The three limits come from clause 9.4 of the terms shown in Australia, which states them in Australian dollars per calendar day, week and month, counted in UTC (Lucky Ones Terms and Conditions, as shown in Australia). The minimum withdrawal is the lowest Australian-dollar minimum in the withdrawal table; bank transfers need A$300.

What stands out

Lucky Ones’ withdrawal caps are published in Australian dollars: A$6,000 a day, A$12,000 a week and A$42,000 a month. A request above a cap “may be paid out in instalments or be returned to the User’s Account balance”, and VIP status or individual offers can set different limits (terms, clauses 9.7 and 9.9).

Lucky Ones entry page: the gold Lucky Ones logo; a locked loyalty card reading Sign Up to Unlock; a welcome-offer box with Join Now and Log In buttons; a large headline offering up to a dollar amount plus free spins, with an email field and a Join Now button, over a photo of people in a speedboat and oversized gold coins; a menu with Casino, Live Casino, Sports, Loyalty Program, Promotions and English (AU); and badges for game selection, round-the-clock support and fast withdrawals.
Lucky Ones' homepage as shown to an Australian visitor; the official domain opened its Australian entry page. Source: Lucky Ones: Homepage, as shown to an Australian visitor, captured 8 October 2026.

The company that the site names outside Australia can be found on the regulator’s own register. The Curaçao Gaming Authority’s registry of 21 September 2026 lists Just Entertainment B.V., with the same company number and licence number, as “Indefinite” (CGA Online Gaming License Registry).

Lucky Ones presents itself to Australians in Australian dollars. Its terms do not list Australia as a restricted country, the sign-up form shown to an Australian connection on 7 October 2026 offered Australia and AUD, and the promotions page says its offers “are curated specifically for Australian players” (Lucky Ones promotions page, as shown in Australia).

The welcome bonus’s 40x multiple applies to the bonus alone, not to the deposit plus the bonus, which keeps the turnover lower than the same multiple on a combined base.

Important limitations

Australians cannot tell from Lucky Ones’ own pages who runs the site. The terms, the downloadable terms PDF and the footer shown in Australia name no company or licence, and the privacy policy names no data controller, only a support address (Lucky Ones Privacy Policy, as shown in Australia). The operator’s name appears only in the version of the terms the site serves to other visitors.

Most of the Australian connections we used on 7 October 2026 could not reach the site: some were sent to ACMA’s “website blocked” page and others failed outright, consistent with internet providers blocking it (Lucky Ones homepage, as shown in Australia).

The terms shown in Australia set several conditions that can hold or reduce a payout:

  • each deposit must be wagered 3x before it can be withdrawn, bonus or not;
  • an account the casino considers “unverifiable” can be suspended and “all funds may be withheld from payment”, with no deadline stated;
  • cumulative profit is capped at “USD 50,000” a day, and any excess “may at our discretion be voided entirely” (terms, clause 9.8);
  • no processing time is promised beyond the payments table’s “Instant” label.

For non-crypto withdrawals the Australian table offers bank transfer, with a minimum of A$300, or Mifinity. It lists no card payouts and no PayID.

Operator and licence

Lucky Ones is operated by Just Entertainment B.V., a Curaçao company, under a Curaçao Gaming Authority (CGA) licence, according to the version of the terms the site serves outside Australia.

The website holds several versions of its terms’ opening clause, chosen by the visitor’s location and language. Visitors on Australian IP addresses, and the Australian-English locale, get a version in which clause 1.1 is a general consent clause and “Lucky Ones” itself is “the Company”. The default version for other English locales says that “www.luckyones.com … is operated by Just Entertainment B.V. registered under No. 160603 at Scharlooweg 39, Willemstad, Curaçao”, licensed by the CGA under licence OGL/2024/164/0246 (Lucky Ones terms, versions held in the site's code). We read that version in the site’s code; our non-Australian crawler was shown only a support notice, so we could not view the page as other visitors see it.

The CGA Online Gaming License Registry confirms the company, its registration number and the licence number, with the status shown above; the current entry dates from 24 December 2025. Its March 2026 edition listed the same licence as “Assessment in progress” after a December 2025 expiry (CGA registry, March 2026 edition). The register lists companies, not websites, and the pages shown in Australia carry no CGA seal or certificate, so no regulator source ties luckyones.com itself to the licence. The footer’s only badge is a Gamecheck “Trust SEAL”, which monitors game integrity and is not a licence. Our guide to checking a casino licence explains what each kind of check shows.

Two other companies appear around the brand. ACMA’s 2024 warning names Dama N.V. as the provider of the Lucky Ones service, and the site’s FAQ for visitors outside Australia says that “all payments with Paysafe are processed via Dama N.V.” (Lucky Ones FAQ, versions held in the site's code). A version of the footer for one player group adds Mooncash Ltd., a Cyprus company. We did not check Just Entertainment B.V. in the Curaçao company register.

Account verification (KYC)

Lucky Ones reserves the right to verify an account before paying out, and can repeat checks at any time. The homepage FAQ asks for identity, payment and address documents in Latin or Cyrillic script, and otherwise for video verification.

What an "unverifiable" account can cost

What the terms state: If the player does not respond, upload documents or complete the requested checks, the casino can treat the account as "unverifiable", suspend it, void winnings and bonuses and withhold all funds. Verified — operator's own pages

“7.5 In absence of contacts, updates or uploads from you, or in case of your continued refusal to complete the requested procedures, the Company shall have the right to consider your Account “unverifiable”. An unverifiable Account may be suspended, all winnings or bonuses present on the account may be voided, and all funds may be withheld from payment.”

Source: Terms and Conditions as shown in Australia (version 2.3, last update 20.01.2024) (Lucky Ones), checked 7 October 2026.

Our analysis:

Lucky Ones sets no deadline in days, but the consequence is broad: “all funds”, not just winnings, may be withheld. Clause 7.3 lets the casino ask for new or better documents “even if other verification procedures were previously successful”, and clause 10.7 lets it decline to tell a player that a security check is under way (Lucky Ones terms). Answering every request promptly, and keeping ID, a recent utility bill and proof of the payment method ready, is the practical safeguard. Our explainer on casino ID checks covers what these requests usually involve.

Deposits and withdrawals

Lucky Ones’ terms leave minimums to the payments page, and that page, as shown to an Australian connection, sets a withdrawal minimum of A$30 for Mifinity and A$300 for bank transfers, checked on .

The deposit table shown in Australia lists one card row for Visa and Mastercard, Mifinity, CashToCode vouchers and a range of cryptocurrencies. The withdrawal table lists several bank-transfer services, Mifinity and the same coins. Every row is marked “Free” and “Instant” (Lucky Ones payments page, as shown in Australia). The FAQ adds that “If you’re withdrawing money, you pay the fee the payment provider charges” (Lucky Ones FAQ).

Card payouts are not offered in that table, and the terms do not mention them, so the table above marks card withdrawals as not confirmed. PayID does not appear in either table, in the footer’s payment logos or in the terms. We did not check the logged-in cashier, so this is not proof that PayID is unavailable; see PayID casinos for sites that list it.

The “Instant” label is the operator’s own description. The terms promise no processing time: clause 9.3 says a withdrawal “may be held for the time needed to complete verifications and reviews”, and clause 9.12 warns that bank transfers can face “additional delays or charges by the intermediary banks” (Lucky Ones terms).

How the withdrawal caps work

What the terms state: A$12,000 Verified — operator's own pages

“Week: 8000 USD/EUR/CHF, or 12000 CAD/AUD/NZD, or 80000 NOK, or equivalent in local currency or cryptocurrency;”

Source: Terms and Conditions as shown in Australia (version 2.3, last update 20.01.2024) (Lucky Ones), checked 7 October 2026.

Our analysis:

The caps reset on calendar boundaries in UTC, not on a rolling basis, so two large withdrawals either side of a weekly reset count against different weeks; the terms do not say which day the week starts. The monthly cap of A$42,000 is lower than a month of full weeks at the weekly cap would allow. Separately, clause 9.13 says payment-method limits “may apply separately”, and the withdrawal table sets per-transaction maximums for each method. Our guide to withdrawal limits and timing compares how casinos word these caps.

Cancelling a pending withdrawal

What the terms state: Not confirmed Unconfirmed

Source: Terms and Conditions as shown in Australia (version 2.3, last update 20.01.2024) (Lucky Ones), checked 7 October 2026.

Our analysis:

Lucky Ones’ terms do not say whether a player can cancel a pending withdrawal and return the money to their balance. The only reversal they describe runs the other way: under clause 9.7 the casino may return to the balance any amount requested above the limits.

Welcome bonus and wagering

Lucky Ones’ first-deposit bonus for Australians is a 150% match up to A$3,000 with 200 free spins, wagered 40x within 7 days. It is the first of 4 deposit bonuses advertised together as worth up to A$20,000; the first step needs no code and the later ones each use a code shown on the promotions page (Lucky Ones promotions page, as shown in Australia).

The example covers the cash bonus. Whatever bonus play wins, no more than A$5,000 can be cashed out from the first-deposit bonus, and winnings from the welcome free spins are capped at A$300. The spins arrive in daily sets and are released only after the player has wagered “at least x1 of your deposit”; their winnings must then be wagered at the same multiple (Lucky Ones first deposit bonus terms). Our bonus wagering guide explains how the base and the caps change the cost.

The offer’s own minimum deposit of A$20 sits below what most payment methods accept: the Australian payments table starts card and Mifinity deposits at A$30. A separate high-roller offer replaces the first-deposit bonus for larger first deposits and carries the same cashout cap (Lucky Ones high-roller offer).

How pokies count towards wagering, and what else is restricted

What the terms state: 100% Verified — operator's own pages

“Slots: 100% (except for specific slots listed separately)”

Source: Bonus Terms & Conditions as shown in Australia (last updated 25.07.2024) (Lucky Ones), checked 15 October 2026.

Our analysis:

Pokies count in full, apart from games on a “Forbidden Bonus Games” list that we could not read. Roulette counts 25%, blackjack and game shows 10%, and baccarat nothing. The general bonus terms also treat as abuse “Maximizing bets on high RTP” games and “Reducing the stake size of more than 80% after a large winning bet” (Lucky Ones bonus terms). Those clauses are broad enough to void winnings for ordinary play, so staying well under the maximum bet and on standard pokies is the cautious course.

Games and providers

Lucky Ones does not publish one consistent game count. The homepage shown in Australia says “Over 6 000 games” (Lucky Ones homepage), while the About Us page says “over 14,000+ games” (Lucky Ones About Us). We did not count the lobby, and no separate pokies count is given.

The footer shown to an Australian connection has a “Best Games Studios” strip that starts with 100HP, 18Peaches and 1spin4win (Lucky Ones homepage, as shown in Australia). The full provider list the site served was long, but Pragmatic Play, Evolution, Hacksaw Gaming and Play’n GO did not appear in it. The site also runs a sportsbook. Our online pokies hub explains how game counts and providers are presented across sites.

Mobile

Lucky Ones’ own pages describe browser play only. Its FAQ says “Yes, our games are mobile-friendly” (Lucky Ones FAQ), and no page shown in Australia links to an app store.

The page, last updated in February 2024, gives no detail on how long a limit or exclusion lasts, and the terms add that “Deposit limits cannot be applied to cryptocurrency deposits” (terms, clause 8.4). Its list of outside help names only international services (Lucky Ones Responsible Gaming page), so our gambling harm support page lists Australian ones, including BetStop.

Every deposit must be played through

What the terms state: 3x Verified — operator's own pages

“8.3 Any deposit has a 3x wagering requirement: you must place bets equal to at least three (3) times the deposited amount, before the withdrawal of any funds connected to this deposit is available. In cases of withdrawals containing non-wagered funds, the Company has the right to refuse the withdrawal or charge a fee for the processing.”

Source: Terms and Conditions as shown in Australia (version 2.3, last update 20.01.2024) (Lucky Ones), checked 7 October 2026.

Our analysis:

The rule sits in the deposits section and applies with or without a bonus, so a player who deposits and changes their mind cannot simply withdraw. The fee for withdrawing unwagered funds is not quantified, and the casino may refuse the withdrawal instead.

Each deposit bonus has the same cashout cap

What the terms state: Yes Verified — operator's own pages

“Max cashout from the First Deposit Bonus is $5,000 or currency equivalent.”

Source: First Deposit Bonus page and its terms, as shown in Australia (Lucky Ones), checked 15 October 2026.

Our analysis:

The cap of A$5,000 applies to each step of the package, including the fourth-deposit bonus of “up to $10,000”, where the cap is lower than the largest bonus on offer (Lucky Ones promotions page). The general bonus terms say winnings over the cap “may be forfeited”, so a large win while a bonus is active can be cut back at withdrawal.

Dormant accounts can be charged

What the terms state: The casino reserves the right to charge a monthly administrative fee of 10 EUR (or the equivalent in the account currency) while the account is dormant and holds a positive balance. Verified — operator's own pages

“The Company reserves the right to charge any dormant Account a monthly administrative fee of 10 EUR (or an equivalent amount in your Account active balance currency), as long as your Account stays in dormant state and has a positive balance.”

Source: Terms and Conditions as shown in Australia (version 2.3, last update 20.01.2024) (Lucky Ones), checked 7 October 2026.

Our analysis:

An account counts as dormant after 120 days without logins or transactions. The fee is stated in euros, with no Australian-dollar figure, and continues while a balance remains; withdrawing the balance before leaving the site avoids it.

Several other clauses in Lucky Ones’ terms as shown in Australia deserve a mention:

  • Disputes. Clause 11.2 sends all disputes “exclusively” to arbitration in Curaçao, and clause 11.1 offers only an internal complaints process.
  • Account closure. Clause 6.12 lets the casino close an account “without prior notice” and withhold or void funds if it decides the terms were breached.
  • Mistaken credits. Clause 10.5 makes a mistaken payout a debt and asks players to report a wrong credit “within 24 hours”.
  • Third-party payments. Clause 10.2 bars any payment method owned by someone else, even with that person’s permission.

Strengths and limitations

Strengths

  • Withdrawal caps are stated in AUD, at A$12,000 a calendar week

  • The CGA register lists the company and licence number that the site’s other terms version names

  • Welcome wagering applies to the bonus only, not to the deposit plus the bonus

  • Mifinity withdrawals start at A$30

Limitations

  • The terms, footer and privacy policy shown in Australia name no operator or licence

  • ACMA issued formal warnings about Lucky Ones services in 2024 and 2025, and lists luckyones.com as blocked

  • Deposits must be turned over 3x before any withdrawal, with or without a bonus

  • An “unverifiable” account can have all funds withheld, with no deadline stated

  • Bank transfers need at least A$300; no card payouts or PayID are listed

  • Bonus cashouts are capped at A$5,000 per deposit bonus

How it compares

No other casino reviewed on this site names Just Entertainment B.V., so Lucky Ones has no confirmed sister brand here. The closest comparison is RollXO, another Curaçao-licensed casino whose Australian-locale terms omit the operator named in its international terms, and whose ACMA formal warning also named Dama N.V. Withdrawal caps, deposit wagering and bonus caps differ between the two, so check each review rather than assuming the terms match. Our licence transparency study compares what casinos publish about their operators; for payout policies across brands, see fast withdrawal casinos, for welcome-offer terms side by side, casino bonuses, and for crypto-first sites, crypto casinos. The full list is on our casino reviews page.

FAQ

Is Lucky Ones casino legit?

Lucky Ones’ licence can be traced only partly. The CGA register lists Just Entertainment B.V., the company the site names to visitors outside Australia, under an active licence, but the pages shown to Australians name no operator, and ACMA formally warned Dama N.V. in 2024 as the provider of the Lucky Ones service. The terms to weigh are the 3x deposit wagering, the “unverifiable account” clause and the bonus cashout cap.

Who owns Lucky Ones casino?

Just Entertainment B.V., a Curaçao company, according to the version of the terms Lucky Ones serves outside Australia; the Australian version names no one. ACMA’s 2024 formal warning named a different company, Dama N.V., as the provider of the service, and its later warning was addressed to Just Entertainment B.V.

This review does not give a legal conclusion. The documented facts are these: ACMA lists luckyones.com among the gambling websites it has asked Australian internet providers to block, and it formally warned Dama N.V. in 2024 for providing the Lucky Ones service to customers in Australia (ACMA formal warning, archived copy of 14 April 2025). It lists a 2025 formal warning to Just Entertainment B.V. over a numbered Lucky Ones service, whose text we could not retrieve. Only the versions of the terms Lucky Ones serves outside Australia name a licence, from the Curaçao Gaming Authority, a regulator outside Australia, and no regulator source ties luckyones.com itself to it; the terms shown in Australia do not exclude Australian players.

How long do Lucky Ones withdrawals take?

Lucky Ones’ terms set no processing time. The payments table labels every method “Instant”, but clause 9.3 allows a withdrawal to be held for as long as verification takes, and bank transfers can be delayed by intermediary banks. This review reports published terms only, not actual payout times.

Does Lucky Ones have a no deposit bonus?

The promotions page shown in Australia lists no no-deposit offer; every welcome step needs a deposit of at least A$20. The general bonus terms cap winnings from any no-deposit bonus a player does receive, at “200 USD/EUR/CAD/AUD/NZD/CHF/USDT/USDC” before a first deposit (Lucky Ones bonus terms). The first-deposit bonus needs no code.

Does Lucky Ones accept PayID?

Not on any Lucky Ones page we could read. The payments tables shown to an Australian connection list cards, Mifinity, CashToCode and crypto for deposits, and bank transfer, Mifinity and crypto for withdrawals, with no PayID. The logged-in cashier was not checked.

Does Lucky Ones have an app?

No native app is described on any page shown in Australia. The FAQ says the games are “mobile-friendly” in the browser, and the site’s code holds only a prompt, not shown on the pages we read, to add it to a phone’s home screen.
