Homepage (English), as rendered for a crawler in Germany

Because spinathlon.com refuses Australian connections, its pages were read on 9 October 2026 by our crawler from a German network, which the site sent on to another Spinathlon-named address where the same pages loaded in English. The Terms of Service read that way are headed “Effective Date: October 30, 2025” and “Website: spinathlon.com” (Spinathlon Terms of Service). Offer cards were shown in euros for the German market. The restriction row reflects the site’s own refusal page, not the terms’ country list, which omits Australia. The minimum withdrawal and the daily, weekly and monthly limits read “not confirmed” because the terms leave the first to the payment method and the others to policies we could not find; the VIP terms give a limit for each level, without a period.

Game providers and currencies

As recorded from Spinathlon’s own terms, payment and game pages; neither list is a full catalogue. A provider named here may still be unavailable to Australian accounts, and currency codes are shown as the casino writes them. Checked

What stands out

Spinathlon turns Australian visitors away at its own address. Australian residential connections on the TPG network in Victoria and New South Wales, Superloop in New South Wales and Belong in Western Australia each received a page headed “Access Forbidden” that gives the site’s support address (Spinathlon homepage, as shown in Australia). Its terms do not list Australia among the Restricted Countries and accept Australian dollars, but the site does not let Australian connections in.

Spinathlon block page on a black background: the heading “Access Forbidden”, a large “403”, the line “This website isn't available in your region at the moment. If you have any questions, please contact us at”, a green support email link and a green “Clear Cache & Reload” button.
What an Australian visitor sees at spinathlon.com: a page saying the website is not available in their region. Source: Spinathlon (spinathlon.com): Homepage — block page shown to an Australian visitor, captured 9 October 2026.

The licence record is clearer than the site. Spinathlon’s pages load an Anjouan licence seal script, and the regulator’s validator it links to names Win Top Ltd, lists spinathlon.com as the registered website and reads “Operating status: VALID”. The same validator lists Australia first among the licence’s “Excluded Territories” (Anjouan licence validation for spinathlon.com). So the refusal an Australian visitor meets is consistent with the terms of the licence itself.

Important limitations

Beyond the Australian restriction, Spinathlon’s pages leave these gaps:

  • no Spinathlon page names the company behind the site, its licence number or its regulator; those come only from Anjouan’s records;
  • the terms refer daily, weekly and monthly withdrawal limits to “separate policies published on the Website”, which we did not find, and the VIP terms give each level a limit without saying over what period;
  • the welcome offers state no wagering multiple, minimum deposit, number of deposits or time limit;
  • the only payment information on a public page is a row of logos in the footer;
  • the responsible-gambling page describes self-exclusion by email but no deposit, loss or session limits;
  • disputes go to “arbitration in the competent court”, with no court, law or independent body named.

Operator and licence

Spinathlon does not say who runs it. The terms and every policy speak of “the Website”, the VIP terms refer to “the Operator” without a name, and the footer’s licence section says only “Play responsibly. Spinathlon.com only accepts customers over 18 years old.” (Spinathlon homepage footer). No licence number or regulator appears in any text we read.

The regulator fills the gap. The seal script that Spinathlon’s pages load builds a link to Anjouan’s licence validator, and with spinathlon.com as the domain the validator returned Win Top Ltd, an address in Mutsamudu on Anjouan and licence ALSI-202509029-FI1 (Anjouan licence validation for spinathlon.com). Anjouan’s licence register agrees: its row for that number lists spinathlon.com among 29 domains, with an issue date of 16 September 2025 and an expiry date of 15 September 2027 (Anjouan Gaming licence register).

What the records do not show is anything about Win Top Ltd beyond the licence: the validator gives no registration number or country of incorporation. Anjouan is not an Australian regulator, and the validator states that the licence “is not valid in, and does not extend to” Australia (Anjouan licence validation for spinathlon.com). Our guide to checking a casino licence explains how seal validators and registers work.

Account verification (KYC)

Spinathlon’s KYC policy makes the full check compulsory when a player “requests a withdrawal of any amount”, or once lifetime deposits pass a stated euro threshold, and asks for photo ID, a selfie holding it and proof of residence, none of which may “expire in the next 3 months” (Spinathlon KYC Policy).

Two two-week clocks

What the terms state: Any withdrawal request triggers the full KYC process; the account may be locked if the casino cannot reach the player within two weeks of a withdrawal request, and missing the 14-day document deadline can cost the winnings where that failure may be considered fraudulent or grossly negligent. Verified — operator's own pages

“We will make reasonable efforts to contact you regarding the withdrawal of the funds, but if we are not able to reach you (by email or phone) in two (2) weeks from the date of the request for withdrawal, the account may be locked until the KYC procedure is fully completed.”

Source: Terms of Service (English) (Spinathlon (spinathlon.com)), checked 9 October 2026.

Our analysis:

The clock quoted above, from section 9, starts with the withdrawal request and can lock the account. Section 13 runs a second one: winnings may be confiscated if full KYC information is not provided within 14 days of a request, where the failure “may be considered fraudulent or gross negligent behavior” (Spinathlon terms, sections 9 and 13). The AML policy gives “fourteen (14) calendar days” to evidence the source of funds (Spinathlon AML Policy). A player who requests a withdrawal and then misses emails for two weeks risks both. Our casino KYC guide covers what these checks usually involve.

Deposits and withdrawals

Spinathlon’s terms set a processing time of up to 3 business days for payout requests, not counting time taken by banks, in terms checked on . That is a stated maximum, not an observed payout time.

PayID Not confirmed Not confirmed — — — —
Visa Not confirmed Not confirmed — — — —

— means we have not recorded a figure for this method; it does not mean the casino publishes none (the review's text covers figures its pages state in conflicting ways).

No payment method is confirmed for Australian accounts, because the cashier opens only for a signed-in player. The homepage footer shows logos for cards, Skrill, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Revolut and six cryptocurrencies, as served for the German market; a logo row does not say whether a method takes deposits or withdrawals, or in which countries (Spinathlon homepage footer). The terms require cards used for payouts to be “issued in a supported country”, without listing the countries (Spinathlon terms, section 15). PayID appears on no Spinathlon page we read; see PayID casinos for sites that list it.

The internal currency is the euro, so a player in Australian dollars can see small conversion differences on card transactions, and if winnings exceed the monthly limit, the casino “reserves the right to pay out the amount in monthly instalments, each not exceeding that limit” (Spinathlon terms, section 15). Refund requests must be made “within five business days of the deposit transaction” (Spinathlon Refund Policy). Our guide to how casino withdrawals work explains limits, instalments and pending periods.

Welcome bonus and wagering

The promotions page, as served to our crawler for the German market, offers a “Casino Welcome Pack” of up to €14,500 with 460 free spins, and a separate “Casino 1st Welcome” card reading “110% Up To 1.000 € +110 FS” (Spinathlon promotions page). The page does not say what the pack’s “460%” is measured against, how many deposits the pack spans or whether the two cards combine. Australians cannot register, so neither offer is open to them.

No wagering example is possible, because no page we could read gives the welcome multiple: section 12 says only that bonuses “must be wagered a specified number of times”, and the offer details open only for a signed-in or registering player. The general rules in section 10 do apply. Wagering is calculated on deposit plus bonus, bets with an active bonus are capped at A$9, bonuses “are usually active for 7 days”, and “Some bonuses have limits on how much can be credited to the real balance after wagering” (Spinathlon terms, sections 10 and 12). Our worked wagering examples show how a deposit-plus-bonus base changes the effort involved.

Which games count

What the terms state: 100% Verified — operator's own pages

“Slots - 100%; Buy Feature - 50%; Live Roulette - 10%; Blackjack - 10%; Crash - 5%”

Source: Terms of Service (English) (Spinathlon (spinathlon.com)), checked 9 October 2026.

Our analysis:

Pokies count 100%, but bonus-buy features count half, live roulette and blackjack a tenth, and video poker, game shows and card games nothing. Section 12 narrows this further: “Only bets on specific games contribute to wagering. These games are listed in the “Bonus Wagering” section.” (Spinathlon terms, section 12). Section 11 treats betting heavily on low-contribution games and then switching as bonus abuse, so the lobby list, not the game type alone, decides what counts.

Games and providers

No Spinathlon page states a game count. The provider service its lobby uses reported “total”: 118 providers for the market our crawler was placed in, Germany, and listed first Pragmatic Play, Penguin King, Novomatic, Evolution, Hacksaw, Playson, 3 Oaks, Pragmatic’s live studio, Wazdan and Amusnet (Spinathlon provider list, market Germany). The homepage also has live casino, tournaments, a sportsbook and a shop where players spend points earned from deposits.

Mobile

Spinathlon says nothing about mobile play on the pages we read, and no App Store or Google Play link appears, so a native app is not confirmed. See mobile casinos for how we assess mobile access.

Responsible-gambling tools

Spinathlon’s responsible-gambling page offers self-exclusion “for a specified period”, arranged through the email address in the terms, and a self-assessment questionnaire. It lists GamCare, Gamblers Anonymous and Gambling Therapy, none of them Australian (Spinathlon Responsible Gambling page). It also says “We may limit the maximum amount of your stake”, without explaining who sets that limit or how, and no page describes deposit, loss or session limits or reality checks.

Period limits that are referred to but not published

What the terms state: Not confirmed Unconfirmed

“Applicable daily, weekly, and monthly withdrawal limits are established in separate policies published on the Website.”

Source: Terms of Service (English) (Spinathlon (spinathlon.com)), checked 9 October 2026.

Our analysis:

Section 15 says daily, weekly and monthly withdrawal limits “are established in separate policies published on the Website”, and lets the casino pay anything above the monthly limit in instalments. We found no such policy among the footer’s legal pages. The only figures are in the VIP terms, where each level carries a “Maximum withdrawal limit”, from €7,000 at Bronze 1 to €30,000 at Obsidian, without saying per day, week, month or request (Spinathlon VIP Program Terms, Appendix A). Without a period, a player cannot tell from the public pages how long a large win would take to pay out.

Every deposit must be played three times

What the terms state: The casino may charge a fee, set at its sole discretion, for processing the deposits and withdrawals. Verified — operator's own pages

“Otherwise, the Website has the right to charge a fee for the processing of deposits and withdrawals, which is at the sole discretion of the Website’s team.”

Source: Terms of Service (English) (Spinathlon (spinathlon.com)), checked 9 October 2026.

Our analysis:

Each deposit must be wagered 3x before the funds connected to it can be withdrawn, and several unplayed deposits must be wagered in total. Otherwise the casino may charge a processing fee whose size is left to “the sole discretion of the Website’s team” (Spinathlon terms, section 13). A player who deposits and changes their mind cannot know the cost in advance.

External complaints body

What the terms state: None named Verified — operator's own pages

“shall be settled exclusively by arbitration in the competent court.”

Source: Terms of Service (English) (Spinathlon (spinathlon.com)), checked 9 October 2026.

Our analysis:

Spinathlon handles complaints inside its support department and names no regulator or independent dispute service. Section 20 sends all disputes to “arbitration in the competent court” without saying which, section 18 makes the server’s logs “the final authority” on any claim, and section 17 sets a one-year limit for bringing one (Spinathlon terms, sections 17, 18 and 20). Anjouan’s validator says licensees must provide an independent dispute service, but also that complaints from excluded territories, Australia among them, fall outside its scope (Anjouan licence validation for spinathlon.com).

Other Spinathlon clauses to weigh:

  • Source of funds. The AML policy lets the casino void winnings from funds whose “lawful origin cannot be satisfactorily verified”, naming “borrowed funds, credit facilities, loans” (Spinathlon AML Policy).
  • Restricted countries. The refund policy refuses refunds for accounts “registered or made a deposit from restricted countries” (Spinathlon Refund Policy).
  • Documents. Section 13 wants documents in the Latin alphabet or, failing that, a video verification (Spinathlon terms, section 13).
  • Account closure. Section 13 lets the casino close any account “without any obligation to state a reason or give prior notice”, refunding the balance less “relevant withdrawal charges” (Spinathlon terms, section 13).

Strengths and limitations

Strengths

  • Anjouan’s validator and register both tie spinathlon.com to Win Top Ltd’s licence, valid to 15 September 2027

  • Spinathlon’s terms set a processing time of up to 3 business days for payout requests

  • Spinathlon’s general bonus rules give an Australian-dollar maximum bet of A$9 and a full game-contribution table

Limitations

  • spinathlon.com refuses Australian connections, and its licence lists Australia as an excluded territory

  • No Spinathlon page names its operator, licence number or regulator

  • Spinathlon publishes no daily, weekly or monthly withdrawal limit, only a per-level VIP limit without a period, and no wagering multiple for its welcome offers

  • Winnings can be confiscated if verification documents are not provided within 14 days and the failure may be considered fraudulent or grossly negligent, and an unwagered deposit can attract a fee of the casino’s choosing

  • Spinathlon documents no deposit, loss or session limits and names no independent body for complaints

How it compares

No casino we review is a Spinathlon sister brand: the other 28 domains on Win Top Ltd’s Anjouan licence include none that this site covers (Anjouan Gaming licence register). Other casinos here that refuse Australian connections differ in their licence records. StoneVegas also names no operator, but Anjouan’s register does not list its domain (Anjouan Gaming licence register); Gambloria appears on that register under a company its terms do not name, with an expiry date that has passed (Anjouan Gaming licence register). For casinos whose payout terms Australians can read, see fast withdrawal casinos; for welcome-offer terms side by side, casino bonuses. The full list is on our casino reviews page.

FAQ

Can Australians play at Spinathlon?

Spinathlon’s own website says no. On 9 October 2026 spinathlon.com answered Australian connections with “This website isn’t available in your region at the moment.” (Spinathlon homepage, as shown in Australia). Its terms do not list Australia as restricted, but the Anjouan licence that lists spinathlon.com names Australia among its excluded territories. This review is not legal advice.

Who owns Spinathlon, and is it licensed?

Spinathlon’s pages do not say. Anjouan’s licence validator, reached through the seal script that Spinathlon’s pages load, names Win Top Ltd as licensee for spinathlon.com under licence ALSI-202509029-FI1, and Anjouan’s register lists the domain under that licence, valid to 15 September 2027 (Anjouan licence validation for spinathlon.com). The licence does not extend to Australia.

Is Spinathlon legit?

We document rather than rate. On the record side, a regulator confirms the domain and the licensee, though the site itself names no licensee, licence or regulator. On the terms side, Spinathlon sets a payout time of up to 3 business days, but publishes no daily, weekly or monthly withdrawal limit or welcome wagering, and can confiscate winnings when verification documents are late and the failure may be considered fraudulent or grossly negligent.

What is the Spinathlon welcome bonus?

For the German market on 9 October 2026, a Casino Welcome Pack of up to €14,500 plus 460 free spins. The cards give no wagering multiple, minimum deposit or number of deposits; the general terms cap bets at A$9 while a bonus is active. Australians cannot register, and this review does not list bonus codes.

How long do Spinathlon withdrawals take?

Spinathlon’s terms set a processing time of up to 3 business days for payout requests, plus any time banks take, and its VIP terms describe faster targets for higher levels as estimates. Any withdrawal triggers the full KYC check first, with documents due within 14 days of a request. No daily, weekly or monthly limit is published; the VIP terms give each level a limit, from €7,000 to €30,000, without a period.

Does Spinathlon accept PayID?

Not on any Spinathlon page we read. PayID is absent from the terms, the policies and the footer’s payment logos, and the cashier, which would list methods, opens only for signed-in players.
