The access row rests on what StoneVegas served to Australian connections; the withdrawal rows come from version 1.12 of its General Terms, last updated on 19 August 2026, which our crawler read from outside Australia in the site’s Australian locale (StoneVegas General Terms and Conditions). The daily and monthly limits shown are the entry-level (Level 1) figures from a five-level table. The terms set no weekly limit or withdrawal fee, and clause 6.14 leaves minimum and maximum amounts per transaction to the company.
Game providers and currencies
- Game providers named on its pages
- 10: Amatic Industries, Amusnet, Betsoft, Hacksaw Gaming, Microgaming, Pragmatic Play, Red Tiger, Relax Gaming, Spinomenal, Yggdrasil
- Currencies listed on its pages
- AUD, EUR, USD
As recorded from StoneVegas’s own terms, payment and game pages; neither list is a full catalogue. A provider named here may still be unavailable to Australian accounts, and currency codes are shown as the casino writes them. Checked
What stands out
StoneVegas keeps an Australian locale with offers in dollars and a “Pokies” category, and clause 2.3 of its terms lists the countries whose residents cannot open accounts, from Afghanistan to Portugal, without naming Australia (StoneVegas terms, clause 2.3). The site nonetheless refuses Australian connections, as set out under Important limitations, so the terms our crawler could read describe an Australian product that Australian connections cannot reach.
Where they can be read, StoneVegas’s terms are specific. Withdrawal limits are tabled in Australian dollars by VIP level, the terms set a processing time of up to 3 business days, and the Help Centre says a pending withdrawal can be cancelled from the cashier (StoneVegas Help Centre). One clause is unusual: StoneVegas can decline a withdrawal in a month in which the player has not wagered a set minimum, covered under Terms that deserve attention.
Important limitations
StoneVegas states its refusal itself. The block page came back through residential connections on five Australian networks in New South Wales, the ACT, Victoria and Western Australia, and its source code records the visitor’s region as Australia. The numbered StoneVegas domain that the site’s own page tags name as its main address answered Australian connections with the same page (StoneVegas, as requested from Australia). Since stonevegas.com is not on ACMA’s blocked list, no internet provider stood in the way: the site’s own server refused the request. The offers and terms in this review are what the Australian locale showed our crawler outside Australia.
The site refuses Australian connections
What the casino's pages state: Yes Verified — operator's own pages
“The project is not available for your country for legal reasons.”
Source: Australian-locale homepage — "Access restricted" page shown to an Australian visitor (StoneVegas (stonevegas.com)), checked 9 October 2026.
The page invites visitors who think their region is not restricted to turn off a proxy or VPN, which assumes the visitor is somewhere else. It gives no clause or reason beyond “legal reasons”, and no terms clause read from outside Australia explains it. Anyone in Australia who reaches StoneVegas by another route would be using a site that has said, on its own address, that the service is not available to them.
Beyond the restriction, StoneVegas leaves gaps a player cannot close from its pages:
- no page names the company behind the site, its licence number or its regulator, so there is nothing to check on a register;
- the payments page showed “No payments found.” for our crawler’s region, so the methods, minimums and times for Australian accounts are unknown (StoneVegas payments page);
- the responsible-gaming page offers self-exclusion and breaks by email but describes no deposit, loss or session limits;
- the complaints clause names no regulator or independent dispute body.
Operator and licence
StoneVegas does not say who runs it. Clause 1.4 of the terms defines “Company” as “the company operating the Website” without giving a name, and the privacy notice says only that “The operator of this website is the Data Controller of your personal data” (StoneVegas terms, clause 1.4; StoneVegas Privacy Notice). The footer ends with “2026 © Stonevegas.com All rights reserved.” and shows no licence or seal (StoneVegas homepage).
StoneVegas’s site code points to Anjouan. Its configuration loads a licence seal of the Anjouan type from the regulator’s seal server, but on 9 October 2026 that seal’s address did not resolve, so it showed nothing (StoneVegas site code). Anjouan’s licence register lists the licensed domains of every licence it publishes, and stonevegas.com is not among them (Anjouan Gaming licence register). The Curaçao Gaming Authority’s register of 21 September 2026 has no StoneVegas row either, although without a company name that search cannot be conclusive (Curaçao Gaming Authority register).
None of this shows that StoneVegas holds no licence anywhere. It shows that no regulator source we could reach confirms a licence for StoneVegas’s domain, and that its own pages do not say who is responsible for it. Some third-party sites quote an operator and a licence number for StoneVegas; we treated none of them as evidence, and the number we saw quoted does not appear in Anjouan’s register. Our guide to checking a casino licence explains how these registers work.
Account verification (KYC)
StoneVegas can ask for identity, residence and payment documents at any point, “both before and after effecting deposits into your account and/or making a withdrawal”, and clause 5.5 adds phone and face verification (StoneVegas terms, clauses 5.2 and 5.5). Its Help Centre asks for proof of residence issued “within the last 3/6 months” and statements covering “the last 1 to 3 months” (StoneVegas Help Centre: verification documents).

Two clocks, one on each side
What the terms state: Documents must be provided within 30 days of a request; StoneVegas usually verifies them within 10 days of a complete answer, and can withhold payment, suspend the account or close it permanently if they are late. Verified — operator's own pages
“We will usually verify your documents and information within 10 (ten) days after our request is answered in full, however, depending on the circumstances and complexity of a given case, additional time and/or checks may be required to complete verification.”
Source: General Terms and Conditions (Australian locale), version 1.12 (StoneVegas (stonevegas.com)), checked 9 October 2026.
StoneVegas gives the player 30 days to send documents and itself “usually” ten days to check them, with room for more. Late documents let it withhold payment and close the account. The refund clause goes further: if documents are not supplied within thirty days of a request linked to a refund or reversed transaction, the account “shall be closed and You shall forfeit all funds in Your Player Account” (StoneVegas terms, clause 6.6.4). Our casino KYC guide covers what these checks usually involve.
Deposits and withdrawals
StoneVegas’s terms give its finance team up to 3 business days to work through a withdrawal request, in terms checked on . The table lists the only payment evidence we hold, from the footer of the homepage and from the terms; neither is specific to Australia.
| Method | Deposits | Withdrawals | Min. deposit | Min. withdrawal | Published processing | Fees |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Bank transfer | Yes low confidence | — | — | — | — | — |
| Mastercard | Yes low confidence | Not confirmed | — | — | — | — |
| PayID | Not confirmed | Not confirmed | — | — | — | — |
| Visa | Yes low confidence | Not confirmed | — | — | — | — |
— means we have not recorded a figure for this method; it does not mean the casino publishes none (the review's text covers figures its pages state in conflicting ways). “Low confidence” means the page names the method only in general terms (for example a general list, a logo strip or the version of a page shown in another country), so it may not apply to Australian accounts.
The footer’s payment logos, as our crawler saw them, were Visa, Mastercard and a Canadian bank-transfer service, so they reflect the crawler’s region rather than Australia, and they do not say whether a method works for withdrawals (StoneVegas homepage footer, logo alt texts). The payments page lists Australia in its country selector but showed no methods for the crawler’s region. PayID appears on no StoneVegas page we read; see PayID casinos for sites that list it.

Limits that depend on a VIP level
What the terms state: A$10,500 Verified — operator's own pages
“All withdrawals are processed according to our monthly withdrawal limits and taking into consideration the VIP status of the customer requesting the withdrawal.”
Source: General Terms and Conditions (Australian locale), version 1.12 (StoneVegas (stonevegas.com)), checked 9 October 2026.
StoneVegas’s limit table runs from “800 / 10,500” Australian dollars a day and a month at Level 1 to “2,500 / 35,000” at Level 5 (StoneVegas terms, clause 6.11). The level is set from activity in the 90 days before the request and “can be changed depending on the ratio of deposits and withdrawals which were made and bonuses which were received”, and an account that stops betting for a month drops to the lowest level. A player who wins big after a quiet month could therefore be held to the entry-level limits.
The processing clock in clause 6.15 can run twice: requests are handled within three business days “after the request is made and/or 3 (three) business days after the last withdrawal request was paid out”, by staff working “from 6 AM to 5 PM GMT, Monday-Friday”, and no more than three withdrawals may be pending at once (StoneVegas terms, clauses 6.13 and 6.15). In eastern Australia those hours fall in the late afternoon, evening and night. Our guide to how casino withdrawals work explains pending periods and reversals.
Welcome bonus and wagering
The welcome bonus on StoneVegas’s Australian locale is a 100% first-deposit match up to A$750 with 200 free spins, released in daily batches. Our crawler read the offer and its terms from outside Australia on 9 October 2026.

The example covers the cash bonus only. Winnings from the free spins carry their own requirement, “The wagering requirements of winnings from bonus spins are x40”, and the spins arrive “as a set of 20 per day for 10 days”, each batch lapsing if it is not claimed within a day (StoneVegas welcome bonus terms, terms 4.1, 4.2 and 11). The bonus terms also exclude deposits made with Neteller or Skrill and void the bonus if a withdrawal is requested before or after it is activated. Our worked wagering examples show how a deposit-plus-bonus base changes the effort involved.
Which games count
What the terms state: 100% Verified — operator's own pages
“Slots* (except the ones listed below), Scratch Cards and Keno”
Source: General Terms and Conditions (Australian locale), version 1.12 (StoneVegas (stonevegas.com)), checked 9 October 2026.
Most pokies count in full, but section 7 of the general terms lists games that count nothing, a separate list of “Prohibited Games” that “cannot be played at all when there is an active bonus on the account”, and jackpot slots, Slingo and bingo as “Not available for play with bonus funds” (StoneVegas terms, clauses 7.7 to 7.10). Live games and video poker count “10%” and table and card games “0%”. Checking a pokie against both lists before playing it with a bonus avoids a voided balance.
Games and providers
StoneVegas’s homepage, as our crawler saw it, counted 11,019 pokies, alongside live casino, jackpot and table categories, but no page states a total game count. Its providers page, archived in February 2026, lists 86 studios led by Spinomenal, Pragmatic Play and Yggdrasil (StoneVegas providers page, archived February 2026). The terms say NetEnt games are unavailable in Australia, and the site also runs a sportsbook with live betting and virtual sports (StoneVegas terms, clause 15.2).
Mobile
StoneVegas says nothing about mobile play on the pages we read. Its footer offers “Create Shortcut”, a home-screen link to the website, and no App Store or Google Play link appears, so a native app is not confirmed (StoneVegas homepage). See mobile casinos for how we assess mobile access.

Responsible-gambling tools
StoneVegas’s responsible-gaming page relies on its support team. A player can ask by email for a break or for self-exclusion, and the page lists GamCare, Gamblers Anonymous and Gambling Therapy, none of them Australian (StoneVegas responsible gaming page). Neither that page nor the terms describe deposit, loss or session limits or reality checks.

Deposits must be played, every month
What the terms state: The casino may cancel all winnings and keep a 10% commission (at least 0.75 AUD of the last deposit), or 15% if the account was funded by bank card or bank transfer. Verified — operator's own pages
“If the wager of the funds (the amount of placed bets) is less than the deposit amount, we reserve the right to cancel all winnings and keep the commission of 10% (ten percent) (but not less than 0.75 AUD / 0.5 EUR of the amount of the last deposit as payment expenses, and the 15% (fifteen percent) commission if your account balance has been charged with a bank card or bank transfer.”
Source: General Terms and Conditions (Australian locale), version 1.12 (StoneVegas (stonevegas.com)), checked 9 October 2026.
Each StoneVegas deposit must be wagered 1x before withdrawal, and falling short can cost all winnings plus a commission on the deposit. Clause 6.7 adds a monthly test on top: the casino “reserves the right to decline withdrawal requests if you have not met a minimum monthly wagering threshold of 30 AUD / 20 EUR within the calendar month of the withdrawal request” (StoneVegas terms, clause 6.7). A player who deposits, waits into a new month and then withdraws could be refused on that ground.
Two caps on bonus winnings
What the terms state: 10x Verified — operator's own pages
“The maximum amount which can be released from the bonus will be equal to 10x the initial bonus amount.”
Source: Welcome bonus and its Bonus Terms and Conditions (Australian locale) (StoneVegas (stonevegas.com)), checked 9 October 2026.
Term 16 caps what the deposit bonus can release at a multiple of the bonus, and term 17 adds a cap for free spins of “75 AUD / 50 EUR for up to 50 Free Spins, or 150 AUD / 100 EUR for over 50 Free Spins” (StoneVegas welcome bonus terms, terms 16 and 17). The welcome offer’s spins total more than fifty but arrive twenty at a time, and the terms do not say which figure applies, so the table leaves the free-spin cap unconfirmed. Anything above a cap “will be voided”.
External complaints body
What the terms state: None named (the complaints clause links to AskGamblers' casino complaints page) Verified — operator's own pages
“If you are unsatisfied with the resolution of your complaint by the Complaints Resolution Committee please feel free to explore further external dispute resolution options here.”
Source: General Terms and Conditions (Australian locale), version 1.12 (StoneVegas (stonevegas.com)), checked 9 October 2026.
StoneVegas’s complaints procedure ends with a committee inside the company and a promise of an outcome within ten days. For anything further, clause 13.8 invites players to “explore further external dispute resolution options here”, and the link goes to a casino review site’s complaints page rather than to a regulator. Clause 14.1 settles disputes “in accordance with the applicable Law” without saying which law (StoneVegas terms, clauses 13.7, 13.8 and 14.1).
Other StoneVegas clauses to weigh (StoneVegas general terms):
- Closing an account. Clause 3.7: an account closed with a positive balance or a pending withdrawal has “all the funds on your account” voided.
- Refunds. Clause 6.6.3 requires refund requests “within 24 (twenty- four) hours of the transaction in question”.
- Duplicate accounts. Clause 3.2 allows one account per person, household, phone number, email and IP address, and processed withdrawals on a duplicate “will be reversed”.
- Server records. Clause 8.3 makes the game server’s result prevail over what appears on screen.
Strengths and limitations
Strengths
StoneVegas tables its withdrawal limits in Australian dollars for each VIP level, from A$800 a day at entry level
StoneVegas’s terms set a processing time of up to 3 business days, and its Help Centre allows a pending withdrawal to be cancelled
StoneVegas states its welcome terms in Australian dollars, including an A$150 maximum bet and a cash-out cap of 10x the bonus
Limitations
stonevegas.com refuses Australian connections, saying the service is not available in the visitor’s country for legal reasons
No StoneVegas page names its operator, licence or regulator, and Anjouan’s register does not list stonevegas.com
StoneVegas can decline a withdrawal if the player has not wagered a monthly minimum, and cancel winnings on a deposit not wagered 1x
StoneVegas’s welcome wagering of 35x applies to deposit plus bonus within 10 days
StoneVegas documents no deposit, loss or session limits, and its complaints clause names no regulator or independent body
How it compares
No casino we review is confirmed as a StoneVegas sister brand, because StoneVegas names no operator. The closest comparison is CrownPlay: its site answers Australian connections with the same “Access restricted” wording, its welcome terms use the same structure of deposit-plus-bonus wagering, a ten-day limit and a separate free-spin requirement, and it too names no company on its readable pages. A shared platform does not establish a shared operator, and ACMA’s formal warning about CrownPlay does not mention StoneVegas (ACMA formal warning to NovaForge Ltd (CrownPlay)). Neon54, reviewed separately, now publishes the same version 1.12 of these terms, read by our crawler outside Australia on 15 October 2026. Its numbered clauses read word for word like StoneVegas’s apart from the brand name, except clause 2.3, where StoneVegas also excludes Myanmar, and the clause 6.11 withdrawal table, where Neon54 lists euro and Australian-dollar rows and StoneVegas Australian and US dollars (Neon54 terms, version 1.12). Both sites treat bets above A$150 before wagering is met as bonus abuse, and both have the monthly wagering threshold of clause 6.7 and the deposit-bonus defaults of clause 7.16; the differences this review listed before came from Neon54’s older version 1.8, archived in December 2025. VikingLuck, reviewed separately, also uses version 1.12: its general terms read clause for clause like StoneVegas’s apart from the brand name, clause 2.3, where VikingLuck adds Belgium to the excluded countries and leaves out France and Portugal, and the 6.11 withdrawal table, which has no US-dollar row and higher daily caps at the top two levels (VikingLuck terms, version 1.12). None of these sites names an operator, so the shared wording is an observation about the template, not evidence of common ownership. For casinos whose payout terms Australians can read, see fast withdrawal casinos; for welcome-offer terms side by side, casino bonuses. The full list is on our casino reviews page.
FAQ
Can Australians play at StoneVegas?
StoneVegas’s own website says no. On 9 October 2026 stonevegas.com answered Australian connections with “The project is not available for your country for legal reasons.” (StoneVegas, as requested from Australia). Its terms do not list Australia among excluded countries, and the site keeps an Australian locale, but that locale was not shown to Australian connections. This review is not legal advice.
Who owns StoneVegas, and is it licensed?
StoneVegas does not say. Its terms refer only to “the company operating the Website”, its footer and privacy notice name no company, and its site code loads an Anjouan licence seal that could not be displayed (StoneVegas site code). Anjouan’s register does not list stonevegas.com, and the Curaçao register has no StoneVegas entry. That is not proof that it is unlicensed, but no regulator source we reached confirms a licence.
Is StoneVegas legit?
We document rather than rate. On the record side, StoneVegas names no operator or licence, and no regulator register we checked lists its domain. On the terms side, it publishes AUD withdrawal limits by VIP level and a set processing time, but it can cancel winnings on an unwagered deposit, decline withdrawals below a monthly wagering minimum and cap bonus winnings at 10x the bonus.
Is StoneVegas legal in Australia?
This review makes no statement about legality; it reports what the documents show. stonevegas.com was not on ACMA’s blocked-websites list on , and ACMA’s investigations page does not name StoneVegas (ACMA investigations into online gambling providers). This review is not legal advice.
What is the StoneVegas welcome bonus and its wagering?
On its Australian locale, a 100% match up to A$750 plus 200 free spins, from a deposit of A$30. Deposit and bonus together must be wagered 35x within 10 days, with a maximum bet of A$150. These terms were read from outside Australia on 9 October 2026, and this review does not list bonus codes.
How long do StoneVegas withdrawals take, and how much can you withdraw?
StoneVegas’s terms give a processing time of up to 3 business days, which is not an observed payout time. At the entry VIP level, withdrawals are capped at A$800 a day and A$10,500 a month, with higher limits at higher levels. Verification documents are due within 30 days of a request, and payment can be held until they are checked.
Does StoneVegas accept PayID?
Not on any StoneVegas page we read. PayID is absent from the terms, the bonus terms and the footer’s payment strip, and the payments page showed no methods for our crawler’s region.
What is the $20 method at the casino?
StoneVegas’s pages do not use the phrase, which generally refers to playing with small deposits. Its terms set two floors that matter for small balances: the welcome bonus needs a deposit of at least A$30, and a withdrawal can be declined if the player has not wagered “30 AUD / 20 EUR within the calendar month of the withdrawal request” (StoneVegas terms, clause 6.7).

Change log
-
Comparison with Neon54 updated to Neon54's version 1.12 terms
The comparison had set StoneVegas's version 1.12 terms against Neon54's version 1.8, archived in December 2025, and named three differences (the bonus stake threshold in clause 7.19, the monthly wagering threshold in clause 6.7 and the deposit-bonus rules in clause 7.16). Neon54's terms, read live from outside Australia on 15 October 2026, are now version 1.12 and contain all three, so the paragraph now names only the remaining differences, clause 2.3 and the withdrawal-table currencies. No StoneVegas fact changed.

Maximum bet while wagering changed
Previously A$10; now A$150.
