The withdrawal rows come from the terms shown to an Australian connection on 9 October 2026, which state limits in Australian dollars by loyalty level (Spinline Terms & Conditions, English-AU). The limits shown are for the lowest levels; the minimum withdrawal is the lowest Australian-dollar minimum, which applies to bank transfers. The operator row rests on the site’s own data, because the copy of the terms Australians see names no company (Spinline site data).

What stands out
Spinline’s ownership can be traced, but not from the pages Australians are shown. On 9 October 2026, visitors from Australia were redirected from spinline.com to a numbered mirror domain, where the footer and clause 1.1 of the terms say only that the site is owned by “a company registered in the Republic of Cyprus” and that gambling services come from a “parent company” in Curaçao (terms, clause 1.1, as shown in Australia). The same clause in the site’s data has a second version, which the site’s code displays only on spinline.com: “The website spinline.com is owned and operated by GBL Solutions N.V., a company registered and established under the Law of Curacao” (Spinline site data).
The Curaçao Gaming Authority (CGA) confirms that version. Its Certificate of Operation, reached from the seal the site shows on spinline.com, states that “spinline.com is operated by GBL Solutions N.V.” under licence OGL/2024/589/0556 (CGA certificate for spinline.com). The CGA register lists companies rather than websites, so the certificate is what ties the licence to this domain.
Spinline’s withdrawal limits are set in Australian dollars and rise with its loyalty levels. The terms cap the lowest levels at A$700 a day, A$3,100 a week and A$15,900 a month, and levels “11–100” at “1,500” a day, “7,900” a week and “31,900” a month (terms, clause 9.2).
Important limitations
Spinline’s terms and pages leave several gaps and set conditions that can hold or reduce a payout (Spinline Terms & Conditions, English-AU):
- every deposit must be wagered 3x before withdrawal, or the casino can withhold “a commission of up to 10% of the withdrawal amount”;
- winnings are confiscated and the account closed if verification documents are not provided within 30 days;
- no withdrawal processing time is stated in the terms, and the “Payments” page the FAQ points to does not exist on the site;
- the terms name no card scheme, e-wallet or coin, and no page shown to Australians lists PayID;
- nothing says whether a player can cancel a pending withdrawal.
The CGA register and the CGA certificate describe the licence’s status differently, as the next section sets out. The logged-in cashier and account settings were not checked.
Operator and licence
Spinline is operated by GBL Solutions N.V., a company registered in Curaçao, under a Curaçao Gaming Authority licence, according to the site’s own data and the CGA certificate.

The footer version shown on spinline.com reads “Spinline.com is operated by GBL Solutions N.V. … regulated by the GCB (Curaçao Gaming Control Board) - OGL/2024/589/0556”, gives the company’s registration number as “155090”, and adds that “Ramtinar Techconsult Limited is a subsidiary of GBL Solutions N.V., acting as a Payment Agent”, registered in Nicosia, Cyprus (Spinline site data, footer). The CGA’s Online Gaming License Registry of 21 September 2026 lists that number for GBL Solutions N.V. with registration number “155090”, an issue date of “October 14, 2025”, an expiry of “April 14, 2026” and the status “Assessment in progress”. The certificate for spinline.com, read on 9 October 2026, gives a different date, a grant on 14 April 2025, and says the licence’s “current status is Active” (CGA certificate for spinline.com). Neither document explains the other’s wording.
The site’s code selects the footer by web address: on spinline.com it shows the GBL Solutions N.V. text, and on any other address it shows the anonymous wording. Because Australian visitors land on a mirror, the terms, privacy policy and footer they see name neither the company nor the licence number, and the FAQ says only that “our casino is fully licensed” (Spinline FAQ, as shown in Australia). Our guide to checking a casino licence explains how to repeat the register and certificate checks.
One other casino we review names the same companies: in the versions shown on slota.casino, Slota Casino’s terms name GBL Solutions N.V. as operator, and its footer and privacy policy also name Ramtinar Techconsult Limited as payment agent, and the CGA’s certificate states that “slota.casino is operated by GBL Solutions N.V.” under the same licence (CGA certificate for slota.casino). The official site is spinline.com; numbered domains serve its other language versions, and copycat sites using the Spinline name appear in Australian searches. We treated none of them as evidence.
Account verification (KYC)
Spinline’s terms require identity verification before the first withdrawal and set a deadline for it. Verification follows a withdrawal request or a demand from the Risk Department, documents can be uploaded or sent to kyc@spinline.com, and the KYC department works “Monday through Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00 (GMT+3)” (terms, clauses 2.5 and 9.2.1).

A confiscation deadline and a possible video call
What the terms state: Verification is completed after a withdrawal request or on the Risk Department's demand; all documents must be provided within 30 calendar days, or winnings are confiscated and the account closed permanently. The Risk Department may also require a video call. Verified — operator's own pages
“- all the documents must be provided within 30 (thirty) calendar days starting from the date of the withdrawal request or from the date of the Casino's request, including requests made by email or by phone. If you fail to verify your account within the established timeframe, winnings will be confiscated and your account will be permanently closed due to failure to complete the verification procedure;”
Source: Terms & Conditions (English-AU), as shown to an Australian visitor (Spinline), checked 9 October 2026.
The deadline counts calendar days from the withdrawal request or from the casino’s own request, including one made “by email or by phone”, so a missed email can start the clock. The same clause says checking complete documents “typically requires up to 3 (three) business days” and, in the next line, “can take up to 72 hours”. Clause 2.5.1 adds that the Risk Department may ask for a video call, and a player who does not pass it at the agreed time can have all winnings cancelled (terms, clauses 2.5 and 2.5.1). Our casino KYC guide covers what these checks usually involve.
Deposits and withdrawals
Spinline publishes withdrawal minimums and limits but no processing time. The table lists the methods its terms or Australian pages give a position for; the terms otherwise speak only of “credit cards”, “debit cards”, “bank transfer” and “e-wallets” (terms, AML section).
| Method | Deposits | Withdrawals | Min. deposit | Min. withdrawal | Published processing | Fees |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Bank transfer | Yes low confidence | Yes | — | A$15 | — | — |
| PayID | Not confirmed | Not confirmed | — | — | — | — |
— means we have not recorded a figure for this method; it does not mean the casino publishes none (the review's text covers figures its pages state in conflicting ways). “Low confidence” means the page names the method only in general terms (for example a general list, a logo strip or the version of a page shown in another country), so it may not apply to Australian accounts.
The minimum withdrawal in Australian dollars depends on the type of method: “15” for bank transfers, “80” for crypto methods and “30” for other payment methods, and withdrawals must use the method that funded the account (terms, clause 9.3). Only one withdrawal request can be active at a time, and the per-transaction limit equals the daily limit. Before identity, age and residence are verified, the anti-money-laundering rules bar payouts above “two thousand Euro (€2,000) gained within 24 hours” or “two thousand three hundred Euro (€2,300)” in total (terms, AML section).
On timing, the terms say only that requests are processed “after successful identity and account verification, Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 (GMT+3)”. The FAQ says a withdrawal “can take anywhere from an hour to a few days” once the account is verified, and the homepage FAQ that e-wallet withdrawals “typically take one business day” (Spinline FAQ; Spinline homepage FAQ). The casino “reserves the right to charge a processing fee for withdrawals” without giving an amount (terms, clause 9.6).
Card payouts for Australian cards are not confirmed. The minimum-withdrawal table in clause 9.3 has columns for “Bank Transfers”, “Crypto Methods” and “Other Payment Methods” but none for cards, and clause 10.3 lets the casino pay withdrawals up to the amount deposited by credit card “as refunds against the purchases you have made” (terms, clauses 9.3 and 10.3). Spinline’s pages shown to Australians carry no payment logos, and PayID is not mentioned anywhere we could read; see PayID casinos for sites that list it. Our guide to how casino withdrawals work explains pending periods and reversals.
Welcome bonus and wagering
Spinline’s welcome package spreads up to A$2,900 over 4 deposits. The first deposit earns a 100% match up to A$500 plus up to 200 free spins on Mighty Wild: Jaguar, a VoltEnt pokie. Each stage’s terms say “Only players from Australia are eligible for this bonus” (Spinline 1st Deposit Bonus, as shown in Australia).
The bonus is banded by deposit. A deposit of “A$20” earns “100% up to A$80 + 30 FS”, “A$80” earns “100% up to A$300 + 80 FS”, and the full offer needs “A$300” (Spinline 1st Deposit Bonus). The second, third and fourth deposits each earn “50% up to A$800 + 200 FS” under the same wagering, bet and win-cap rules (Spinline site data, welcome stages).
The example covers the cash bonus only. Winnings from the free spins are capped separately at A$150, and the spins are played at “0.1 AUD” each (Spinline 1st Deposit Bonus). Our worked wagering examples show how the multiple and the time limit change the effort involved.
The general bonus terms limit which games count. Live dealer games, table games and jackpots cannot be played with an active bonus, instant games count “10%” (eligible games only) and roulette “5%”, and a long list of named pokies is barred while a bonus is active, including “all games” from Amusnet, EGT Digital and Red Tiger (Spinline Bonus Terms & Conditions). The page title of the homepage advertises a package “up to A$6,700 + 1,100 FS”, a figure none of the four stages supports (Spinline homepage, as shown in Australia). This review does not list bonus codes.
Games and providers
Spinline’s homepage rows, as shown to an Australian visitor, carry pokies and live games from Pragmatic Play, VoltEnt, Playson, BGaming, Gamzix, NetGame, Playtech, Betsoft, Play’n GO and Popiplay, along with Booongo, Belatra and Evoplay titles (Spinline homepage, as shown in Australia). Its own pages give different counts: 10,000+ titles on the About Us page, and 10,000+ / 11,000+ (sources differ) pokies across the homepage and VIP FAQs. None of these figures was counted by us. The site offers a casino and live casino, with no sportsbook in the navigation; see online pokies for how pokies libraries compare.
Mobile
No Spinline page we read describes mobile play, and none links to an App Store or Google Play app. See mobile casinos for how we assess mobile access.

Responsible-gambling tools
Spinline’s responsible-gambling page describes three tools: a Take a Break pause “for 1 day, 1 week, or 1 month”, a Reality Check reminder after “60, 90, or 180 minutes”, and self-exclusion “for an indefinite period” by email to support (Spinline Responsible Gambling page). The page’s “Personal Limits Settings” heading covers no deposit, loss or session limit. Clause 4.4 of the terms adds that switching on Take a Break cancels any active withdrawal request and returns the funds to the balance (terms, clause 4.4).

Terms that deserve attention
The clauses below are the ones most likely to stop or reduce a Spinline withdrawal, with or without a bonus.
Deposits wagered several times before a payout
What the terms state: If bets from the real balance are less than three times the deposit, the casino may withhold a commission of up to 10% of the withdrawal, or refuse the withdrawal with a 10% charge and ask the player to finish wagering. Verified — operator's own pages
“- if the amount of bets from the player’s real balance at the time of the withdrawal request is less than three times the deposit, the Company has the right to withhold a commission of up to 10% of the withdrawal amount. The commission is deducted from the player’s real balance;”
Source: Terms & Conditions (English-AU), as shown to an Australian visitor (Spinline), checked 9 October 2026.
The rule sits in the anti-money-laundering section, so it applies to real-money play without a bonus too. The penalty is a percentage of the whole withdrawal, not of the unwagered part, and the next clause lets the finance department refuse the withdrawal outright and “ask the player to finish the necessary wagering” (terms, clause 9.3).
Confiscation if verification is late
What the terms state: Winnings are confiscated and the account is permanently closed if verification is not completed within 30 calendar days; failing a requested video call lets the casino cancel all winnings and close the account. Verified — operator's own pages
“If you fail to verify your account within the established timeframe, winnings will be confiscated and your account will be permanently closed due to failure to complete the verification procedure;”
Source: Terms & Conditions (English-AU), as shown to an Australian visitor (Spinline), checked 9 October 2026.
The clause speaks of “winnings” without limiting it to bonus winnings, and it adds permanent closure of the account. Clause 14.7 separately lets the casino void winnings and forfeit the balance if it believes a player used a VPN or forged documents (terms, clause 14.7).
Bonus wins capped at a multiple of the bonus
What the terms state: 10x Verified — operator's own pages
“The maximum win is limited to 10x the bonus amount.”
Source: 1st Deposit Bonus page with its Bonus Terms and Conditions (English-AU), as shown to an Australian visitor (Spinline), checked 9 October 2026.
The cap is a multiple of the bonus received, so it is lowest for the smallest deposits that qualify. The terms call it a “maximum win” without saying when it is applied, and winnings from the free spins have their own fixed cap. The same cap appears in all four welcome stages (Spinline site data, welcome stages).
A company name only on spinline.com
What the terms state: The terms and footer shown to Australian visitors name no company, only "a company registered in the Republic of Cyprus" and a "parent company" in Curaçao. The variant the site shows on spinline.com itself names GBL Solutions N.V. (Curaçao) as owner and operator and Ramtinar Techconsult Limited (Cyprus) as its payment agent. Verified — operator's own pages
“The website spinline.com is owned and operated by GBL Solutions N.V., a company registered and established under the Law of Curacao.”
Source: Spinline site data — footer, terms clause 1.1 and privacy-policy variants, and the welcome-package terms (Spinline), checked 9 October 2026.
A reader in Australia who opens the terms sees no company to contact, complain to or look up. The terms send unresolved disputes to support@spinline.com, apply “the Curacao laws and legislations”, and name no regulator or dispute-resolution body (terms, clauses 26.2 and 33.1).
Other points in Spinline’s pages deserve attention too:
- Dormancy fee. After 12 months without a transaction, the casino “has the right to charge a monthly fee for an inactive account in the amount of 5 EUR/month (or the equivalent in another currency)” and cancels any cashback balance (terms, clauses 5.4 and 5.5).
- Refund window. A refund request “will only be considered if it is requested within the first twenty-four (24) hours of the alleged transaction” (terms, clause 10.1).
- One account per person. Duplicate accounts lose bonuses and winnings, and the casino can confiscate deposits made with them (terms, clause 2.6).
Strengths and limitations
Strengths
A Curaçao Gaming Authority certificate ties licence OGL/2024/589/0556 to spinline.com itself, not only to its operator
Spinline’s terms publish withdrawal limits in Australian dollars, starting at A$3,100 a week, with higher limits at higher loyalty levels
The welcome terms are stated in Australian dollars, with a maximum bet of A$8 and wagering on the bonus rather than the deposit plus bonus
Spinline’s responsible-gambling page describes a pause, a session reminder and self-exclusion, with how to switch each on
Limitations
The terms and footer Spinline shows Australians name neither GBL Solutions N.V. nor the licence number
ACMA has formally warned GBL Solutions N.V. and its payment agent over Rolling Slots and WinShark, two other services; no warning names Spinline
Each deposit must be wagered 3x before withdrawal, or a commission can be withheld
Spinline can confiscate winnings if verification is not complete within 30 days
Bonus wins are capped at 10x the bonus and free-spin winnings at A$150
No processing time, card scheme, PayID or deposit-limit tool is published on the pages Spinline shows Australians
How it compares
Spinline has one confirmed sister brand among the casinos we review, Slota Casino. Both name GBL Solutions N.V. as operator and Ramtinar Techconsult Limited as payment agent in the versions shown on their own domains, both are covered by Curaçao licence OGL/2024/589/0556, and both leave the company out of the pages Australian visitors are redirected to. No ACMA warning names Slota Casino either. Their terms share the deposit-wagering rule and the verification deadline, but the caps and bonus differ: Slota Casino sets A$800 a day and A$16,000 a month with no weekly figure, and its welcome wagering is 45x against Spinline’s 40x. Spinline’s pattern of naming the operator only to visitors outside Australia resembles Lucky Ones, whose terms shown in Australia also omit the company. Its deposit rule is stricter than at Jet4Bet, where each deposit must be wagered 1x before withdrawal. For payout policies side by side, see fast withdrawal casinos; for welcome-offer terms across brands, casino bonuses. The full list is on our casino reviews page.
FAQ
What is Spinline, and who runs it?
Spinline is an online casino at spinline.com that says it “launched our exciting journey in 2024” (Spinline About Us). The Curaçao Gaming Authority certificate for spinline.com names GBL Solutions N.V. as its operator, as does the version of the terms the site shows on spinline.com (CGA certificate for spinline.com). The pages shown to Australian visitors name no company.
Is Spinline licensed?
The Curaçao Gaming Authority’s two records answer differently. Its certificate says “spinline.com is operated by GBL Solutions N.V.” under licence OGL/2024/589/0556, whose “current status is Active” (CGA certificate for spinline.com). Its register of 21 September 2026 lists that licence with an expiry of “April 14, 2026” and the status “Assessment in progress” (CGA Online Gaming License Registry). It is not an Australian licence.
Is Spinline legit?
This review gives no verdict; it sets out what can be checked. The CGA certificate names spinline.com, the CGA register lists its licence as under assessment, and spinline.com is not on ACMA’s blocked list. The pages Australians see omit the operator’s name, ACMA has formally warned that company and its payment agent over two other services, and the terms combine deposit wagering, a confiscation deadline for verification and capped bonus wins.
Is Spinline legal in Australia?
This review makes no statement about legality; it reports what the documents show. Spinline’s licence comes from Curaçao, not from an Australian regulator. spinline.com was not on ACMA’s blocked-websites list on , and ACMA’s investigations page names no Spinline service, though it lists warnings to the companies Spinline’s site data names as operator and payment agent over two other services (ACMA investigations into online gambling providers). Australia is not on the list of countries in clause 2.7 of the terms. This review is not legal advice.
Does Spinline have a no-deposit bonus?
No no-deposit offer was listed on the promotions page shown to an Australian visitor on 9 October 2026; every welcome stage needs a deposit of at least A$20 (Spinline promotions page, as shown in Australia). The general bonus terms still cap winnings from any no-deposit bonus granted on registration at “50 €” and from no-deposit free spins at “100 €” (Spinline Bonus Terms & Conditions).
How long do Spinline withdrawals take, and what are the limits?
Spinline publishes no processing time in its terms; its FAQ says “anywhere from an hour to a few days” once the account is verified (Spinline FAQ). The limits are firmer: at the lowest loyalty levels, A$700 a day and A$3,100 a week, after a minimum of A$15 by bank transfer. None of this is an observed payout time.
