time-out or self-exclusion tool. PayID is not listed, and the logged-in cashier was not checked.

Checked
The international terms state that www.goldexcasino.com “is owned and operated by Stable Tech N.V. registered under No. 160129 at Scharlooweg 39, Willemstad, Curaçao” and licensed “by the Curaçao Gaming Authority (license no.OGL/2024/161/0191)” (terms, clause 1.1). The CGA’s Online Gaming License Registry of 21 September 2026 lists that number for Stable Tech N.V. with an expiry of “N/A” and the status “Indefinite”. The certificate for goldexcasino.com gives a grant date of 16 July 2024 and a current status of “Active” (CGA certificate for goldexcasino.com).
The register lists companies, not websites, so the certificate is what ties the licence to goldexcasino.com. The same licence and company cover RollXO and Jet4Bet, and clause 1.6 of Goldex’s terms says player data “may be used across all websites and brands operated by Stable Tech N.V.” Disputes under the international terms go to arbitration in Curaçao. Our guide to checking a casino licence explains how to repeat the register and certificate checks.
Account verification (KYC)
Goldex’s terms tie withdrawals to verification at several points. The casino may phone the player as part of the check, withdrawals “may be terminated until the account is fully verified”, and the document list (identity document, proof of the payment method and proof of address) appears in the refund section (terms, clauses 8.4 and 14). Players who want to bet in Bitcoin must prove their age before depositing.

Two verification deadlines
What the terms state: The casino may phone the player as part of KYC, may hold withdrawals until the account is fully verified, and locks the account if the player cannot be reached within two weeks of a withdrawal request. Verified — operator's own pages
“8.4 We reserve the right to make a phone call to the number provided in your user account, which at our own discretion can be a necessary part of the KYC procedure. Withdrawals may be terminated until the account is fully verified. We will make reasonable efforts trying to contact you regarding the withdrawal of the funds, but if we are not able to reach you (by email or phone) in two (2) weeks as from the date of the request for withdrawal, your account will be locked due to your failure to pass the KYC procedure.”
Source: Terms & Conditions (Australian locale) as shown in Australia — EUR version (Goldex (Stable Tech N.V.)), checked 7 October 2026.
Goldex sets two clocks from the date of a withdrawal request: one for being reachable by email or phone, and a longer one for the documents themselves, covered under Terms that deserve attention. The only time limit on the casino’s own review is a hold of up to 72 hours “in case of necessity to verify Gambler’s identity” (terms, clause 11.12). The international terms go further than the Australian-locale version, listing “statements confirming the source of funds, different types of selfies” among possible documents (international terms, clause 11.3). Our casino KYC guide covers what these checks usually involve.
Deposits and withdrawals
Goldex’s terms say withdrawal requests are processed in 0–24 hours depending on the method, in terms checked on . The payments page gives its own time for each method, from “Instant” for crypto to several banking days for cards and bank transfer. Its address redirected to the homepage when loaded directly, so it was read by following the site’s own Payments link from an Australian connection.
| Method | Deposits | Withdrawals | Min. deposit | Min. withdrawal | Published processing | Fees |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Apple Pay | Yes | — | A$30 | — | Instant | None listed ("Free") |
| Bank transfer | — | Yes | — | A$500 | 5–7 business days / up to 3 business days (sources differ) | None listed by the casino ("Free"); intermediary-bank charges are possible, which the terms say are "in our experience" limited to the equivalent of EUR 16. |
| Bitcoin Cash (BCH) | Yes | Yes | — | — | Instant | None listed ("Free") |

| Tether (USDT) | Yes | Yes | — | — | Instant | None listed ("Free") |
| Visa | Yes | Yes | A$30 | A$30 | 3–5 business days | None listed ("Free" for deposits and withdrawals) |
— means we have not recorded a figure for this method; it does not mean the casino publishes none (the review's text covers figures its pages state in conflicting ways).
The deposit tab lists Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and MiFinity, each from A$30, plus six cryptocurrencies (payments page, as shown in Australia). The withdrawal tab lists cards, bank transfer and the same cryptocurrencies, so Apple Pay and MiFinity users need another method to withdraw. Bank-transfer payouts take 5–7 business days / up to 3 business days (sources differ): the table says “5—7 Banking days”, while the terms say “within 3 (three) working banking days” (terms, clause 11.13). The crypto minimums in the table also differ from those in clause 11.1 of the terms.
The withdrawal tab shown in Australia lists Visa and Mastercard, but the terms add conditions for card payouts, and they do not say whether Australian-issued cards count as supported. The card must not be “a corporate credit card” and must be “issued in a supported country”, a list that is not published, and the casino may return withdrawals to a card up to the amount deposited and pay any excess by another method (terms, clauses 11.3 and 11.11). Because “the internal operating currency of the website is Euro”, a card can be charged slightly more than the amount shown. Intermediary banks may also charge for bank transfers; the terms say these charges are “in our experience limited to the equivalent of EUR 16”, an estimate rather than a cap.
PayID appears in neither tab, nor among the logos under the offer or in the footer, and the terms do not mention it; see PayID casinos for sites that list it. The terms also warn that “deposit limits cannot be applied to the deposits made through Cryptoprocessing payment system”. Our guide to how casino withdrawals work explains pending periods and reversals, which Goldex’s terms partly leave open.
Welcome bonus and wagering
Goldex’s welcome package covers 4 deposits, but its two descriptions do not match. The promotions page shown to an Australian connection advertises up to A$57,000, starting with a 100% first-deposit match (Goldex promotions page, as shown in Australia). The bonus terms, last updated 29.09.2026, describe the package in euros, with different stage amounts, different free spins and a different fourth-stage percentage (Goldex bonus terms, section 3). The gap is wider than the currency: at the rate the two versions of the general terms imply, one and a half Australian dollars to the euro, the terms’ first-deposit maximum comes to half the figure on the promotions page.

The bonus terms state their amounts in EUR/USD; the example uses Australian dollars because the multiples and the cap apply the same way in any currency.
The bonus terms apply the 40x multiple to the bonus, and every welcome stage states it. Pokies count 100% towards wagering, while card games, video poker, roulette and other games count “5%”. The terms state “There is no maximum bet limit while playing with the bonus.” Bonuses “are non-sticky”, which the terms define as “you cannot request your withdrawal until wagering requirements are fully fulfilled” (bonus terms 2.2, 2.3 and section 3). Our worked wagering examples show how the base and the time limit change the effort involved.
Winnings from each welcome bonus are capped at 5x the bonus, so the cap is lowest for small deposits. Activated bonuses are valid for 7 days, and “The free spins activation period is 3 days” (bonus terms, section 3). This review does not list bonus codes.
Games and providers
Goldex’s homepage shows pokies and live games from Pragmatic Play, BGaming, Novomatic, Amusnet, Playson, Gamzix, Hacksaw Gaming and Nolimit City, among others, but no page we could read states a game count (Goldex homepage). The terms restrict some providers for Australian players: NetEnt games “may not be offered” in Australia, and players from Australia “are not eligible” for Microgaming or Amatic games (terms, clauses 3.4, 3.10 and 3.11). No RTP or payout percentage is published on the pages we read; the terms leave players to check “the theoretical payout percentage of each game”.
Mobile
Goldex’s footer offers “Get App for IOS” and “Get App for ANDROID”, and the promotions page advertises a “Goldex Casino App Bonus”. The app links lead to an install page on the site itself rather than to the App Store or Google Play, so a native app is not confirmed. No page we read describes mobile-browser play. See mobile casinos for how we assess mobile access.

Responsible-gambling tools
Goldex’s responsible-gaming page, last updated 12.06.2024, gives general advice, links to Gamblers Anonymous, GamCare and Gambling Therapy, and suggests filtering software to keep minors off gambling sites (Goldex responsible gaming page, as shown in Australia). It describes no tool a player can switch on. The only reference in the terms is the crypto clause, which says deposit limits cannot be applied to crypto deposits.

Terms that deserve attention
The clauses below are the ones most likely to stop or reduce a Goldex withdrawal, with or without a bonus.
Confiscation if verification is late
What the terms state: The account is locked if the player cannot be reached within two weeks of the withdrawal request, and all winnings, including those from real-money play, may be confiscated if KYC information is not complete within 40 days. Verified — operator's own pages
“9.8 We will make reasonable efforts trying to contact you regarding the withdrawal of the funds, but if we are not able to reach you (by email or phone) in two (2) weeks as from the date of the request for withdrawal, account will be locked, since you have failed to pass the KYC procedure. Any player's winnings, whether acquired through gameplay with bonuses or using real funds, may be subject to confiscation in the event that the player fails to provide the required KYC information in its entirety within 40 days from the date of the request.”
Source: Terms & Conditions (Australian locale) as shown in Australia — EUR version (Goldex (Stable Tech N.V.)), checked 7 October 2026.
The clause reaches beyond bonus money: it covers “winnings, whether acquired through gameplay with bonuses or using real funds”. Clause 11.12 adds that false personal data lets the casino “cancel all bets and winnings” and close the account (terms, clause 11.12). Registering with details that match an identity document, keeping the phone number and email current, and answering contact attempts promptly avoids both.
Two different welcome offers
What the casino's pages state: A$6,000 / €2,000 (sources differ) Conflicting sources
“1. DEPOSIT BONUS 100% UP TO $6,000 + 100 FS”
Source: Goldex promotions page as shown in Australia (Goldex (Stable Tech N.V.)), checked 15 October 2026.
Goldex’s promotions page and its bonus terms describe different first-deposit bonuses, and neither page refers to the other’s figures. The promotions page adds “100 FS” to the first stage, while the terms promise “40 FS a day for 5 days”. The international homepage shows a third set of figures, “38,000 €/$ + 500 FS” (Goldex homepage). The bonus terms also name “Hollywin”, another brand, in three clauses (bonus terms 1.10, 5.5 and 5.6). Until the casino aligns them, the bonus terms are the published rules, and the amount actually offered can only be seen at the deposit step.
One address, two currencies
What the terms state: €3,000 Verified — operator's own pages
“11.9 The weekly withdrawal limit is 3,000 EUR/USD or it’s equivalent in other currencies, including BTC. The monthly limit is 15,000 EUR/USD or its equivalent in other currencies, including BTC. All progressive jackpot wins will be paid in full.”
Source: Terms & Conditions (Australian locale) as shown in Australia — EUR version (Goldex (Stable Tech N.V.)), checked 7 October 2026.
Goldex’s site code holds two versions of the Australian-locale terms and picks one by the visitor’s IP address. Australian connections receive the euro version quoted here; visitors elsewhere receive the same clause as “4,500 AUD or it’s equivalent in other currencies” (en-AU terms as shown outside Australia). Every Australian-dollar figure in that version is one and a half times the euro figure, so the two describe the same limits at a fixed rate. An Australian reader therefore sees euros in the terms and dollars on the payments and promotions pages, and the bonus terms say each currency’s equivalent is fixed “unless otherwise stated” (bonus terms 1.1).
External complaints body
What the terms state: None named; complaints are handled by the casino's support department. Verified — operator's own pages
“15.2 Complaints are handled in the support department and escalated in the organisation of the Casino in the case that support personnel did not solve the case immediately. You shall be informed about the state of the complaint to a reasonable level.”
Source: Terms & Conditions (Australian locale) as shown in Australia — EUR version (Goldex (Stable Tech N.V.)), checked 7 October 2026.
Goldex’s complaints section escalates disputes only inside the casino, and clause 15.5 makes “the server logs and records” the final authority on any claim. The bonus terms add that “all decisions made by the casino will be final” in a dispute (bonus terms 1.12). The international terms send disputes to arbitration in Curaçao; the Australian-locale version has no such clause. Any claim must be filed within 365 days of the event.
Other clauses in Goldex’s terms deserve attention too:
- Excluded games list missing. The wagering clause points to excluded games “listed in the article 10.4”, which does not exist, and clause 5.4 reads “The following games are excluded from the bonus promotion offer: and alljackpot slots.” (bonus terms 2.3 and 5.4).
- One account per household. Clause 8.1 allows one account “per residence address, household, IP address, PC”, and duplicate accounts can lose all payouts (terms, clause 8.1).
- VPN use. Clause 3.2 says using a VPN to get around a provider’s block “may lead to confiscation of winnings” (terms, clause 3.2).
Strengths and limitations
Strengths
The Curaçao Gaming Authority’s certificate names goldexcasino.com, Stable Tech N.V. and the licence number, and its register lists the licence for Stable Tech N.V.
A payments table in Australian dollars is visible to Australian visitors, listing card withdrawals in 3–5 business days and no fee on any method
The terms publish weekly and monthly withdrawal caps, up to €15,000 a month, with higher caps for VIP members
The bonus terms set 40x wagering on the bonus only, below the site’s own default, and state no maximum bet
Limitations
The promotions page and the bonus terms state different welcome amounts and free spins, and the bonus terms name another brand
The terms and footer shown in Australia do not name the operator or the licence, and they state the withdrawal limits in euros
Winnings can be confiscated if verification is not complete within 40 days, including winnings from real-money play
Bank-transfer withdrawals need at least A$500, and their processing time differs between the payments page and the terms
The responsible-gaming page describes no limit, time-out or self-exclusion tool, PayID is not listed, and no outside complaints body is named
How it compares
Goldex has two sister brands on this site: RollXO and Jet4Bet, both run by Stable Tech N.V. under the same Curaçao licence and on the same platform, with largely identical general terms. Unlike RollXO, Goldex’s domain is not on ACMA’s blocked list, and its payments page could be read from Australia. All three share the same verification-deadline clause and cap bonus winnings at a multiple of the bonus. For payout policies side by side, see fast withdrawal casinos; for crypto-first sites, see crypto casinos; and for welcome-offer terms across brands, casino bonuses. The full list is on our casino reviews page.
FAQ
What is Goldex Casino’s official website?
Goldex’s official website is goldexcasino.com. Its terms name www.goldexcasino.com in clause 1.1, and the Curaçao Gaming Authority’s certificate states that “goldexcasino.com is operated by Stable Tech N.V.” (CGA certificate for goldexcasino.com). Look-alike sites that use the Goldex name and call themselves “official”, including the top Google result in Australia, name no operator or licence (Google Australia results, 7 October 2026).
Who owns Goldex Casino and where is it licensed?
Goldex is owned and operated by Stable Tech N.V., registered in Curaçao at Scharlooweg 39, Willemstad, and licensed by the Curaçao Gaming Authority (terms, clause 1.1). The CGA’s register and its certificate for goldexcasino.com both list that company and licence. Stable Tech N.V. also runs RollXO and Jet4Bet.
Is Goldex Casino legit?
We cannot give a verdict, only what is documented. In Goldex’s favour, the Curaçao Gaming Authority’s register lists its operator’s licence and its certificate names goldexcasino.com, and the payments table is visible to Australian visitors. Against that, the Australian-locale terms omit the operator, the two descriptions of the welcome bonus conflict, late verification can cost winnings, and no outside complaints body is named.
Is Goldex Casino legal in Australia?
This review makes no statement about legality; it reports what the documents show. Goldex’s terms do not put Australia on the restricted-country list in clause 2.5 (terms, clause 2.5), goldexcasino.com was not on ACMA’s blocked list when checked, and ACMA’s investigations page does not name Goldex or Stable Tech N.V. Goldex’s licence comes from Curaçao, not from an Australian regulator. This review is not legal advice.
How long do Goldex withdrawals take?
Goldex’s terms say requests are processed in 0–24 hours, and its payments page lists 3–5 business days for card withdrawals and 5–7 business days / up to 3 business days (sources differ) for bank transfers. A withdrawal can be held for up to 72 hours for identity checks, and each deposit must first be wagered 1x. These are published figures, not observed payouts.
Does Goldex Casino have a no-deposit bonus?
No offer called a no-deposit bonus appears on the promotions page shown to an Australian connection. The page lists an “Instagram Bonus” and a “Telegram Bonus” of “100 FS” each for subscribers, without conditions on the page (Goldex promotions page, as shown in Australia). The welcome package needs a minimum deposit of €20.
Does Goldex accept PayID?
PayID is not confirmed. It is not listed in either tab of the payments page shown to an Australian connection, nor among the payment logos, and the terms do not mention it. The logged-in cashier was not checked.
